and another day you don't even want to leave your bed in the morning.
One day you're putting your energy into everything and everyone you want to help✨
and another day you know you can't share anything, but keep it all to yourself.

It's okay to feel that way. It's okay to rest.
It's okay to let those emotions come up and go through them. It's even necessary to heal whatever comes with it.
