In a motion for re-trial in the Daniel Perry case, "A juror revealed another juror conducted research at home during the overnight break and presented that research to the rest of the jury"
That "research" was on the burden of proof in self defense cases, which Perry's attorney states was completely wrong

Plaintiff D’Ambly has filed an Expedited Motion for an Order to Show Cause against One People’s Project and Torch Antifa.
In short, D’Ambly, correctly, is asking the court as to why the two defendants are not being held in contempt. In addition, Torch Antifa changed their domain name and registrant information after being served and it appears that they did so in order to avoid the order.

Fort Worth PD released bodycam video of the arrests of Elm Fork JBGC, it shows the unprovoked pepper spray attack on peaceful demonstrators as well as arrests of all 3 Antifa militia members
All 3 EFJBGC members are still in custody at this time.

Jarrid Huber was sentenced to probation (60 months) today for arson and vandalism stemming from a May 2021 #Portland #antifa riot. The riot was for the anniversary of the 2020 George Floyd riots.

The next question the court will want answered is why they ignored court orders for nearly a year.
