Robert Rundo’s federal case from the 2017 RAM events was dismissed by a federal judge today for selective prosecution.
The judge pointed out that prosecutors did not prosecute the Antifa that showed with hammers and mace at the event.
It’s reported that he will by released from jail today

Update: The extremely liberal 9th circuit court of appeals has reversed the release pending the feds appeal of selective prosecution dismissal. Meaning he will have to return to jail.

3 left wing extremists were arrested on Sunday for riot, arson, and vandalism as a part of the 'Stop Cop City' national summit in Tucson.
Arlene Villalobos (33), Gabriel Parks (18), and Hassan Hassan (31) were arrested. 100k in damage is reported. Local news reports at least 100 people in black block. Police additionally found "road flares, mortars and bottles of accelerants"
There were additional arrests the next day as several people who blocked a neighborhood entrance. The neighborhood is allegedly where a Nationwide exec lives (Nationwide insures the planned police training facility in Atlanta)

After decades on the run, Daniela Klette, a member of German left wing terrorist organization 'Red Army Faction' was arrested by authorities. She's now 65 and is charged for 12 robberies and attempted murder.
She was part of the third generation of RAF. RAF killed 34 people and injured many more during its robberies, assassinations, kidnappings, and other terrorist activities. RAF has been mentioned some recently with Lina E's hammergang growing in a similar 'generation' capacity

Rundo was ordered released again yesterday (however he won't be released as that order is stayed pending 9th circuit review) over the procedure of his re-arrest.
The 9th circuit stayed his release, however he was already released, so the judge contends that order is moot, and as he is not currently charged with a crime any arrest warrant would be invalid.
The order also accuses @USAO_LosAngeles of an "ends-justify-the-means attitude", "acting in a manner less befitting of a USAO", and states Rundo is being unconstitutionally prosecuted).

Marc Manuel Holley, a Minneapolis Antifa rioter who runs a firearms training company (Atlas Defense) that caters to left wing extremists was arrested yesterday for vandalism.
Holley was charged with felony riot w/a weapon from the New Years Eve 2020 riot but got a sweetheart plea deal down to misdemeanor unlawful assembly. He had a gas mask, knife, body armor, zip ties, and a bottle of flammable liquid at the riot where rioters tagged buildings with "death to America" and "kill all kops"
The company he runs is active & had a training scheduled today (he's still in jail though)
