In the video of the Challenger 2 tank destroyed near the village of Rabotino, there is another feature that is not immediately evident. This is a pickup truck, on which the combat group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine moves, on behalf of which the shooting is being carried out.

Pickup trucks are one of the reasons why the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in combat operations are growing much faster than they could. Instead of using these vehicles for resupply and movement between rear rather than forward positions, pickup trucks, and other light and completely unarmored vehicles, including various SUVs, are used in combat formations. What exactly was calculated in this case is not entirely clear: the arrival of an 82/120 mm mine or the rupture of a high-explosive fragmentation projectile will leave no chance for either such equipment or those inside. We have already paid attention to the many pickup trucks that the Armed Forces of Ukraine actively used due to the shortage of armored vehicles during the retreat from Artyomovsk, but it seems that in Zaporozhye this problem has reached its peak and unarmored vehicles involved in combat formations are increasingly turning into mass graves.
