The one who owns the land today will be owned by the land one day "

There are lot of things that we need to relearn as a society.

- We don't have a say in every matter that's not concerning us.
- We should let a single/ divorced person be themselves for a while without bugging them about "whys?" And "hows?
- A married couple are themselves a family of their own. Siblings, parents, relatives should really stop poking their nose in every decision they want to make.
- Parents, no matter what should be respected and treated well.
- Children, need to be heard so later you don't hear about their whereabouts from someone else.
- No matter how it intrigues us, entertains us, we shouldn't be speaking about every person we meet behind their backs.
- Women can work unapologetically, without being looked with hostility because she chooses to follow her passion.
- Your wife's family has equal rights on your children as your own parents.
- Your existence is NOT AT ALL a favour on mankind.
- Stop expecting things from people that you, yourself don't offer, like Respect, Politeness, etc.
- Your Son in Law can be a victim too and your Daughter in Law needs the same respect you wish for your daughters.
- People can visit doctors/ psychiatrists for any reason. Stop shaming thr sicknesses.
- Let your knowledge of Deen be reflected in your actions, your status update alone won't take you to Jannah.
- Focus on your own book of records, peeking in others' will not raise your points.
- Let people be. Without "Oh my God, why, how, when, who, where??!!"

Aur kuch yaad ajaye to add kardungi. In Sha Allah 🙂

Regards.

Narrated `Aisha: I asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) about turning around (looking here and there) in prayer. He replied,

"‏هُوَ اخْتِلاَسٌ يَخْتَلِسُهُ الشَّيْطَانُ مِنْ صَلاَةِ الْعَبْدِ".‏
"It is a way of stealing by which Satan takes away (a portion) from the prayer of a person."

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله:

“If the servant of Allāh begins the day and the evening, without having any other concern except Allāh, the Almighty, He will fulfill all his needs and relieve all his worries. He will empty the servant's heart for the sake of His Love, his tongue will constantly remember Him and he will have the strength to perform religious duties for His Sake.”

FOUR GROUPS

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullaah) said:

When you confuse one of these groups with the other, you will find yourself in evil.

The First of them:

They are those whose company is like nourishment that one cannot do without in the morning and evening. One leaves it after fulfilling his need from it, and returns to it when he is in need. This is how it is on a permanent basis (with such nourishment). This similitude is more precious than red brimstone. The ones (intended in this similitude) are those who know Allaah, His commandments, the plots of His enemies, the diseases of the hearts and their remedies. They are sincere to Allaah, His Messenger and His creation. In this similitude (regarding) keeping their company, there is an all-embracing benefit.

The second category:

They are those whose company is similar to medication that is needed during illness. So, as long as you are healthy, you are not in need of intermingling with them. They are those you cannot do without in (seeking after) the beneficial things of livelihood and fulfilment of various dealings, partnerships, consultation, medication and the likes.

The Third category:

They are those whose company is similar to the diseases in their various classes and types, and the differences in their severity and mildness. Amongst them is one whose company is similar to chronic illness. It is this one who does not benefit you-neither in the religious nor worldly affairs, alongside the fact that you might either incur a loss in both your religious and worldly affairs or in one of them. So if intermingling with him is made possible, then it is that disease that is feared will lead to death. And amongst them is the one whose company is similar to a tooth ache whose pain becomes severe upon you, but when it leaves you the pain abates.

The Forth category:

It is the one whose company is absolute destruction and intermingling with him is similar to eating poison. How common is this similitude within the people! May Allaah not make them numerous, and they are Ahlul Bidah Wad Dalaalah (The people of innovation and misguidance). They are those who hinder (people) from the path of the Messenger (Sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) and call to that which is in opposition to it. They are those who hinder (people) from the path of Allaah and seek to make it cooked; so they present innovation as Sunnah and Sunnah as innovation, and they present virtue as evil and evil as virtue. And when you established Tawheed amongst them, they say: You have degraded the Awliyaa (friends of Allaah) and the righteous people. And when you establish ittibaa (correct adherence to the path of the messenger with evidence) they say: You have invalidated (the affair) of the followed Imaams. And when you command that which Allaah and His Messenger command and forbid that which Allaah and His Messenger forbid, they say: You are from those who put people to trial.

“If you want to rectify your heart, or want to see betterment in your child or companion – or whoever it is for that matter, then direct them to places where the Qur'an is recited and direct them to be in the company of the Qur'an. Allah will then cause them to become better, whether they are willing to it or not.”

Not saying inshallah made his success go from 100 to 0. If only he said inshallah, all of his children would've been born and fought in the cause of Allah.

Narrated Abdullah bin Umar:
I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "People are just like camels, out of one hundred, one can hardly find a single camel suitable to ride."

Al-Qurtubi said: it is more appropriate to understand this metaphor as meaning that the generous man, who carries people’s burdens and loads and relieves them of their distress, is very rare and dear, like the camel that is fit for riding among many other camels.

Ibn al-Atheer (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
“People are like a hundred camels, among which you will not find one that is fit for riding” means: a person who is pleasing and of high quality is very rare and dear, like the camel of high quality that is strong enough to carry loads and travel far, which you cannot find among many camels.

“(The pain) of what has passed can not be removed by grieving over it, but only through:

• Acceptance (i.e. being pleased with Allāh’s Decree) (al-Ridhaa)

• Gratitude (al-Hamd)

• Patience (al-Sabr)

• Faith in Predestination
(al-Imaan bil-Qadr)

and the saying of the slave:

BENEFIT 238: The four categories of people who ascribe to Islam

Sheikh 'Uthaymeen raḥimahullāh said:

We can categorise people into four groups:

1⃣. مبتدع خالص
Pure innovators who do not adhere to the Sunnah whatsoever. These are eternally condemned to Hell, and there is no doubt about that.

2⃣. مبتدع مختلط
Those whose innovation is mixed with some truth. Such individuals deserve to enter Hell but will not remain there eternally.

3⃣. سني خالص
Pure adherents to the Sunnah. These will enter Paradise and do not deserve to enter Hell.

4⃣. سني مختلط
Those who follow the Sunnah but engage in sin, as mentioned in the Āyah:
{وَآخَرُونَ اعْتَرَفُوا بِذُنُوبِهِمْ خَلَطُوا عَمَلاً صَالِحاً وَآخَرَ سَيِّئاً}
"Some others have confessed their wrongdoing: they have mixed goodness with evil. It is right to hope that Allah will turn to them in mercy." [Quran 9:102].
These individuals deserve to enter Hell but will not remain there eternally.

Why are Muslims more depressed and anxious than ever?

By design:

- no qur'ān
- no prayers
- more music
- fake personas
- no life purpose
- processed food
- delayed marriages
- 8 hours in a cubicle
- lost traditional roles
- less righteous friends
- success measured in $
- weak connection to Allāh

It's a recipe for spiritual decline.

Similarly, he (rahimahullahu) said elsewhere:
❝One's perfection lies in constantly seeking advancement in it (i.e., the journey). For if his aspiration is not to advance towards Allah at every moment, he will regress without even realizing it. So, there is absolutely no standing still on the path.❞

The benefits of habitually listening to the Qurān when driving:

1. It will increase and strengthen your emān (Surat at-Tawbah: 124).
2. You will follow the Sunnah as the Messenger of Allah loved when the Quran was recited to him.
3. It will cause the Shaytan to flee from you.
4. It will take away the opportunity to commit sins (I.e. music, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
5. It will help you memorize and review what you have already memorized.
6. If you are studying Arabic language, it will aid you.

Drive carefully on this road called "LIFE", because people will switch lanes on you without a signal.

You never know what's around the next bend or who will suddenly cut you off. But don't let that stop you from enjoying the journey!

Take in the sights, appreciate the scenic views, and make the most of every mile. Remember to buckle up, be patient, and always keep a safe distance.

Life is full of unexpected twists and turns, and you'll encounter all sorts of drivers along the way.

After all, life is a journey, not a destination. The road may be long and winding, but with the right attitude, you'll arrive at your destination feeling fulfilled, grateful, and ready for whatever comes next. So drive carefully, drive kindly, and enjoy the ride!

🪴~ Read, Reflect, Take Heed

In this world, the believer is like a stranger passing through a land that he does not live in, his goal is to go home and his concern is to return to it. With this in mind, he takes only that amount of provision as would allow him to reach his destination, he does not compete with the people living in that land for nobility or honour and neither does he despair at any humiliation he faces from them.

“Don't complicate life. We won't be here forever. Your time is too valuable to waste on nonsense.”

As you go through life, be mindful of where you allocate your time and energy. Choose paths that lead to growth, connection, and authenticity. Refuse to be ensnared by the trivial, the fleeting.

Your time is a currency of priceless value. Invest it wisely in pursuits that nourish your soul, uplift your spirit, and bring joy to your heart. Let each heartbeat resonate with purpose and fulfillment.

Orchestrate your moments with intention and reverence. Let each day be a testament to the significance of time, a reminder to cherish the present and savor the beauty of existence.
