One of the most common complaints people have today is the absence of support, the harm caused by others, and the anxieties and evil whispers of the soul and the devil.
The Sunnah of reciting Surah Al-Ikhlas and the Mu’awwidhatayn (Al-Falaq and An-Nas), 3 times each, in the morning and evening comes to emphasize, day and night:
In Surah Al-Ikhlas, we are reminded that Allah is As-Samad (The Self-Sufficient, The Eternal Refuge), who never abandons us. If we lose human support, Allah’s support is endless and everlasting!
In Surah Al-Falaq, we are taught that people’s harm is under Allah’s control. So, seek refuge in Allah from their evil and trust that Allah is your Protector and your Safe Haven.
Then in Surah An-Nas, we are shown that anxiety and whispers come from the devils among both humans and jinn. With Allah, and by being close to Him, we gain strength, rise above these whispers, and repel all harm by the permission of our Lord ﷻ.

Ibn al-Jawzi (Rahimahullāh) mentions a proverb of the ancients:
وذكر الحكماء في أمثالهم قالوا :
قيل للذئب ما بالك تعدو أسرع من الكلب
فقال لأني أعدو لنفسي والكلب يعدو لصاحبه.
A wolf was asked: "How is it that you can run faster than a dog?"
The wolf said: "Because I run for my own sake, and the dog runs for the sake of its owner."
Source : ["Kitab al-Adhkiyaa", 1/115].
Meaning: If you do something for yourself, you will do it better. Nobody will do your work for you with the same level of dedication as you would.

Listen to others with an open heart and a sincere intention to understand, not with the aim of finding faults or seeking avenues for criticism. Verily, the truth is not confined to you or those who align with you—it may come from anyone, regardless of their background. Be sincere in your dealings and show compassion and mercy towards the youth (shabaab), for they are in need of guidance, wisdom, and a nurturing hand. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Whoever does not show mercy to our young or acknowledge the rights of our elders is not one of us.' (Sunan Abi Dawood, 4943). Let this be a reminder to cultivate sincerity and mercy in all interactions.

Sh. Ibn al-'Uthaymeen was asked how can one recognise the devils from amongst mankind?? He Raḥimahullāh, replied beautifully and said:
“Whoever calls you towards evil and shamelessness then he is the *DEVIL* (from amongst mankind).”

#Grey_hair_in_Islam
Amr b. Shu'aib, on his father's authority, told that his grandfather reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Do not pluck out grey hair. If any believer grows a grey hair in Islam, he will have light on the Day of Resurrection.”
Another version says, “Allah will record on his behalf a good deed for it, and will blot out a sin for it.”
[Graded: Hasan Sahih by Shaykh Al-Albani in Sunan Abi Dawud 4202]
Narrated by Amr bin 'Abasah:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever develops some gray hair in the cause of Allah, it shall be a light for him in the Day of Judgement.”
[Abu 'Eisa (At-Tirmidhi) said: 'This Hadith is Hasan Sahih Gharib' in Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1635]
Abdullah ibn ‘Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Grey hair is the light of the believer; no man turns grey in Islam but for each grey hair he will have one hasanah and he will be raised in status one degree.”
[Silsilat al-Ahaadeeth as-Saheehah, 1243]
Narrated by Faddaalah ibn ‘Ubayd (may Allah be pleased with him):
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Grey hair is light on the face of the Muslim, so whoever wishes, let him pluck out his light.”
[Silsilat al-Ahaadeeth as-Saheehah, 1244]

💠What to do when:
➡️ You are jobless/laid-off?
➡️ You are single/divorced/widowed?
➡️ You are homeless or cannot afford the rent?
⏩ Say what Moosaa عليه السلام had said:
رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ
{My Lord! Truly, I am in need of whatever good that You bestow on me}
📚 [Surah al-Qasas (28): 24]
⚡For Allaah جل وعلا then provided him with a job (shepherd), a wife, and a place to stay.
الحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات
🌴Praise is for Allaah (Alone) by Whose grace good deeds are completed

HOW MANY UMRAH DID THE PROPHET OF ALLAH PERFORM?
Narrated By Qatada (radiAllahuanhu) : I asked Anas Ibn Malik (radiAllahuanhu) How many times the Prophet of Allah (sallallaahu alayhiwa sallam) had performed 'Umrah. He replied, "Four times.
1. 'Umrah of Hudaibiyah in Dhi-l-Qa'da when the pagans hindered him;
2. 'Umrah in the following year in Dhi-l-Qa'da after the peace treaty with them (the pagans);
3. 'Umrah from Al-Jr'rana where he distributed the war booty." I think he meant the booty (of the battle) of Hunain.
I asked, "How many times did he perform Hajj?" He (Anas) replied, "Once" (Sahih Al-Bukhari).
Note:
The fourth Umrah is included in the Hajj.

Give charity, and none of you should say, "I am poor," for a poor person's charity is more virtuous than a rich person's charity.
