It's ridiculous how some brothers are now making it seem like a condition that the translators need tazkiyaat before they can translate. Here is what I'm coming across these days...
"akhee who recommended him from the du'aat?"

If you come across such brothers, send them the following.

http://mtws.posthaven.com/does-a-translator-need-a-tazkiyah-shaykh-zayd

Ask these brothers, who preceded you from the 'ulama in making that a binding condition?
As long as the brother's (translator's) condition (Salafi, trustworthy, possesses precision) is attested to, he translates from Kitaab and Sunnah, from our mashaykh and he is proficient in both languages (the one he is translating from and the one he is translating to) and understands the context of what he is translating, then he can translate. He doesn't need to get a stamp of approval from YOUR hand-picked-restricted number of du'aat (like as if there aren't any other Salafi du'aat and/or students of knowledge in the dunya) in order for him to translate. What type of ghuluww is this!?

♻️The bad character of the Salafis turns me away from this Minhaj! Advice from Shaykh Ahmad Bazmool♻️

Question: Some of the people say: ‘I believe that Salafiyah is the truth, but the manners of the Salafis, chases me away from this Minhaj.

Shaykh Ahmad Bazmool🎓: Okay, the answer to this question is with a number of points.

📌1⃣The first point: Did you embrace Islam, and follow the Salafi Minhaj for the sake of the people or for the sake of Allah? (You did so) for the sake of Allah the Exalted. You followed His religion and you seek the reward from Him—the Glorified and Exalted. You are not seeking a reward from the people; if the people err then stay away from their errors. The believer who mixes with the people and is patient with their harms is better than the one who does not mix with the people. This is the first point.

📌2⃣The second point: If you find with your brothers mistakes, infractions, and bad manners, and they are Salafis; then you advise them and clarify to them and be diligent in guiding them.

📌3⃣The third point: By Allah, your Salafi brothers and their bad manners which you complain about; by Allah, they are better than the Hizbis whom you deem to have good manners.

📌4⃣The fourth point: The Salafi with his manners has a higher status than the Hizbi with good manners; because the Hizbi is lowly and debased due to his hizbiyah and his opposition to the truth.

📌5⃣The fifth point: We say to you my brother, Shaytan—when it comes to the Salafis—he is diligent upon trying to cause disorder and harm amongst them, and to corrupt their character, so don’t be a victim for Shaytan, allowing him to use you against your Salafi brothers. And also Shaytan is far away from these Hizbis because Shaytan does not go to a ruined house. As it was said by some of the Salafi—and I believe it was Al-Awzaai or other than him—he said: Ahlus Sunnah have with them some loneliness or alienation. Why? He said: Shaytan comes to them and he tries to mislead them, and he tries to turn the people away from them. As for the innovators; they have repose and serenity, such that Shaytan is able to trap the people with them. So beware, beware of being deceived by their calmness and good manners, such that you fall into their traps;

for verily it is poisonous and it is destruction. Beware of fleeing from the truth due to some alienation of some bad interaction which you find from your brothers.

And furthermore; Allah forbid you should experience the likes of some of this, but if you are patient, seeking a reward from Allah, then your reward is with Allah. Therefore pay attention to these affairs; may Allah bless you.

‘Ali Ibn Abee Taalib said:

“The thing I fear for you most is following desires and having extensive hopes (about this worldly life).

Following one’s desires blocks you from the truth, and having extensive hopes makes you forget the hereafter.

Verily, this worldly life is departing and the hereafter is approaching and each of them has its children.

So be children of the hereafter, not children of this world, for today there are (opportunities to do) deeds and there is no reckoning, but tomorrow there will be reckoning and no deeds.”

SPEAK WITH KNOWLEDGE OR SAY, ”ALLAAH KNOWS BEST”-
[BY IBN MAS’OOD (RADIYALLAAHU-ANHU)]

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullaah) reported in I’laam Al-Muwaqqi’een 2/185 that Ibn Mas’ood (radiyallaahu-anhu) said, “Whoever has knowledge, then let him speak with it. And whoever does not have knowledge, then let him say, ‘Allaah knows best’, for indeed Allaah said to His Prophet:

[قُلْ مَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُتَكَلِّفِينَ – Say (O Muhammad): “No wage do I ask of you for this (the Qur’an), nor am I one of the Mutakallifun (those who pretend and fabricate things which do not exist). [Surah Saad. Ayah 86]

A man undergoes many trials during his life, but the worst are those inflicted by his fellow man. The harm done by man to man is worse than the harm done by furious beasts and poisoned vipers, for you cannot protect yourself at all against the human race.

Ibn Hazm al-Andalusee, al-Akhlaaq Was-Siyar, 9:306
Questioner: Who are Ahlus-Sunnah wal-jamaa'ah?

The Shaikh: They are those that hold firmly to that which the companions were upon

Questioner: Are the Salafees Ahlus-Sunnah wal-jamaa'ah?

The Shaikh: Yes; As-Salafiyyah is the Sunnah and the Jamaa'ah, that is because the meaning of Salafiyyah is to hold firmly onto that which the righteous Salaf were upon in the past

Questioner: O Shaikh; the jamaa'ah of the Ikhwaan (Al-Muslimeen) and At-Tableegh - are they from Ahlus-Sunnah?

The Shaikh: Everyone who is upon an ideology which is contrary to Ahlus-Sunnah then they are not from them, so the jamaa'ah of the Ikhwaan (Al-Muslimeen) and At-Tableegh are not from Ahlus-Sunnah, because they are upon idelogies that are contrary to them.

A Warning To Women From Conversing With Men.....

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen was asked:
What is your opinion regarding some women who are easy going and free when talking to men? It is hoped that you could offer them (some) words of guidance; and may Allaah reward you with good.

Response:
“It is not permissible for a woman to extend her speech beyond that which is necessary with men who are not her mahram. This is because it leads to fitnah, and Allaah (Tabaaraka wa Ta’aala) says:
‘…then be not soft in speech, lest he in whose heart is a disease should be moved with desire, but speak in an honourable manner’
[Soorah al-Ahzaab: 32]
(So) she must speak to the (market) trader in accordance with her needs, without extending (her speech with him). This is because Shaytaan flows through the son of Aadam as blood flows. And how many a woman says that she is far removed from fitnah, however, Shaytaan is still with her in order to invite her to the fitnah.
It is possible that she has just left (the company of) a man with whom she unnecessarily extended her speech with, and then Shaytaan whispers evil thoughts to her until she returns back to this man and the first words (they exchange) become the sparks (which initiate the fitnah) and the final words – a blazing inferno (when they have both fallen into the fitnah); and refuge is sought in Allaah!
So it is required of the woman to fear Allaah and not to succumb to such speech, and nor to extend speech beyond that which is necessary. And an example of this – and it is indeed an evident scourge, rather a major scourge – and that is what occurs by way of the telephone.
So there are many pathetic fools who dial any random number (in the hope of speaking to a woman) and (then they find) a woman (who eventually) speaks to them. So he says words of affection to her and they continue like this again and again. He then records their conversations – and this is a problem, because he will never leave her alone. So he records all their conversations, and when matters turn ugly (between them), he says to her: ‘Either you do (such-and-such) or I will give (the recordings) to your son or brother or father or other than them, so they can hear your voice (and what we talked about).’
So because of this, I warn the women from (unnecessarily) extending conversation with men; indeed it is a danger of immense proportions, and we ask Allaah for safety from the fitan.”

A HADEETH REGARDING THE GRAVE DANGER OF PASSING JUDGEMENTS BASED ON IGNORANCE OR DESIRES
'

Buraydah narrated from his father, who narrated that the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:

”Judges are of three types, one of whom will go to Paradise and two to Hell. A man who knows the truth and judges with it will enter paradise; a man who knows the truth but judges with the opposite of it will enter the fire, and a man who judges for the people based on ignorance will enter the fire.’’

[THis Hadeeth was reported by Imaam Abu Dawud (rahimahullaah)- Hadeeth Number 3573- & Imaam Albaani (rahimahullaah) declared it to be Saheeh (authentic) in his checking of Sunan Abee Dawood’ page 541. Publisher: Maktaba Al-Ma’aarif, 1st Edition, ISBN Number: 4112932]
It is reported that ʿAlī – Allāh be pleased with him – said:

When you learn knowledge, preserve it, and do not mix it with laughter and falsehood, such that the hearts refuse (dislike) it.

» Indeed This Knowledge Is Deen, So Look To The One You Take Your Deen From
-Shaykh Fawzaan Hafidhahullah
Imaam Ibn Seereen (rahimahullaah) said: 'Indeed, This knowledge Is Deen, So Look To The One You Take Your Deen From

Sheikh Ahmad Bin Umar Bazmool (hafidha-hullaah) stated in explanation of the above statement of Imaam Ibn Seereen (rahimahullaah):

Indeed, Allah (Azza-Wa-Jal) has commanded us this (affair) when He (Azza-Wa-Jal) said: 'So ask the people of the Dhikr (the Reminder), if you do not know'. [21:7]

Allah commanded us to ask the people of the Dzikr (the Reminder), and the Salafus Saalih clarified that the Ulama are the people of the Dhikr. So Allaah (Azza-Wa-Jal) specifying the Ulama as (those) to be asked is evidence that others besides them are not to be asked. And likewise, Imaams Bukhaari and Muslim reported in the Saheehayn on the authority of Aa'isha (radiyallaahu-anhaa) that the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) recited the statement of Allah (Azza-Wa-Jal):

''It is He Who has sent down to you (Muhammad) the Book (this Qur'aan)
In it are Verses that are entirely clear, they are the foundations of the Book [and those are the Verses of Al-Ahkaam (commandments, etc.), Al-Faraa'id (obligatory duties) and Al-Hudud (legal laws for the punishment of thieves, adulterers, etc.)]; and others not entirely clear. So as for those in whose hearts there is a deviation (from the truth) they follow that which is not entirely clear thereof, seeking Al-Fitnah (polytheism and trials, etc.), and seeking for its hidden meanings, but none knows its hidden meanings save Allaah.'[3:7]

(Then after reciting the above ayah), he (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: 'If you see those who follow thereof that is not entirely clear, then they are those whom Allaah has named [as having deviation from the truth]. So beware of them'[1]

In this hadeeth is a warning against a people who give out knowledge, teach and issue verdicts. So their condition must be known.

Imaam Nawawi (rahimahullaah) said: ''In this hadeeth is a warning against mixing with the people of deviation, the people of bidah and those who seek after the difficult affairs (of the Religion), seeking by it fitnah. So they are not to be consented to, rather (they are to be) restrained and subdued just as Umar Ibnul Khattaab (radiyallaahu-anhu) subdued Sabee Bin Asl when he sought after the Mutashaabih (the unclear verses).

DEMOCRACY 🏛

"Democracy—simply defined—is the rule of the majority. What the majority of people feel about a topic has no place in a discussion on the rulings of al-Islām. In fact, based upon many clear Verses of the Qur’ān, the majority’s stance on a matter by default is a whimsical position of misguidance and ingratitude. Allaah Subḥānahu wa Ta’āla said:

{وان تطع اكثر من في الارض يضلوك عن سبيل الله ان يتبعون الا الظن وان هم الا يخرصون}

“If you were to obey most people on Earth, they would lead you away from the Path of Allaah. They follow nothing but conjectures, and they do nothing but lie.” سورة الأنعام، ١١٦

For further study of Allaah’s denoscriptions of how the majority do not believe, understand, reflect, nor give thanks, read the following Qur’ānic Verses: Sūratul-Baqarah: 243; Sūratul-A’rāf: 17 and 187; Sūrah Yūnūs: 60; Sūrāh Ḥūd: 17; Sūrah Yūsuf: 21, 38, 40, 68, 103 and 106; Sūratun-Naḥl: 38; Sūratul-’Isrā: 89; Sūratul-Furqān: 50; Sūratun-Naml: 61; Sūrat ar-Rūm: 6 and 30; Sūrah Saba’: 28 and 46; Sūrah Ghāfir: 57 and 61; Sūratul-Jāthiyyah: 26.”

Shaikh Muḥammad Amān Ibn Alī al-Jāmī [d.1416Ḥ—Raḥimahullāhu Ta’āla]: “If a person were to engage in democratic elections and believed those laws are better or equal to the aḥkām [ruling/laws] of al-Islām, then they have nullified their al-Islām.”

Ibn Abee Haatim(.328H) Rahimahullaah said:

”I entered Damascus and came upon the students of hadeeth, and I passed by the circle of Qaasim al Joo’ee(d.248 AH). I found a group sitting around him and he was speaking. Their appearance amazed me; and I heard him saying:

”Seize The Benefit Of Five Things From The People Of Your Time:

When you are present, you are not known;

When you are absent you are not missed;

When you are seen, your advice is not sought;

When you say something, your saying is not accepted;

And when you have some knowledge, you are not given anything for it.

I Also Advise You With Five Matters:

When you are treated unjustly, do not behave unjustly;

When you are praised, do not become happy;

When you are criticised, do not become upset;

When you are not believed, do not become angry;

And if people act deceitfully towards you, do not act deceitfully towards them.”

Ibn Abee Haatim said: ”So I took that as my benefit from Damascus.”

👑🍁Tests For the Believer (taken from salafipublications.com)
---------------------------

-🍀HARDSHIPS BENEFIT THE BELIEVER

Allah has decreed that, in this life, hardships & disasters strike both believers & non-believers.For a non-believer, they are inconveniences that hinder him from proceeding with his normal involvment in the wordly life. For a believer, on the other hand, they are instances of rest & rememberance,tests that promise great rewards,& indications of atonment and expiation of sins.Regardless of how little is the harm that strikes a believer,it carries with it good news of forgivness and elevated rank ( in Jannah ).The Righteous Predecessors used to be pleased when a hardship afflicted them,seeing it as a token of Allah's forgivness & benevolence.

-🍀EXPIATION OF SINS

Abu Hurayrah (radiallaahu anhu) reported that the Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said:

" Hardships continue to befall a believing man & woman in their body, family, & property, until they meet Allah (S) burdened with no sins. "[ Tirmithee ]

-🍀SIGN OF ALLAH'S LOVE

Abu Hurayrah (radiallaahu anhu) reported that the Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said:

" Whenever Allah wills good for a person,He subjects him to adversity"[ Bukharee & others ]

-🍀SIGN OF EEMAN

Abu Hurayrah (radiallaahu anhu) & Ka'b Bin Maalik (radiallaahu anhu) reported that the Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said:

" The parable of a believer is that of a fresh & moist plant; the wind tilts it this way and that way; and so is the believer; he continues to be subject to affliction. & the parable of a hypocrite is that of a firm cedar tree; it does not shake - until it is uprooted all at once." [ Bukharee and Muslim ]

-🍀SIGN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

The prophets & righteous people are afflicted the most, & their rewards are the highest. Sa'd (radiallaahu anhu) reporeted that the Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said:

" The most in their suffering among the people are prophets, then the best, then the (next) best. One is afflicted in accordance with his deen (faith).If his deen is firm his affliction is hard,&if his deen is weak, his affliction is light. Indeed, one would be so much subjected to adversity until he walks among the people without any sins."[ Ahmad, Tirmithee ]

🍀EARLY PUNISHMENT

Anas (radiallaahu anhu)reported that Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said:

" When Allah wills good for a servant of His,He expedites his punishment in this life;& when He wills retribution for a servant of His, He holds his sins for Him to judge him by them on the Day of Resurrection."[ Tirmithee]

-🍀MULTIPLICATION OF REWARDS

Anas(radiallaahu anhu)reported that the Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said:

" The amount of reward is in accordance with the amount of suffering. When Allah (SWT) loves some people,He tries them (with affliction).He who then is content (with Allah's decree) has achieved the acceptance (of Allah), and he who is dissatisfied (with Allah's decree) will attain the anger (of allah)." [ Tirmithee ]

-🍀REWARDS FOR SICKNESS

One should not look to sickness as a gloomy episode, but should remember the great good in it. It is one form of affliction with which Allah (SWT) tests His 'ibaad (servants), giving them a chance to aquire rewards, as was explained above, as is further emphasized below.

-🍀REMOVAL OF SINS& ELEVATION IN RANKS

Abu Hurayrah (radiallaahu anhu) reported that Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said:

" Whenever a Muslim is afflicted by harm4m sickness or other matters, Allah will drop his sins because of that, like a tree drops its leaves."[ Bukharee&Muslim ]

Abu Sa'eed al-Khudree (radiallaahu anhu) reported that the Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said:

" A muslim is not afflicted by hardship, sickness, sadness, worry, harm, or depression - even if pricked by a thorn, but Allah expiates his sins because of that. " [ Bukharee & Muslim ]
