If you don't find me in Jannah, ask about me.
Surely the people of Jannah when they enter Jannah and they don’t find those companions of theirs who were with them upon good in this world, then verily they will intercede for them in front of Allah Ta’ala and they will say: “O Rabb we have brothers who used to read salaah and fast with us, we do not see them!”
Allaah, jalla wa’alaa, will say •►“Go to the fire and take out any person who had even an atoms amount of Imaan in their heart!” ♥️
[A similar narration is available in both Bukhari and Muslim from the hadith of Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudari concerning the intercession of the believers on the day of Judgment]
And Hassan Basri, rahimahu Allah, has said ► “Have lots of believing friends because they will be able to intercede for you on the day of qiyaamah”
Ibnul Jawzi, rahimahu Allah, said ►“If you don’t find me with you in Jannah then ask about me, so u should say ‘ O our Rabb so and so slave of yours used to remind us about you”.
And I am asking you…

Once it took years to see the face of a distant person, Now it appears in seconds –Yet the man says – no time.
The time and effort it took to move around the house, Now ends in seconds with a lift, Yet the man says – no time.
The man who once stood in bank lines for hours, Now completes transactions in seconds on his mobile, Yet the man says – no time.
Medical tests that once took weeks, Now happen in a few hours, Yet the man says – no time.
While riding an Activa, one hand on the handle, the other on the phone – Because he doesn’t have time to stop and talk.
While driving a car, one hand on the steering, the other on WhatsApp – Because he has no time.
When traffic jams, he jumps lanes to create a new one Because he has no time.
Among company, his fingers are busy on his phone, Because he has somewhere to be – no time.
When alone, he’s relaxed, But becomes restless in the presence of others – Because he has no time.
No time to read books,
No time to call parents,
No time to meet a friend,
No time to enjoy nature
But –
He has time for IPL,
Time for Netflix,
Time for pointless reels,
Time to debate politics –
But no time for himself…
The world became simpler, faster, Technology came closer, distances disappeared, Comforts increased, Opportunities grew.. Yet man kept saying no time, and drifted away from himself.
To sit silently,
To speak with oneself,
To understand oneself,
Or to simply laugh for a few pure moments –
He says no time.
*And then one day,Time itself slips away. In that final moment, he realizes – There was time… but kept saying no time and forgot to live.*
_So today, decide–Keep a little time for yourself,_
_Give a little time to relationships,_
*_Live a little for your heart, your peace, the essence of life. Because no time is not a truth – It’s just a habit… and it needs to change._*

This month is Muḥarram — a sacred month filled with both pain and justice.
Yes, we remember the heartbreaking martyrdom of al-Ḥusayn ibn ʿAlī عليه السلام, betrayed not by Ahl al-Sunnah, but by those who pretend to love him and then abandoned him in his final hour.
They cry, wail, and beat themselves — not out of true love — but because deep down, they know they were the reason.
And what’s even more striking?
Allāh humiliates them every single year.
They slash their backs, pound their chests, scream in the streets — thinking it’s devotion — but we know the truth. It’s poetic justice. Because the very same people who slandered our pure, perfect mother ʿĀ’ishah al-Ṣiddīqah عليها السلام — the most beloved woman to the Prophet ﷺ — now walk the earth cursed by their own actions, exposing themselves every Muḥarram as the misguided innovators they are.
“Indeed, those who slander chaste, unaware, believing women are cursed in this world and the Hereafter…”
(Qur’an 24:23)
They mourn a man they betrayed.
They slander a woman Allāh Himself defended.
And they bleed every year as a divine humiliation, while we stand tall with clarity, with tawḥīd, and with loyalty to the Prophet ﷺ, his wives, and his true family.
Let them wail. We’ll worship.
Let them lie. We’ll speak ḥaqq.
Let them bleed. Allāh is the best of judges.

"The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts." (8:2)
The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:
"Allah will say: 'Remove from the Fire whoever remembered Me one day, or feared Me while in a state of sinning.'"

Sufyan ath-Thawri (رحمة الله) narrated that as-Suddi (رحمة الله) commented:
"A man might be thinking of committing injustice or a sin. But he abstains when he is told, 'Have Taqwa of Allah', and his heart becomes fearful."
The quality of a true believer is that when Allah is mentioned, he feels a fear in his heart, and thus implements His orders and abstains from His prohibitions.

"when Allah granted prophet yussuf physical beauty caused him to be locked in the prison but when allāh granted him knowledge (when he interpreted the dream of the king) it not only took him out of prison, but elevated his rank in society, clearly showing us the virtue of knowledge and that physical beauty does not mean anything."

CHARITY DOES NOT DECREASE WEALTH 🌱
Abdur-Rahim bin Hazim Al-Balkhi (رحمة الله) narrated to us, he said: I heard Al-Makki bin Ibrahim (رحمة الله) saying: We were with Ibn Juraij Al-Makki (رحمة الله) when someone came to him begging. So Ibn Juraij (رحمة الله) said to his treasurer: "Give him a Dinar."
So he (treasurer) said: "There is only one Dinar with me, if I give it to him, then you and your dependants will go hungry."
So he (Ibn Juraij (رحمة الله)) became angry and said: "Give it to him."
Al-Makki (رحمة الله) said: So we were with Ibn Juraij (رحمة الله) when a man came to him with a letter and a package, for which he had been dispatched to him by one of his brothers. In the letter it said: "I have sent fifty Dinar."
So Ibn Juraij (رحمة الله) opened the package to count it and he found that there were fifty-one Dinar in it.
So Ibn Juraij (رحمة الله) said to his treasurer: "You have given one, and Allah returned it to you and He added fifty Dinar."

Regarding the verse: [كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأْن] "𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀." (Qur'an 55:29).
A king asked his minister about this verse, but the minister couldn't explain it.
A servant explained it as follows to the king:
فقال أيها الملك شأن الله تعالى أن يولج الليل في النهار، ويولج النهار في الليل ويخرج الحي من الميت، ويخرج الميت من الحيّ، ويشفي سقيما، ويسقم صحيحا، ويبتلي معافى، ويعافي مبتلى، ويعز ذليلا، ويذل عزيزا، ويفقر غنيا، ويغني فقيرا
"𝗢 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀:

The king was impressed by his answer and gave him the minister’s expensive robe to wear.
The servant said:
يا مولاي هذا من شأن الله تعالى
“𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱...”
('Siraaj al-Muneer', 4/166).

Its all different forms of gratitude.. shuker towards Allah.. Allah says in Surah Saba
“..And few of My servants are truly grateful.”

Mental Health in Islam & The Power of Hijama
Mental health therapy is not only acceptable in Islam ,it is encouraged when needed. Islam promotes seeking healing for both physical and psychological health.
The Prophet (SAW) said:
“Make use of medical treatment, for Allah has not made a disease without appointing a remedy for it.”
(Sahih Bukhari)
We are taught to take the means (asbab) and then place our trust (tawakkul) in Allah.
Emotional Struggles in the Qur’an & Sunnah
• Yaqub (AS) grieved so deeply for Yusuf that he lost his sight (Qur’an 12:84).
• Maryam (AS) cried out in despair during childbirth (Qur’an 19:23).
• The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) experienced sadness, anxiety, and grief.
These show that emotional pain is part of the human journey ,not a sign of weak faith.
Therapy is a Tool ,Like Medicine
Therapy helps us process trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional wounds. Seeking therapy is not a contradiction to trusting Allah ,it’s a form of it.
Islamic Mental Health Includes:
• Du’a, dhikr, and connection with the Qur’an
• Professional counseling when needed
• Supportive relationships & community
• Healthy habits (sleep, nutrition, movement)
Don’t Fall into the “Just Be Strong” Trap
While patience (sabr) is essential, healing doesn’t come from isolation. Islam values both personal effort and seeking the right help.
