On this day 10th of Muharram.
The sea was in front, the enemy just behind. This is it, thought the Israelites. But not Musa. When his people cried out, '' We are finished!'' he stood firm and didn't waver. Instead, he responded:
" كَلآ إِنَّ مَعِىَ رَبِّى سَيَهْدِينِ " سورة الشعراء ٦٢
(He said: there is no means, my Lord is with me , surely He will surely show me a way out). Q26 V62.
And Allah saved Musa and his people while drowning Pharaoh and his own people

I often think about this quote..

"لا يستطيع أن ينفع الناس من أهمل أمر نفسه، فعناية المرء بنفسه - عقلًا وروحًا وبدنًا - لازمةٌ لهُ ليكون ذا أثرٍ نافع في الناس."
آثار ابن باديس (١٧/٤)

A person who neglects himself cannot benefit others. So one’s care for himself in - mind, soul, and body - is essential for him to have a beneficial impact on people.

Worry, grief, hunger and sleeplessness.

And four things bring joy:

Fear of a bad Ending...

“Sufyān al-Thawrī, may ALLAAH HAVE mercy on him, once cried a whole night until the morning, so in the morning he was asked if his cry was due to the fear of sins.

He picked hay from the ground and said:

‘Sins are lighter than this hay, I only cried out of fear of the bad ending.’

Ibn al-Qayyim said:

And this is the peak of Fiqh (knowledge and understanding) that a man fears that his sins let him down at the time of death and that they come between him and the good ending.”

When a person spends his entire day with no other concern but Allah (‘azza wajall) alone, Allah (subḥānahu wa ta’āla) will take care of all his needs and take care of all of that is worrying him.

He will empty his heart so that it will be filled only with love for Him, free his tongue so that it will speak only in remembrance of Him, and cause all his faculties to work only in obedience to Him.

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said:

“Whoever commits a sin in private between him and Allah, then admits his sin to his Lord, humbles himself in his heart, asks Him for forgiveness, and repents to Him — then indeed, He is Forgiving, Merciful, Accepting of repentance.

And if the sin was committed openly, he should repent openly.

And if he displays goodness while hiding something evil, he must repent inwardly from the evil.

So whoever does wrong in private, should do good in private; and whoever does wrong in public, should do good in public. As Allah said:
{Indeed, good deeds erase bad deeds. That is a reminder for those who remember.}”

Thirty angels competing with each other to write down your rewards….

Narrated Rifa’a bin Rafi AzZuraqi (radiAllahuanhu):

One day we were praying behind the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) When he raised his head from bowing, he (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said,

“سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ”.

“sami ‘Allaahu liman Hamidah”

Allaah listens to him who praises Him

A man behind him said,

“رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ، حَمْداً كَثِيراً طَيِّباً مُبَارَكاً فِيهِ”.

“Rabbanaa wa lakal Hamd Hamdan Katheeran Taiyiban mubaarakan feehi”

O our Lord! All the praises are for you, many good and blessed praises.

When the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) completed the prayer, he asked, “Who has said these words?”

The man replied, “I.”

The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said,
“I saw over thirty angels competing to write it first.”

Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) rose (from bowing) and stood straight till all the vertebrae of his spinal column came to a natural position.

💗Free your Heart ♥️
Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allaah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to me:

يَا بُنَيَّ إِنْ قَدَرْتَ أَنْ تُصْبِحَ وَتُمْسِيَ لَيْسَ فِي قَلْبِكَ غِشٌّ لِأَحَدٍ فَافْعَلْ
Young man, if you are able every morning and evening to remove any malevolence in your heart towards anyone, then do so.

Then, the Prophet said to me:
يَا بُنَيَّ وَذَلِكَ مِنْ سُنَّتِي وَمَنْ أَحْيَا سُنَّتِي فَقَدْ أَحَبَّنِي وَمَنْ أَحَبَّنِي كَانَ مَعِي فِي الْجَنَّة
Young man, that is my Sunnah. Whoever revives my Sunnah has loved me, and whoever loves me will be with me in Paradise.
Sunan al-Tirmidhī 2678, Grade: Hasan

And the Prophet said:
إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَى صُوَرِكُمْ وَأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَلَكِنْ يَنْظُرُ إِلَى قُلُوبِكُمْ وَأَعْمَالِكُمْ
Verily, Allah does not look at your appearance or wealth, but rather He looks at your hearts and actions.

How come we claim to love one another for the sake of Allaah, but then do not tolerate a genuine mistake or a misunderstanding? Loving one another for the sake of Allaah doesn’t mean that we see eye to eye and agree with each other in every matter.

When we are upon the same Deen, same Aqeedah, and same Manhaj, then what is holding us back from loving one another for the sake of Allaah except for our sins?!

Shaikh Ibn al-
Uthaymeen رحمه الله said:

❝And in this, there is an indication that the ones who love one another for the sake of Allaah, nothing from the matters of the Dunya breaks (or interferes in) their love for the sake of Allaah. They love each other for the sake of Allaah and nothing separates them except death. Even if one wrongs the other, or falls short on fulfilling the rights of the other, this still does not affect them because their love is for the sake of Allaah عز وجل; but he does try to correct him, and points out to him where he has fallen short, as this is part of the perfection of Naseehah. May Allaah make us and the Muslims love one another for His sake, helping one another in righteousness and piety. Indeed, He is Jawaad, Kareem.❞

“O you who believe! If a Faasiq (liar — evil person) comes to you with any news, verify it, lest you should harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful for what you have done”

[al-Hujuraat 49:6]

The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “It is enough lying for a man to speak of everything that he hears.” Narrated by Muslim in al-Muqaddimah, 6; Saheeh al-Jaami, 4482.

It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “It is enough sin for a man to speak of everything that he hears.” Al-Silsilah al-Saheehah, 2025.

Dying in a place far from one's birthplace

ʾAbdullah ibn ʾAmr said,
“A man passed away in Madinah and he was someone who was [actually] born there. The Prophet ﷺ performed the funeral prayer over him and then said, ‘Would that he had died somewhere else apart from his birthplace.’ So a man said, ‘Why, O Messenger of Allaah?’ He replied, ‘When a person dies somewhere which isn’t his birthplace a space is measured for him in Paradise [equal to the distance] from his birthplace to the place where he died.’”

Al-Albaani said, ‘Ḥasan.’

A cure from every illness

Hadhrat Jibra'eel عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَام once came to Rasulullaah ﷺ and asked, “Are you not well?” When Rasulullaah ﷺ indicated that he was no feeling well, Hadhrat Jibra'eel عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَام recited the following Du’aa:

‏ قَالَ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ وَعَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ وَاللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ
