It was said to the Prophet ﷺ: “Which of the people is best?”
He said: “Everyone who has a pure heart and a truthful tongue.”

They asked, “What is meant by a pure heart?”
He replied: “It is the heart that is righteous and pure; it has no sin, no injustice, no hatred, and no envy.”

Where are عزرباالجهل kids ???
The Messenger of Allāh صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said:

“A person may utter a word which is pleasing to Allāh, not paying heed to it, [and] Allāh will elevate him by several degrees in status, and a person may utter a word which is displeasing to Allāh, not paying heed to, for which he will casted into Hell.”

What Is Sabrun Jameel?

The Concept Of “Sabr” Is Deeply Ingrained In Islam And Permeates The Muslim World. If You Realize That The Answer To Any Problem Is Through Allah, And That Allah Suffices All Your Needs, Then Your Relief Is Already At Hand. Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala Mentioned “Fa Sabrun Jameel” In The Qur’an, Literally Means Beautiful Patience. So What Is Beautiful Patience? The Phrase “Fa Sabrun Jameel” Appears In The Quran In Surah Yusuf, Verse 12:18.

It Is To Be In A State Of Happiness And Pleasure While Being Patient Over A Situation.
Beautiful Patience Is To Be Content With Adversity.
Beautiful Patience Is To Surrender To The Will Of Allah.
Beautiful Patience Is To Refrain From Complaining.
Beautiful Patience Is To Be Grateful.

Indeed, As Beautiful As Prophet Yusuf Patience Is To Face All The Test That Allah Send Down, The Phrase Is “So Patience Is Most Fitting” And Is Most Famous From The Story Of Prophet Yaqub (Alayhis Salam).

The Phrase “Fa Sabrun Jameel” Is Said To Have Been Said By Prophet Yaqub After Hearing The News Of His Son Yusuf.

The Phrase “Fa Sabrun Jameel” Is Said To Lead To Doing The Best Of Deeds.

In Verse 12:18, Yaqub Says, “It Is Not So; You Have Made Up The Story. Yet Endurance Is Best. I Seek The Help Of God Alone For What You Impute”.
Ibn al-Qayyim [رحمه الله] said:
❝An action done without Ikhlaas and without following the Messenger is like a traveler whose sock becomes filled with sand, which weighs him down, and has no benefit.❞

📌 A simple breath…

Ibn al-Dunya mentioned that the Prophet Dawud (alayhi salam) asked
Allāh:

"What is the least of your blessings?.”

Allāh revealed to him,

"O Dawud, take a breath."

Dawud did so, and Allāh told him:

"That is the least of My Blessings on
you.”

Healing doesn't mean building walls that block love out. It means building boundaries that keep harm out.

There's a powerful difference between the two:

⭕️ Walls say: "No one can touch me again."

️Boundaries suggest: "You can love me, but not at the cost of my peace."

So, if you build healthy boundaries instead of walls, you can keep your heart open - just not unguarded.

The best charity starts with oneself

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
"If one of you is poor, let him start with his own self and give charity to it. If there is anything left, then let him give it to his dependents. If anything is left after his dependents, then let him give it to his relatives. If anything is left after his relatives, then in this way and in that way (to others around him)."

Dear religious person,

A young man came to Rasūlullāh ﷺ and asked permission to commit Zina. Can you imagine someone shouting that out in our mosque on Jumm'ah? The Prophet ﷺ brought him close, placed his hand on his heart, and his life changed. A man unknowingly urinated in his Mosque and when people told him off, the Prophet said, 'Leave him... Just pour water over it.' A man was continually brought to him for constantly drinking. When people cursed him, he said, 'Don't curse him, for he loves Allah and His Messenger.' A man spoke in Salah and when others looked at him until he became upset, Rasūlullāh ﷺ comforted him and taught him with love. A young female child began to play with him, and when her parents told her to stop, the Prophet ﷺ happily told her to carry on and gave her gifts.

A Bedouin violently pulled his cloak until it left a mark on his neck, and he asked for wealth. Rasūlullāh ﷺ smiled at him and gave him and gave until he was content. When his enemies became captives in Badr and suffered hunger, he gave them better food and drink than the Sahaba

This is how the Prophet ﷺ dealt with people, whether they were considered sinners, lacked knowledge, or were Non Muslims, and this is why the world embraced Islam and fell in love with the Masjid.

How difficult is it to attain khushoo in salah?

#SignsOfTheHour

The Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said:

“The very first thing to be raised from this Ummah is Khushoo (awe, fear of Allaah) until there is not a single person in it with khushoo.”

[Saheeh al-Jaami` (2569) and graded as “Saheeh” by Shaikh al-Albaanee]

“Khushoo’ in prayer happens when a person empties his heart for it (prayer), and focuses on it to the exlusion of all else, and prefers it to everything else. Only then does he find comfort and joy in it, as the Prophet (sw) said: ‘… and my joy has been made in salaah.’” ( Ahmad, 3/128 Saheeh al-Jaami’, 3124).

Allaah has mentioned al-khaashi’eena wa’l-khaashi’aat (men and women who are humble (before their Lord)), and described this quality as one of the qualities of those who are chosen. He tells us that He has prepared for them forgiveness and a great reward (i.e., Paradise). [See al-Ahzaab 33:35].

There’s a part in Surah Kahf that we read but never ponder over 🤔

It’s where Khidr عليه السلام destroys a boat by cutting a hole in it. This boat belongs to a poor family who need it for their livelihood, to fish and to travel. Musa عليه السلام doesn’t understand why. He asks Khidr عليه السلام why he destroyed that boat? What did they ever do to him for him to treat them so harshly? Put yourself in that poor families shoes. Imagine you are them with a boat & it gets destroyed. You wonder to Allah, why? I need this grade, this promotion, this job, this spouse. I need this du’a to be answered. How can you destroy my boat Allah? Why not take the boat of those who are ungrateful? Or who sin without caring? Did i not worship You enough? Did I not pray my Salah? Did I not fast?

But Musa عليه السلام didn’t know there was an oppressive King — if that boat hadn’t been destroyed, the King would’ve taken it leaving no means of livelihood for the poor people. Allah, in His infinite love, mercy and Wisdom knew a broken boat would be of no use to a King, and so he wouldn’t have been interested, but the poor family could fix this boat and use it once again.

Your boat may also be broken. It may not make sense to you right now. You cannot see the oppressive King, you cannot see what Allah is protecting you and I from.

All you see is what is broken in front of you. But know that Allah will help you fix it. He will help you find a way. Look beyond the destroyed boat. You are loved by Allah. So so loved by Allah. And just as how a child doesn’t understand why his mother won’t let him have a fizzy drink for breakfast, remember that Allah loves you more than a mother loves her child.

Continue making du’a and finding new doors to walk through. He will never allow your deeds, effort and your du’as to ever be lost or wasted.

Al-'Allamah Muhammad bin Salih al-'Uthaymeen رحمه الله mentioned,

The best of the people are those who initiate the greeting of Salām and the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم who is the most noble of all creation, would initiate the Salām to whomever he met. So be eager to be the one who initiates the Salām before your companion, even if he is younger than you, because the best of the people are those who initiate giving the Salām and the one who is most deserving of Allah's mercy is the one who initiates the Salām.

So would you like to be the most deserving of Allah's mercy? We all like that, so initiate giving Salām to the people.

“Hearts have conditions — strange conditions.

At times, the heart becomes attached to the world (dunyā). At times, it becomes attached to something from the world.

At times, it becomes attached to wealth, and wealth becomes its greatest concern. At times, it becomes attached to women, and women become its greatest concern.

At times, it becomes attached to palaces & houses,& that becomes its greatest concern. At times, it becomes attached to vehicles and cars, and that becomes its greatest concern. At times, the heart is always with Allah, with Allah, attached to Allah, the Exalted, seeing that whole world is merely a means to worship & obey Allah.

Therefore, we must all review our hearts, every hour, every moment.

O heart, where have you turned? Where have you gone? Why do you turn away from Allah? Why do you look right & left? But we seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan, for Satan runs through the human being like flow of blood.”
