*Speaking without knowledge CAN KILL!*

Narrated By Jabir: 'We set out on a journey One of our people was hurt by a stone that injured his head. He then had a wet dream. He asked his fellow travellers: Do you find concession for me to perform tayammum? They said: We do not find any concession for you while you can use water. He took a bath and died. When we came to the Prophet (SAW), the incident was reported to him. He said: "They killed him, may Allah kill them! Could they not ask when they did not know? The cure of ignorance is inquiry. It was enough for him to perform tayammum and to pour some drops of water or to bind a bandage over the wound (the narrator Musa was doubtful); then he should have wiped over it and washed the rest of his body."'

A GREAT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO GROUPS

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful The Bestower of Mercy

Imaam as-Saa’di (rahimahullaah) said:

Ponder upon the stories of some of the distinguished people of (piety) and the life of goodness they were upon!

Whether they were either rich or poor, in hardship or ease, or whether their situation changed from one state to another, indeed you still found them to be the most well behaved amongst the people; the most relaxed at heart and the most delighted; rather you will find one amongst them in a state of insignificance and poverty, whilst he is pleased, contented, not angry with Allaah and the creation. This is a blessing from Allaah which He bestows on whomsoever He pleases, and He is the Possessor of all blessings.

As for those enslaved by the worldly life-those who have submitted to its glitter- they do not care how they gather wealth, whether through permissible or impermissible means. They are not bothered about (uttering) false and evil speech against the righteous slaves of Allaah, (whilst being) heedless; seeking to raise themselves, disseminating their falsehood and rumours for the sake of their merchandises and to fulfil their lowly desires. However, your Lord knows about them, and He is Ever Watchful over them.

Shaykh ul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, (Rahimahullah) said:

The punishment for a sin committed by a believer is removed in ten ways:

He repents to Allah (taubah), so Allah accepts his repentance, for the one who repents from sin is like the one who has no sin.

He seeks forgiveness from Allah (istighfar), so Allah forgives him.

He does good deeds that erase his sin for good deeds erase bad ones.

His believing brethren pray for him or seek forgiveness for his sins during his life or death.

Or they [ask Allah] to bestow on him as gift from the reward for their deeds, with which Allah benefits him.

His Prophet Muhammad, عليه السلام, intercedes for him.

Allah tests him with trials in this world which expiate his sin.

Allah tests him in al-Barzakh (the intermediate life in the grave, between the death and the Day of Judgment) which expiates his sin.

Allah tests him in the various stages of the Day of Judgment which expiates his sins.

Or the Most Merciful of those who have mercy has mercy on him.
Whoever, then, is missed by these ten cannot blame anyone but himself.

WOMEN WEARING JEANS 👖

📌Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih ibn ‘Uthaymeen was also asked about the ruling on women wearing any kind of pants or trousers. He (rahimahullaah) answered:

“I think that women should not wear trousers at all, even if there is no one with her apart from her husband, because this is imitating men. The ones who wear trousers are men, and the Prophet (sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallaam) cursed women who imitate men.” [Majmoo’ Fataawaa wa Rasaa’il al-Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih al-‘Uthaymeen, part 12, p. 287]

📌 Women wearing trousers in the home

Question:

What is the ruling on a woman wearing a very wide pair of trousers solely inside of her home?

Answer:

I do not know of any harm in this, and as long as no stranger sees her like this ? then there is no harm with this Inshaa Allaah.

📌 It was asked to the Noble Shaykh, Allaamah Rabee ibn Haadee Al-Madkhalee, may Allah preserve him:

"You have warned, may Allah preserve you, against imitating the disbelievers and mentioned wearing trousers. Because of this, a lot of brothers have asked, is it Haraam?

He answered:

"Yes, the trousers which resemble the trousers of the disbelievers is Haraam ((Whoever imitates a people he is from them))[1] I have seen in some of the Arab countries that you see a woman which cannot be differentiated Christian from Muslim in the shamelessness of her dress code. And you see a Muslim, a Christian, a Jew and a Communist. You see one of them clean shaven his beard, head uncovered, wears a neck tie and he says to you ‘I am a Muslim’!

And the woman dresses shamelessly possibly more than the Jews or Christians and you cannot recognize her (as a Muslimah) until it is said to you “this is a Muslim” and “this is a Muslimah”!

But as for her appearance and her dress it is not possible for you to recognize her (as a Muslimah), what do you say about this, Haraam or Halaal?

Imaan is Patience and Gratitude

Imaan is of two halves; half is patience (Sabr) and half is being thankful (Shukr).
More than one from amongst the Salaf said: ‘Patience is half of Imaan.’ Abdullaah bin Masood - radi Allaahu anhu – said: ‘Imaan is of two halves: half is
patience and half is gratitude.’
This is why Allaah – Subhanahu – combines patience and being thankful in
His saying: <<Truly, in this there are signs for every patient, thankful person.>> (Ibrahim 14:5)
As Allaah has mentioned in the verses of soorat Ha Mim ‘Ain Seen Qaaf 33, and soorat Saba 19, and in soorat Luqman 31. Indeed there are considerations which have been mentioned for these classifications of patience and gratitude:

*THE TEN ACCURSED WOMEN*
-
The following are the ten sinful women or those women who are accursed and who will be removed from the mercy of ALLaah :

1. TATTOOING : the one who does it and the one who gets it done.
-
2. PLUCKING THE EYEBROWS : the doers and the one who gets it done.
-
3. Artificially creating space between the teeth to look beautiful: the doers and the one who gets it done.
-
[Saheeh MusLim : 5573 or 2125]
-
4. Adding false hair, the provider of false hair and the one who gets it done.
-
[AL-Bukhaari : 5940]
-
5. The woman whose husband is angry at her :

The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said: "If a woman spends the night deserting her husband's bed (means does not sleep with him), then the angels send their curses on her till she comes back (to her husband)."
-
[Saheeh AL-Bukhaari : 3237]
-
6. Those who imitate men :

The Prophet (Peace be upon him) cursed those men who are in the similitude (assume the manners) of women and those women who are in the similitude (assume the manners) of men."
-
[Saheeh AL-Bukhaari : 5885]
-
7. Those Women who are Ungrateful to their Husband.
-
[Saheeh AL-Bukhaari : 29]
-
8. Those Women who wears Perfume and goes out (to the market or Masjid):
-
[Abu Daawood : 4173 ; Tirmizee : 2786 ; classed as Saheeh by Ibn DaQeeQ AL-E'id in AL-IQtiraah : 126 and by Shaykh AL-ALbaani in Saheeh AL-Tirmizee]

*NOTE* :It is not permissible for women to put on perfume, whether she is going to the Masjid or anywhere else ; rather it is narrated that women are specifically forbidden to use perfume when going to the Masjid.
-
The Messenger of ALLaah (Peace be upon him) said :

"If one of you (women) wants to go to the Masjid, let her not put on perfume.
-
[Saheeh Muslim : 996 or 443]
-
9. Women making a wanton display of themselves (Tabarruj) and showing their charms and not adhering to correct IsLaamic Hijaab and noble IsLaamic manners.
-
10. Those Women who pile their hair on top of their heads (camel hump Hijaab), they will not see Paradise or smell its fragrance.
-
[Saheeh MusLim : 5582 or 2128]
-
Nawawee [رحمه اللّٰه] said : *concerning the meaning of one Hadees in Saheeh MusLim in which there's a sentence that: "CLOTHED YET NAKED" means that they will uncover part of their bodies to show their beauty, so they will be clothed yet naked. And it was said that they will wear thin clothes which shows what is beneath them, so they will be clothed yet virtually naked*
SOME IMPORTANT REMINDER ON SALAH:

بسم اللّٰه الرحمن الرحيم

Imaam Ibn Al-Qayyim [رحمه الله]:
The motion that is prohibited in the prayer is of two types:

① The first of them: is the motion of the heart away from Allaah, The Mighty and Majestic – to other than Allaah, The Most High.

② The second: is the motion of the sight. Both of them are forbidden; and Allaah does not cease to be forthcoming with His servant for as long as the servant is forthcoming upon his prayer. So if he turns in motion with his heart or with his sight; then Allaah, The Most High turns away from him.
•[Al-Waabil as-Sayyib Wa Raafi al-Kalim at-Tayyib, (Page: 43)]

Ibn al-Qayyim (رحمه اللّٰه):
"You stand in your prayers with your body, directing your face to the Qiblah, while your heart is directed to a different territory. Woe to you! That prayer [of yours] is not worthy of being Mahr (dowry) for paradise, how then can it be befitting for [attaining] the love of Allaah."
•[Badee’ al-Fawaaid 3/753]

So many pray to Allaah as if they are doing Him a favour. Allaah does not need our prayers, we NEED Allaah to accept our prayers.

The one who secures his Salaah, It will be Noor, evidence & salvation for him on the day of judgement. [Musnad Ahmad]

1 day of Salah =17 rakat,1 week =119 Rakaa, 1 month =510 rakat, 1 year =6205 rakat. Now imagine missing them/May Allaah protect us!

Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "The distinguishing factor between kufr [disbelief]& Iman is the deliberate neglect of Salaah." •[مسلم]

Finally what is Shukur (gratitude)?

Shukr is to display the effects of the blessings of Allaah upon the tongue by way of praise and acknowledgement; in the heart by way of witnessing and love; and upon the limbs by way of submission and obedience.

[Ibn Al-Qayyim in Madaarij As-Saalikeen, 2/244]
The Messenger of Allaah (may the peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "And the worst of your women are the ones who commit Tabarruj, who strut around in arrogance. They are the hypocrites. None from among them (i.e. these women) will enter Paradise except (those who are) like the rare crow."

(Reported by al-Bayhaqi in his Sunan 7/82) and authenticated by al-Albanee in his as-Saheehah (4/1849)

Commenting on this hadeeth, Imaam al-Albaanee (Rahimahullah) said: "What is meant by the rare crow is that which has a red beak and red legs, as occurs in a hadeeth that states the small amount of women that will enter Paradise. (The hadeeth Imaam al'Albaanee is referring to is the one by 'Amr bin al-Aas who said: "One day we were with the Messenger of Allaah on this mountain path when he said: "Look! Do you see anything? We said: We see a crow that is very strange. Its beak and its legs are red." So Allaah´s Messenger said: " No one among will enter Paradise except for those who have the similitude of this crow in strangeness."

(Reported by Ahmad 4/197 and Abu Ya'laa 1/349, and authenticated by al'Albaanee in as-Saheehah (4/1850).) This is since there are very few crows that match this type of denoscription." Silsilaat ul Ahadeeth as'Saheehah vol.4, no.1849.

🌍This is for Allaah, What is for Me? – Translated by Abbas Abu Yahya

From Anas – RadhiAllaahu anhu – who said: ‘A Bedouin came to the Prophet – sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam –and said: ‘O Messenger of Allaah!  Teach me some goodness.’

So the Prophet  – sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam – took him by the hand and said:

” قل: سبحان الله، والحمد لله، ولا إله إلا الله، والله أكبر.

‘Say: ‘Far is Allaah from imperfection, and all praise be to Allaah, and there is none worthy of worship in truth except Allaah, and Allaah is the Greatest.’

(Subhana Allaahi, wal hamdu lillaahi, wa la illaah ila Allaah, wa Allaahu Akbar.)’

The Bedouin counted them on his hand, when he finished he began to reflect then came back to the Prophet.

The Prophet – sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam – smiled and said:

 ‘The desperate one has reflected.’

Then the Bedouin came and said:

‘O Messenger of Allaah! ‘Far is Allaah from imperfection, and all praise be to Allaah, and there is none worthy of worship in truth except Allaah, and Allaah is the Greatest.’  This is for Allaah, what is for me?’

The Prophet – sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam – said:

اللهم اغفر لي وارحمني وعافني وارزقني واهدني

‘Say: O Allaah forgive me, and have mercy on me, and pardon me, and provide for me, and guide me.’

The Prophet – sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam – said to him:

‘O Bedouin! If you say: ‘SubhanAllah’, Allaah says: ‘you have spoken the truth,

If you say: ‘Alhamdulillah’, Allaah says: ‘ you have spoken the truth, If you say: ‘La ilaha ‘illa Allaah’, Allaah says: ‘you have spoken the truth,

If you say: Allaahu Akbar, Allaah says: ‘you have spoken the truth, If you say: O Allaah forgive me, Allaah says: I have done so,

If you say: O Allaah have mercy on me, Allaah says: I have done so, If you say: O Allaah give me provision, Allaah says: I have done so,

Then the Bedouin  counted it seven times on his fingers,  then went away.’

Shaykh al-Muhaddith al-Albaani -Rahimullaah – said :

Collected by al-Bayhaqi in ‘Shuab al-Eemaan’, and thisIsnaad is Jayyid (good) its narrators are trustworthy as for al-Hasan bin Tawab; then I had become exhausted searching about him until I found who he was. So I performed a Sajdah to Allaah thankful for His success and I ask Him for an increase in His excellence.’

[2|6] al-Qadarīyyah

As for al-Qadarīyyah, they split into twelve sects as well:

1. al-Ahmadīyyah (الأحمدية) claimed that it was a condition of Allāh’s Justice to give His servants full control over their affairs, and that He Prevents them from falling into sin.

2. ath-Thanawīyyah (الثنوية) claimed that good was from Allāh, and evil was from Iblīs.

3. al-Mu’tazilah (المعتزلة) claimed the creationism of Qur’an, and denied seeing Allāh (in the Hereafter).

4. al -Kaisānīyyah (الكيسانية) claimed that they were not certain whether actions (performed by humans) were performed by Allāh or by humans, and that they did not know whether humans would be rewarded or punished.

5. ash-Shaytānīyyah (الشيطانية) claimed that Allāh did not create the devil.

6. ash-Shirīkīyyah (الشريكية) claimed that all sins were predestined except disbelief (kufr).

7. al-Wahmīyyah (الوهمية) claimed that human actions and speech had no essence, and that good and bad deeds had no essence.

8. ar-Rawandīyyah (الرّيوندية) claimed that it was permissible to act upon any of the books revealed from Allāh, whether these books were abrogated or not.

9. al-Minbarīyyah (المنبرية) claimed that whoever committed a sin then repented, that his repentance would not be accepted.

10. an-Nākithīyyah (النّاكثية) claimed that whoever broke Allāh’s covenant was not a sinner.

11. al-Qāsitīyyah (القاسطية) preferred going after this world (increasing in wealth) over asceticism.

12. an-Nazāmīyyah (النّظامية) followed Ibrāhim Ibn al-Nazām in claiming that whoever says that Allāh was a thing then he is a disbeliever (Kāfir).

*Not everyone is suitable to be your friend...*

Ibn Qudamah al-Maqdisi said:

“Know that not everyone is suitable to be your friend. You must verify that this potential friend has the neccessary characteristics that make friendship with him something to be desired. The one you seek to befriend must have five characteristics:

1. He must be intelligent, as there is no good in befriending an idiot, as he will only harm you when he wants to benefit you.

2. He must be intelligent, we mean one who understands things as they are, either on his own, or if they are explained to him.

3. He must have good manners, and this is a must. One who is simply intelligent might be overcome by anger or desire, and obey his desire. Thus, there would be no benefit in befriending him.

4. He must not be a fasiq, as such a person would not fear Allah, and whoever does not fear Allah cannot be trusted.

5. He must not be an innovator, as his abundance of innovation is feared from befriending him; he should not be eager for the dunya.”

🌸🌸🌸 Wearing Hair in a Bun Under the Hijāb[Camel Hump]

🖋 Shaykh Muḥammad Nāṣir al-Dīn al-Albānī

From Abu Hurairah who said the Messenger of Allaah -SallAllaahu alayhi wa Sallam- said:

صنفان من أهل النار لم أرهما قوم معهم سياط كأذناب البقر يضربون بها الناس ونساء كاسيات عاريات مميلات مائلات رءوسهن كأسنمة البخت المائلة لا يدخلن الجنة ولا يجدن ريحها وإن ريحها ليوجد من مسيرة كذا وكذا

✌️ There are two types of the people of the Hell-Fire who I have not seen, a people who have whips like cows’ tails with which they are hitting the people, and women who will be naked in spite of being dressed, who are seduced (to wrong paths) and seduce others, their heads will be high like a camel with humps they will not enter Paradise, nor will they find its fragrance, even though its fragrance can be found from travelling such and such distance.1

Shaykh, Allaama, Muhadith Muhammad Nasir Deen al-Albaani – May Allaah have mercy upon him.

📞 The Questioner:

What is the ruling of a woman gathering her hair above her neck at the back of the head whereby it is shaped like a ball, taking into consideration that when a woman covers herself with Hijaab the shape of her hair would be apparent from her Hijaab?

☎️ Shaykh Albaani said:

☝️ This is a mistake many women who wear Hijaab fall into, whereby they gather their hair at the back of the head and it bulges out from the back of their head, even though they have covered it with covering Hijaab over it.

📘 Indeed this opposes a condition from the conditions of Hijaab, which I had gathered in my book ‘Hijaab Al-Marata Al-Muslimah min Al-Kitab wa Sunnah‘. From these conditions is that the clothing should not show the shape of the limb or anything from the woman’s body, this is why it is not permissible for a woman to put her hair in a circular shape at the back of her head or at the side of her head whereby it bulges out, so that it appears to the one who sees her, even unintentionally that she has shaggy hair or that she has little hair.

It is obligatory that it is left hanging and not piled up/crumpled up.
