This Is Tremendous Du’a – Seeking Refuge With Allaah From Evil People Around You

“Allahumma innee a’udhu bika min Jaaris Suu, wa min zawjin tashayyabanee qablal masheeb, wa min waladin yakoonu alaiyya rabban, wa min maalin yakoonu alaiyya ‘adhaaban, wa min khaleelin maakirin, ‘ainuhu taraanee, wa qalbuhu yar’aanee, in yaraa hasanatan dafanahaa, wa in yaraa sayyi’a’tan adhaa’ahaa“
And Here Is Its Translation:
Abu Hurayrah (Radee’Allaahu anhu) said that from his (Messenger of Allaah, sallAllaahu alayhee wa aalehee wasalam) supplications were:
“Oh Allaah, I seek refuge with you
➡ From an evil neighbour; and
➡ From a wife who causes me to grow old before old age; and
➡ From a son who will become a master over me; and
➡ From wealth which will become a punishment for me; and
➡ From a cunning friend whose gaze is upon me & whose heart is plotting & planning against me, such that if he sees Something good, he buries it & if he sees something bad he spreads it.”

Benefits of olives.
• It’s useful to remove poison from the body.
• It empties the bowel and drives away worms.
• Olive oil that’s extracted with water is less hot [in the body], is gentler and more beneficial.
• All kinds of olive oil smoothen the body and delay graying of hair.
• Salty olive water prevents blistering of burns and strengthens the gums.
• Its leaves help in curing erysipelas [a type of skin infection] and dirty sores and many other problems!

Ibn Al Qayyim – Rahmatullahi Alayhi – says:
“The reasons which cause mahabbah of Allâh to develop, are ten:
Firstly: Reciting the Qur‘ân, reflecting and understanding its meaning and its intent.
Secondly: Drawing closer to Allâh – the Most High – through optional deeds, after fulfilling the obligatory duties.
Thirdly: Being continuous in the dhikr (remembrance) of Allâh, with the tongue, the heart and the limbs – under all circumstances. The more constant the dhikr, the more mahabbah develops and intensifies.
Fourthly: Giving precedence to what Allâh loves over personal loves, when being overcome by desires.
Fifthly: Contemplating and deliberating over the Names and Attributes of Allâh.
Sixthly: Recognising and remembering the favours and bounties of Allâh – both the manifest and hidden.
Seventhly: To be humble and submissive before Allâh – and this is the greatest matter.
Eightly: To be in seclusion reciting the Qur‘ân, during that time in which Allâh descends to the lowest heaven (which is the last third of every night), finishing this recitation with seeking Allâh’s forgiveness and repenting to Him.
Ninthly: To sit in the gatherings of true and sincere lovers of Allâh, reaping the fruits of their speech, and not to speak except if there is benefit in it and that you know that such talk will increase you in goodness and that it will benefits others as well.
Tenthly: To stay clear of all those causes which distances the heart from Allâh – the Mighty and Majestic.
So these are the ten reasons which cause the person to develop true love for Allâh and to reach the rank of al-muhabbah, by which he reaches his Beloved.” [Madârijus-Sâlikîn (3/17-18).]

Shaykh Muḥammad ibn Jamīl Zaynū:
“O you who believe! Save yourselves and your families from the Hellfire.” [Sūrah al-Taḥrīm 66:6]
Mothers, fathers, teachers, and the society as a whole, will all be accountable in front of Allāh about the tarbiyyah (education and upbringing) of this generation. If its tarbiyah is good, then there will be happiness - both in this world and the Hereafter. If it is not, then there will be misery, and it will be a rope around your necks - since there occurs in the ḥadīth: “Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you will be questioned about those who you are responsible for.” [1]
But - O teachers - rejoice in the saying of the Prophet (ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam), who said: “By Allāh! That Allāh guides through you even a single person, is better for you than the most precious of camels.” [2] And - O parents - rejoice in the authentic ḥadīth: “When a person dies, his actions are terminated except for three; a recurring charity, or knowledge that he leaves which is benefited from, or a pious offspring who supplicates for him.” [3]
So you must first of all reform yourselves, since good results from the good that you do, and bad results from the bad that you do. So good conduct from teachers and parents in front of the children is the best form of education and upbringing for them.” [4]

Reminder Benefits the Believer!:
Blame the Rulers?!
There are some people do not want to rectify themselves. So whenever a calamity strikes them, they just blame the rulers for it. And they specially hold Saudi rulers responsible for what is taking place in Palestine, Iraaq and at the same time they want to ignore what happened/is happening in other places.
Was Saudia responsible for what took place in Bosnia in the 1990s?
Was Saudia responsible for the massacre in Kashmir in the 1990s?
Was Saudia responsible for what took place in Chechnya in the late 90s and early 2000s?
Was Saudia responsible for the month long riots which took place in state of Gujarat in India in the early 2000s?
Was Saudia responsible for the riots which took place in Muzaffarnagar in India few years ago?
Is Saudia responsible for what is taking place in Burma?
•۩۞۩•
Muslims as an Ummah are not failing because of what the Saudi leaders are doing, but verily it is our sins because of which we see these calamities around us, and are helpless to do anything. But most of us just want to ignore this fact:
﴿وَمَا أَصَابَكُم مِّن مُّصِيبَةٍ فَبِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَيَعْفُو عَن كَثِيرٍ﴾
