It is reported that ‘Abdullâh b. Al-Mubârak – Allâh have mercy on him – said:
It is right that an intelligent person does not undervalue three [types of people]: the scholars, the rulers, and [his Muslim] brothers. Whoever undervalues the scholars will lose his afterlife, whoever undervalues the rulers will lose his worldly life, and whoever undervalues his brothers loses his good character and conduct.

SOULS ARE LIKE RECRUITED TROOPS...⬇
Narrated Aisha (radiyallaahu-anhaa): I heard the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) saying,
‘’Souls are like recruited troops; those who are of like qualities are inclined to each other, but those who have dissimilar qualities differ.’’
[Saheeh Bukhaari Vol 4. Hadeeth Number 3336. Darusallam]
Al-Haafidh Ibn Hajar (rahimahullaah) stated one of the meanings of this hadeeth in Fat-hul Baari that Al-Khattaabi (rahimahullaah) said:
This may indicate to mean similarity in good and evil, righteousness or corruption – the good one amongst the people is inclined towards one similar to him, and the evil one is similarly inclined towards the one similar to him.
Souls have an affinity with others in accordance with the nature in which they were created, good or evil. They will agree if their natures are similar, otherwise they will be at loggerheads…

"Some people may ask:
'What is the reason for mentioning the aspects of the Days of Ignorance when the period of Jaahiliyyah has come to an end? We are Muslims, all praise be to Allaah.'
We respond to this saying: The reason for mentioning them is to warn against them.
This is since if the seeker of knowledge is aware of them, he will stay away from them. But if he is unaware of them and has no knowledge of them, he may fall into committing one of them.
So we mention and study them for the sake of knowing what they are in order to avoid them and beware of them. A poet said:
'I learned evil, not for the sake of evil, but in order to avoid it, And whoever is not aware of evil, will fall into it. '
This is from one perspective. And the second perspective, if you become aware of the aspects of the Days of Ignorance, you will then become aware of the great virtue of Islaam, as the poet said:
'The beauty of a thing is made apparent by its opposite
And it is through its opposite that things become clear.' ..."

🔖Do You Really Want Paradise?
🖊Author: Jawad Ahmed
❆━━━━━━━━━❃━━━━━━━━━━❆
Knowledge is the key and that is why our Prophet ﺻﻠﻰﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭ ﺳﻠﻢ
used to supplicate in every prayer,"Allahumma Inni Auzubikaa Min Illmin Laa Yanf'aau." O Allah! I seek refuge in you from Knowledge that does not benefit.
It doesn't benefit you brothers and sisters.
For hours and hours you are sitting in front of that T.V. and its not benefitting you as its not leading you to Paradise.
For hours and hours you waste time on bed-time novels or on magazines and newspapers in a month and yet it doesn't lead you to Paradise.
When all that time you could have been studying Quran and Hadeeth or reading Islamic books instead of bed-time story novels and yet making easier for yourself the road to Paradise, and achieving it Insha Allah.
Not only does it not benefit you, but moreso it harms you.
Hours and hours of those T.V. programs are not teaching you Quran and Sunnah, rather teaching you how to date, or how to hook someone from the opposite sex, or teaching you violence or foul language.
Thus instilling evil and wicked ideas and things into your mind and heart, just for the pleasure of this temporary world, and making you further away from your destination of Paradise.
In conclusion, I say this brothers and sisters.
We need to get our "cars" (Islam) fixed and focused on the right direction to our destination of Paradise.
We need to pick up the "maps" (Quran & Hadeeth) and ask knowledgeable people (scholars/imams) for directions (road/path) to Paradise.

Knowledge of the religion was spread by the Companions who took it from the Prophet ﷺ and taught, judged, reported and issued fatāwā after him. Ibn Al-Qayyim describes from whom the knowledge spread after the Companions from the main centres of learning. He says (ʿIʾlām Al-Muwaqiʿīn 2:38):
The religion, fiqh and knowledge spread throughout the Ummah from the companions of Ibn Masʿūd, the companions of Zayd b. Thābit, the companions of ʿAbdullāh Ibn ʿUmar and the companions of ʿAbdullāh Ibn ʿAbbās. The knowledge of all the people in general [after them] is taken from these four Companions. As for the people of Medīnah, their knowledge came from the companions of Zayd b. Thābit and ʿAbdullāh b. ʿUmar. As for the people of Makkah, their knowledge came from the companions of ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAbbās. And as for the people of ʿIrāq, their knowledge came from the companions of ʿAbdullāh b. Masʿūd.

The Correct Place of Opinion
Al-Awzāʿī reports that Caliph ʿUmar b. ʿAbd Al-ʿAzīz – Allāh have mercy on him – wrote (in his orders):
There is no place for anyone’s opinion [when it comes to] what is in the Book (revelation). The opinion of the imāms (great scholars) is only regarding what the Book did not come down with, and regarding which no Sunnah has passed from the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ. And the opinion of no one is counted in the face of a Sunnah from the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ.

Oppose the polytheists, lengthen the beard and clip the moustaches.
💢Likewise, Imām Muslim collected in his Ṣahīh, on the authority of Abū Hurayrah (raḍi Allāhu ʿʿʿanhu) who said, the prophet (ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) said:
Trim the moustaches and grow the beards, oppose the Fire-Worshipers (Majūs).
This calamity has become greater in this time of ours due to many of the people opposing this Sunnah and waging war against (growing) the beards, and them being pleased with looking like women and disbelievers (by not growing their beards), nevertheless, even those who associate themselves with knowledge and educating [fall into this calamity of trimming the beard].
Verily to Allāh we belong and to Him we shall return. We ask Allāh to guide us and guide all of the Muslims to accept the Sunnah, adhere to it and call towards it, even if most of the people turn away from it.
Allāh (alone) is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs, there is no might nor power except with Allāh the Most High and Exalted.

Abdullah Al-Bukhari: Important Points Concerning Warnings and Refutations
Shaikh Abdullāh Al-Bukhārī, may Allāh protect him from every kind of harm, said:
So not everyone against whom a refutation has been made is considered--what?--an innovator. And not everyone who has been warned against is an innovator.
Similarly, it is not the case that everyone who has not been refuted is a Sunnī. And it is not the case that everyone against whom a warning has been withheld is a Sunnī.
For indeed, one who has been refuted may be a Sunnī, and he may be an innovator. And one who has been warned against may be an innovator, and he may be a Sunnī--he has an inability [this Sunnī] to make good decisions, he has rashness, he has hastiness; he is not suitable, is not qualified. So he is warned against due to his poor character, his poor ability to make decisions, his rashness, his not being qualified--do you understand?--and [for] the like of that.
So the issuance of a warning [against someone] is not a proof of [his being upon] innovation. And there being silence [and no warning against a person] is not a proof of [his] being upon the Sunnah.
So the issuance of a warning [against someone] is not a proof of [his being upon] innovation. And there being silence [and no warning against a person] is not a proof of [his] being upon the Sunnah.

Shaykh Ahmad an-Najmee (rahimahullah) said:
In the hadeeth of Anas (radiaAllaahu anhu):
“If Allah wills good for His slave, He hastens his punishment in this world, and if He wills bad for His slave, He withholds from him (the punishment for) his sin, until He requites him for it on the Day of Resurrection.” [Tirmidhi, Authenticated by Al-Albaani]
This hadeeth informs [us] that a servant [of Allaah] is afflicted with adversities and continually [tested] with calamities, so he thinks this is [because] Allah dislikes him, whilst this is not the case; rather it maybe that Allah loves him and wants to test him with trials, so that he appears on the day of resurrection and [the trials he went through in the worldly life becomes a means of] reducing [his] sins.

Very SCARY and Important Hadith!!!
Narrated Zaid binWahb:
Hudhaifa saw a person who was not performing the bowing and prostrations perfectly. He said to him, "You have not prayed and if you should die you would die on a religion other than that of Muhammad."
[Bukhari, Book 12, Hadith 757]
