The actions of the sincere people VS. the actions of the wicked
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
“There are three things that if a person adheres to them, they purify his heart from any form of treachery or evil: doing deeds purely for the sake of Allaah alone, offering sincere advice to the rulers of the Muslims, and adhering to the Jamaa`ah (main body) of the Muslims. Their supplication is answered (i.e. encompassing every good and all of the people).”
[Sunan al-Tirmidhee (2658) and Sunan Ibn Maajah (3056) and graded as “Saheeh” by Shaikh al-Albaanee, al-Saheehah (404)]
But the people with wicked hearts don’t want to do the deeds for the sake of Allaah alone; they display their evil by openly writing on social media or speaking from the Minbars in the Masaajid. They don’t care for the Prophetic teachings nor do they care for the Muslim bloodshed. They don’t care for the peace and safety of the Muslims. They incite the people while they are at the comfort of their own homes or are living in some other country.

🌀“SPIRITS” OF THE DEAD RISING FROM THE GRAVES AND SPEAKING?!
👤 Shaikh Saleh al Fawzaan states in his explanation of Kitab at-Tawhid under the chapter [From Shirk is to seek Aid and Assistance (after a calamity befalls) from other than Allah or to Call Upon Others]:
✍🏽 “Indeed Shaikh ul-Islam ibn Tamiyyah mentioned in one of his works – or rather, in many of his works – paraphrased as follows; Indeed that which occurs to the worshippers of graves in terms of their needs being fulfilled [i.e. the affair they seek at the grave actually occurs for them], then that is not an evidence upon the correctness of their methodology [i.e. the methodology of grave worship], because obtaining what is desired is [a means of] trial and test upon them from Allah……so this is not from the beneficial affairs for the grave worshipper, so if something does occur from what they desire then it is [actually] a degradation from Allah upon them…[despite the fact that he may think he is upon the correct methodology and be pleased and therefore continue upon his way believing his request has “apparently” been answered by the dead in the graves that he calls upon!].
➡️ Furthermore, Shaikh ul-Islam mentioned also, that it is possible the shayaateen [referring to the devils of jinn in this instance] sometimes take the appearance of the one buried and rise up from the grave in that appearance and speak to the people who are calling upon the dead. They then say to them we will take care of your needs, and they bring them items from far away, they may steal from the items of the people and bring them…and the one who was calling upon the dead thinks this is actually the dead individual himself who has arisen from the grave since the shaytaan has taken that appearance! In reality the actual dead individual does not have the slightest idea of what is occuring above his grave! Rather he is preoccupied with himself, either in blessings or punishments of the grave.
➡️ Thereafter, when the people are all raised on the Day of Recompense, those dead individuals on that Day will declare their innocence of the mushrikoon who used to call upon their graves in this World…..”
[Translators Note: For further details on issues of grave worship and seeking intercession etc, an excellent source of information are the various books of Shaikh Mohammad bin Abdul Wahhab, namely Kashf as-Shubuhaat (Exposition of the Doubts), as well as Kitab at-Tawhid, al-Qawaa’id al-arba’a (The Four Fundamental Principles)….exactly the types of books the scholars advise with in the early stages of seeking knowledge].

In surah al-Naml [27], Allah describes Himself by saying:
[أَمَّن يُجِيبُ الْمُضْطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكْشِفُ السُّوءَ]
"... He Who responds to one in distress when he calls Him, and Who removes harm" (62)
In his commentary on this ayah, Imam al-Qurtubi mentioned the following athar:
[وجاء رجل إلى مالك بن دينار فقال : أنا أسألك بالله أن تدعو لي فأنا مضطر ; قال : إذا فاسأله فإنه يجيب المضطر إذا دعاه]
A man came to Maalik ibn Dinar and said, "I ask you, by Allah, to supplicate on my behalf, for I am truly in distress."
So Maalik ibn Dinar responded, "If that is the case, then you should ask Him yourself for He is the One who responds to one in distress when he calls Him."

🔹Sexual intercourse during the daytime in Ramadan
▪️Q: I had intercourse with my wife during the daytime in Ramadan. I was told that I have to offer a Kaffarah (expiation), which is freeing a slave, observing Sawm (Fast) for two consecutive months, or feeding sixty poor people. However, I do not know whether this order of priority of the required Kaffarah is obligatory to follow or is optional. Please give us a Fatwa, may Allah reward you with the best.
▫️A: If you intentionally had intercourse with your wife during the daytime in Ramadan, you have to offer a Kaffarah - and it is obligatory to follow its order of priority, according to the more correct of the two opinions maintained by scholars. Thus, you should free a slave, if you cannot, step to the second alternative: Sawm for two consecutive months, if you cannot, step to the third alternative: Feed sixty poor persons thirty Sa`s (1 Sa` = 3 kg. approx.) of wheat, fresh dates, rice, or any other staple foodstuff, each poor person receiving half a Sa`.
May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.

“It is upon the woman who fears Allaah and His punishment in the hereafter to stay away from what many of the women are doing today such as being lackadaisical with the hijaab and easy-going with wearing decorative garments when going outside and being lax with using perfume when going out of the house and intermingling with men and joking with them.
[[[“Naseehah Lil-Mar’at-il-Muslimah” (Advice to the Muslim Woman). ]]]
Allaah, the Most High, said to His Prophet’s wives:
“Then do not be soft in speech, lest he in whose heart there is a disease (of fornication) should be moved with desire. But rather speak in an honorable manner.” [Ahzaab: 32]
If a woman has a need to speak to a man that is not one of her mahaarim, she may speak to him, but with a casual tone that has no softness or gentleness in it, and not in a joking or laughing manner.
Rather her speech must be ordinary and in accordance with what necessity dictates – i.e. a question and an answer – as per the need only.
She must not speak in a tone that appears friendly, laughing or teasing, or in a mellow or beautiful voice, thus stirring the desire of the one who has a disease in his heart. This is based on Allaah’s saying:
“But rather speak in an honorable manner.”
[Ahzaab: 32]
So the Muslim women of today must fear Allaah with respect to themselves and their societies.”
