📍Ruling on a woman driving a Car :

Questioner: Is it permissible for a woman to drive a car?

Answer:

If it is permissible for her to ride upon a (female) donkey then it is permissible for her to drive a car.

Questioner:

But there is a difference between a donkey and a car.

Sh Al-Albaanee:

Which is more concealing – riding upon a donkey or in a car? I would suggest (riding in) a car.

When Allah granted Prophet Yoosuf (`alayhis-Salaam) physical beauty it caused him to be locked up in the prison; but when Allah granted him knowledge (when he interpreted the dream of the king) it not only took him out of prison, but elevated his rank in society, clearly showing us the virtue of knowledge and that physical beauty does not mean anything.

"The heart's softness grows due to remembrance (of Allaah), for indeed remembrance of Allaah makes the heart (submissive , tranquil and attentive), upright and soft."

Praise Allāh In Ease And Distress

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Know that the best slaves of Allāh Tabārak Wa Ta'ālā on the Day of Resurrection will be al-Ḥammādūn (those who praise Allāh in every condition).”

● [أخرجه أحمد ٤\٤٣٤ وإسناده صحيح]

May Allāh Make Us From al-Ḥammādūn

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Indeed the best of servants of Allāh on the Day of Resurrection will be the Ḥammādūn (those who praise Allāh during ease and as well as during hardship).”

"Evil has appeared on land and sea because of what the hands of men have earned (by oppression and evil deeds etc) that Allah may make them taste a part of that which they have done, in order that they may return (by repenting to Allah and begging His Pardon)" - Qur'an 30:41

Our greatest enemy? Our own sins. Isn't it time we returned to Allah and repented?

Shaykh Ṣaliḥ al-Fawzaan:

“A person MUST ask Allaah for firmness ,EVEN IF he's upon truth and acts upon it and is convinced of it.”

[شرح السنة]

People are divided into two categories with respect to knowledge: (1) Those who know, and (2) those who don’t know.

Those who don’t know are obligated to ask the people of knowledge and accept their statements, while expending what effort they can in order to know the proofs and evidences.
Allaah says: “And We did not send before you anyone except men that we gave revelation to. So ask the people of remembrance (knowledge) if you don’t know. With clear signs and books (We sent the Messengers). And We also sent down unto you the Reminder (i.e. Sunnah) so that you may explain clearly to the people what was revealed to them (i.e. the Qur’aan), and that they may give thought.”[Surah An-Nahl: 43-44]

Abu Huraurah (Radhiallaahu Ánhu) relates that Rasulullah(Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) said:

'a man commits adultery with his eyes when he looks at a strange (non-Mahram) woman'

[Sahih Bukhari and Agreed by Imaam Muslim ..in Riyadh-Us-Saleheen vol. 2 page 792 Hadith # 1622]

Abu Musa (May Allah bepleased with him) reported:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The relationship of the believer with another believer is like (the bricks of) a building, each strengthens the other." He (ﷺ) illustrated this by interlacing the fingers of both his hands.

Hassan al- Basri رحمه الله:

“If you had seen the Sahabah, you would’ve said: ‘They’re crazy!’

If the Sahabah had seen you, they would say: 'They’re not Muslims!’”

“That a person prefers listening to music above the Qur’an shows that he’s a friend of Shaytan and not a friend of Allaah.”

al-Furqan bayna Awliya ar-Rahman wa Awliya al-Shaytan (p.55)

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri:
....Then the bridge will be laid across Hell." We, the companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! What is the bridge?'
He said, "It is a slippery (bridge) on which there are clamps and (Hooks like) a thorny seed that is wide at one side and narrow at the other and has thorns with bent ends. Such a thorny seed is found in Najd and is called As-Sa'dan. Some of the believers will cross the bridge as quickly as the wink of an eye, some others as quick as lightning, a strong wind, fast horses or she-camels. So some will be safe without any harm; some will be safe after receiving some scratches, and some will fall down into Hell (Fire). The last person will cross by being dragged (over the bridge)."
