📍Ruling on a woman driving a Car :
Questioner: Is it permissible for a woman to drive a car?
Answer:
If it is permissible for her to ride upon a (female) donkey then it is permissible for her to drive a car.
Questioner:
But there is a difference between a donkey and a car.
Sh Al-Albaanee:
Which is more concealing – riding upon a donkey or in a car? I would suggest (riding in) a car.

When Allah granted Prophet Yoosuf (`alayhis-Salaam) physical beauty it caused him to be locked up in the prison; but when Allah granted him knowledge (when he interpreted the dream of the king) it not only took him out of prison, but elevated his rank in society, clearly showing us the virtue of knowledge and that physical beauty does not mean anything.

People are divided into two categories with respect to knowledge: (1) Those who know, and (2) those who don’t know.
Those who don’t know are obligated to ask the people of knowledge and accept their statements, while expending what effort they can in order to know the proofs and evidences.
Allaah says: “And We did not send before you anyone except men that we gave revelation to. So ask the people of remembrance (knowledge) if you don’t know. With clear signs and books (We sent the Messengers). And We also sent down unto you the Reminder (i.e. Sunnah) so that you may explain clearly to the people what was revealed to them (i.e. the Qur’aan), and that they may give thought.”[Surah An-Nahl: 43-44]

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri:
....Then the bridge will be laid across Hell." We, the companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! What is the bridge?'
He said, "It is a slippery (bridge) on which there are clamps and (Hooks like) a thorny seed that is wide at one side and narrow at the other and has thorns with bent ends. Such a thorny seed is found in Najd and is called As-Sa'dan. Some of the believers will cross the bridge as quickly as the wink of an eye, some others as quick as lightning, a strong wind, fast horses or she-camels. So some will be safe without any harm; some will be safe after receiving some scratches, and some will fall down into Hell (Fire). The last person will cross by being dragged (over the bridge)."

Ayn / Nazar / Evil Eye
The evil eye is real and extremely dangerous. It almost overcomes the Qadr of Allah! Meaning, the messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wa sallam) wanted to emphasise how serious it is.
Ibn 'Abbas reported Allah's Messenger as saying: "The influence of 'ayn is a fact; if anything would precede the destiny it would be the influence of the eye (Sahih Muslim)
It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amir bin Rabi’ah, from his father, that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “The evil eye is real.” (ibn Majah)
➔ Some situations when you can get 'Ayn
○ When you are amazed at something. So for example you see a nice car and you say "WOW" and you don't invoke the blessings of Allah nor mention Him - you can easily give the evil eye to that person or put it on that thing - so it will have an accident or always be unreliable
○ When you see something that is really pleasing or cute - for example children easily get the 'ayn because they are so cute when they crawl or talk or the things they do
○ Due to jealousy / envy - so someone who has a diseased heart sees something that you have or a quality you possess and he is envious of you. This festers in his heart and can cause major problems for you
○ When you look at yourself and become impressed at your beauty etc. You don't thank Allah and you can give yourself the eye
➔ How to protect from the 'Ayn
○ If you see something that you like, or that is cute, or that you appreciate; invoke the blessings of Allah for that thing. Say something like Allahumma baarik, barakAllahu feek or even maa'shaa'Allah. There are videos circulating online where someone emphatically claims that maa'shaa'Allah is not enough to ward off the evil eye. I do not agree with this. And here is what our brother Muhammad Tim added to this particular discussion -
"This is the safest method (i.e. to say Allahumma baarik etc), and the method which is most apparent from the wording of the hadeeth. I corrected this a long time ago, in the notes on the evil eye, and the lectures which are based on those notes.
However, there remains one point to mention, and that is that many of the scholars said that it is enough to mention Allāh in any such way that indicates that blessings come from Him. Among the evidence which they quoted for this is the aayah in al-Kahf.
Therefore, I think that for someone to say with certainty that it is not enough to say Mā shā' Allāh is wrong, and that the summary of the matter is that if a person mentions Allāh, then this is sufficient to ward off the evil eye; however, the more complete and better way is not only to mention Allāh, but to seek blessings for the person as well. (Taken from his website)
○ Seek refuge with Allah from the evil eye for yourselves and your children
○ Do not openly flaunt your blessings - ESPECIALLY NOT ONLINE!
○ Surround yourself with the shield of adhkaar morning and evening - see the book "The Fortress Of The Muslim"
➔ Should you fear the evil eye?
Take your precautions, place your trust in Allah and live life! Do not live in constant fear of Ayn! But at the same time do not become negligent of it!

Four benefits of saying “Allah knows best”
By Shaykh Abdur-Rahman bin Naasir al-Sa’dee may Allah have mercy on him
The Shaykh mentions this point of benefit in his risaalah “From the mannerisms of the Learned and Learners” and is found in his book “al-Fataawa as-Si’deeyah”.
From the greatest obligations upon the teachers is to refrain from speaking about things they have no knowledge of by saying, “Allah knows best”. This does not diminish their status, rather it increases their degree. It shows their perfection in the deen and causes them to investigate for the correct answer.
Benefits of refraining from speaking without knowledge
Refraining from speaking without knowledge has numerous benefits. From them:
1.It something obligatory upon every individual.
2.If one stops and says, “Allah knows best” then it will be a means to attain knowledge faster, because either the teacher, or another, will review the issue. When the student sees his teacher diligent and serious in obtaining that knowledge, then the teacher becomes a valuable gift to him . And what a perfect influence this is!
3.When a person refrains from indulging in what he has no knowledge of, then this is a sign for his reliability, integrity, perfection in his surety regarding masaa’il (issues). Likewise, the one who is known to speak about affairs he has no knowledge of is doubtful (to the people) every time he speaks, even in clear issues.
4.If the students see from their teacher that he stops in affairs he doesn’t have knowledge of, then in that is educating and guidance to this beautiful path. And being an example in situations through actions stands out more than being an example through statements.
