عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَيْسَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِالطَّعَّانِ وَلاَ اللَّعَّانِ وَلاَ الْفَاحِشِ وَلاَ الْبَذِيءِ

Ibn ‘Umar narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: “The believer does not insult the honor of others, nor curse, nor commit Fahishah (immorality), nor is he foul.”

حضرت عبداللہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا طعن کرنے والا کسی پر لعنت بھیجنے والا، فحش گوئی کرنے والا اور بدتمیزی کرنے والا مومن نہیں ہے۔

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to me, "Recite Surat Al-Ikhlas and Al- Mu'awwidhatain (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas) three times at dawn and dusk. It will suffice you in all respects."

Anas bin Malik (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

A man was with the Prophet (ﷺ) when another man passed by and the former said: "O Messenger of Allah! I love this man (for Allah's sake)". Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) asked, "Have you informed him?" He said, "No". Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) then said, "Tell him (that you love him)". So he went up to the man and said to him, "I love you for the sake of Allah;" and the other replied, "May Allah, for Whose sake you love me, love you."

If you say "I'm upon Qur'ān/Sunnah" yet the last time you opened the Book of Allāh was days, weeks or months ago then how true is your claim?

Malik bin Dinar: "Indeed, the Qur'ān is the life of the heart, just as the rain is to the earth."

Sh. Ibn 'Uthaymīn: “If you see yourself increasing in Eemān whenever Qur'ān is recited then this is a sign of success.” •[رياض ١\٥٤٥]

Abdullāh b. Mas’ūd رضي الله عنه: “Whoever loves Qur’ān then he loves Allāh and His Messenger ﷺ.”

Ibn 'Abbās رضي الله عنهما: “The one who has in him no Qur'ān (i.e does not recite Qur'ān) is like a ruined house.” •[تفسير الطبري ٩\٣٨٥]

Being negligent in prayer is the beginning of the decrease of provision:
"If a people have amongst them some who neglect the prayer and they do not forbid them from this negligence, the first punishment Allaah will subject them (the people as a whole) to will be the decreasing of their provision."

🔹The Ruling of Intermingling with Cousins--Shaykh 'Abdul-'Azeez ibn Baaz Shaykh ‘Abdul-‘Azeez ibn Baaz
▪️Question: I do not like to visit some of my relatives because their daughters frequently mix with the men, chatting with them and sitting with them, and I do not like these actions. They say that I am rigid. Am I sinful because I do not like to mix with the sons of my maternal aunt and the sons of my maternal uncle or the sons of my paternal uncle, or am I correct for not mixing with men in general and thus not rigid?
▫️Answer: Rather, you are correct, may Allaah bless you; and you have done well. This is because mixing with unrelated men contains great danger. And the sons of the paternal and maternal uncle and aunt are all considered to be unrelated non-Mahram men.
As for the mixing, the meaning of which is returning the Salaam to them in a gathering, or asking: How are you doing? How are your children? Whilst staying far away from doubtful affairs and impermissible speech, then there is no harm in this. So if she gives Salaam to the son of her paternal or maternal uncle in a manner that does not contain anything doubtful nor does it contain seclusion; rather, she gives Salaam to him in a gathering or they visit and give Salaam to her for the purpose of joining the ties of the womb, there is no harm in this. That which is impermissible is seclusion with men and engaging in doubtful affairs with the men by way of speech or action. As for mere Salaam and pure speech while staying far away from Fitnah there is no harm in giving Salaam to the son of her paternal uncle or the son of her maternal aunt; or in returning the Salaam, or asking about his family or children. There is no harm in this without seclusion.

🔥Warning against reciting the Qur'aan at "Supersonic" speed🚫

Narrated Uqbah Ibn Aamir that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:

❝People will come forth from my Ummah who will drink (recite) the Qur’aan like (the way) they drink milk.❞

In another narration it is ❝water❞ instead of ❝milk❞

📚 [Tabaraanee in Mujam al-Kabeer (821) and by al-Faryaabee in Fadhaa’il al-Qur’aan (109) and graded as “Hasan” by Shaikh al-Albaanee in al-Saheehah (1886) and Saheeh al-Jaami (3653)]

📑 Meaning: ❝They will glide through the Qur’aan with their tongues without contemplating over its meaning nor implementing its commandments. They will glide through it like how milk or water slides down the throat of its drinker.❞

FRIDAY THE DAY OF CELEBRATION

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Verily, Allah has made this day (of Friday) a celebration for the Muslims. So whoever comes to Friday (prayer), then let him bathe himself, and if he has any perfume let him put some on, and use the toothstick.”

● [رواه ابن ماجه ١٠٩٨ وصحيح الترغيب ١\٢٩٨]

Ibn al-Qayyim [رحمه الله] said: "The Friday prayer is from the greatest of congregations of the Muslims."

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: ❝Increase in salutations upon me, on the day of Friday (Jumu'ah) and its night.❞

Prophet ﷺ said: “The best of prayers with Allāh is the prayer of morning (Fajr) on the Day of Friday in congregation.”

Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever reads Surah Al-Kahf on Fridays will be adorned with light from that Friday to the next."

Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever recites Surah Al-Kahf on Friday will have a light for him between this Friday and the next."

● {السنن الكبرى ٥٨٥٦}

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Send prayer upon me abundantly on the day of Jumu’ah (Friday) & on the night of Jumu’ah (Thursday night) for he who sends prayer upon me one time, Allāh sends prayer upon him 10 times.”

Prophet ﷺ said: "There is such an hour on Friday, that if any Muslim makes Du’ā during it, his Du’ā will be accepted."

● {صحيح البخاري ٥٢٩٥، صحيح مسلم ٨٥٢}

Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever performs Ghusl on Friday, and bathes completely, and goes early, arriving early, gets close and listens and is silent, there will be for him in every step he takes, the reward of a year of fasting and standing (in prayer).”

Prophet Muḥammad ﷺ said: "Jummah to Jummah expiates the minor sins in between them except for the major sins."

Prophet ﷺ said: "The best of days with Allāh is the day of Jumu'ah."

Imām Ibn al-Qayyim said: “A time when Du’ās will be accepted is during the last hour of ‘Asr on Jumu’ah.”

«اعلم أن أول تلبيس إبليس على الناس صدُّهم عن العلم، لأن العلم نور، فإذا أطفأ مصابيحهم خبّطهم في الظلام كيف شاء»

❝Know that the first deception of Iblees upon the people was to *restrain and prevent them from knowledge,* because knowledge is Noor [Light],

so if Iblees extinguishes their lanterns then he causes them to wander around in the dark however he wants.❞

Imām al-Shāfiʿī (d.204H) – raḥimahullāh– said:

"Indeed, al-Qadar (pre-destination); both good and evil consequences are from Allāh – the Mighty and Majestic. Indeed, the Punishment of the Grave is a true fact, the Resurrection is a true fact, the Accountability is a true fact, Paradise and Hellfire are true facts. Whatever else is related in the Sunnah and so mentioned by the scholars, and their followers throughout the lands of the Muslims is also true."

The most hated speech to Allaah is when a man says to another man, ‘Fear Allaah!’ and he replies, ‘Worry about your own self!’ “

It was reported by Al-Asbahaanee in At-Targheeb (739), and Al-Albaanee authenticated it in Silsilatul-Ahaadeethis-Saheehah (2598).
