Let's Migrate to Haq ! (Understanding Islam as the Salaf did ) by Shaykh Yasir Jabri madni (Urdu /Hindi)
🔹The great physician and scholar Ibn Al-Qayyim (died 1350 CE) stated: “Health is one of the most precious favours Allah has bestowed upon His servants, the most generous of gifts, the most plentiful of His bounties. Rather, even more, health is the most precious of favours without exception, so it is fitting that whoever is granted a portion of this fortune that he cherishes it, preserves it and guards it against harm...” (Zaad al-Ma`aad, 4/196)
▫️Ibn Al-Qayyim also said: “Material illnesses arise from an increase of matter which comes to a point of excess in the body whereby it harms its natural functions – and these are the most common illnesses. They are caused by consuming more food before the previous meal has been properly digested; by eating in excess of the amount needed by the body; by consuming food which is of little nutritional value and is slow to digest; and by eating different foods which are complex in their composition. So when a person fills his belly with these foods and it becomes a habit, they cause him various diseases...” (At-Tibb An-Nabawī p.20; Medicine of the Prophet, ITS, p13.)

FASTING HAS THREE STAGES
Imām Ibn Qudāmah ‘al-Ḥanbalī رحمه الله تعالى said:
❝ Fasting has three stages: ❞
❝ General fasting, special fasting, special of the special fasting. ❞
1⃣❝ As for general fasting, it is: abstaining the stomach and private parts from carrying out desire. ❞
2⃣❝ As for special fasting: it is abstaining the eyes, the tongue, the hands, the feet, the hearing, the eyesight, and all other body parts/senses from sins. ❞
3⃣❝ As for the special of the special form of fasting: it is the fasting of the heart from wickedness, isolated thoughts away from Allāh تعالى {thinking about other than Allāh}, and abstaining the heart from everything except Allāh تعالى in its totality. ❞

☄ Hanging verses of the Qur’an on walls
Question 434
What is the ruling of hanging the verses of the Qur’an on the walls as seen nowadays?
Answer:
The Permanent Committee for Scholarly Research and Ifta’ was asked a similar question. They answered –
Firstly,
Allah (Exalted be He) has revealed the Qur’an as admonition and a healing for the ills of the hearts, and as guidance and mercy for the believers, and also to be a proof against mankind, leaving no excuse for disbelief. The Qur’an is the source of light and insight to those whom Allah has opened their hearts to it, who recite it, worship Allah through it, contemplate its meanings, learn from it the laws of belief, acts of worship and Islamic dealings, and adhere to it in all affairs.
The Qur’an has not been revealed to be hung on walls as decoration, or to be used as amulets and periapts in homes, stores, etc. For protection from fire, theft and similar mistaken beliefs held by some common people, especially those who follow Bid‘ahs (innovations in religion), and they are many now.
Thus, if a person uses the Qur’an for the purposes it was revealed for, then they are acting on clear evidence from their Lord, following guidance, and have insight. On the other hand, if a person writes Ayahs on tapestries, for example, to be used as wall decorations or amulets to protect the household, the furniture, or any other belongings, then they have used the Qur’an, its Ayahs, or Surahs in a wrong way and have deviated from the Straight Path.
Moreover, they have introduced into the religion acts that were not permitted by either Allah or His Messenger (peace be upon him), in his words or actions. This was not practiced by the Rightly-Guided Caliphs, the rest of the Sahabah (Companions of the Prophet – may Allah be pleased with them), or the Imams of guidance during the first three Muslim generations, which the Prophet (peace be upon him) described as the best of all generations.
Furthermore, the owners of such tapestries may subject the Ayahs or Surahs to humiliation, for example, if they move to another house and pile them among other furniture, or throw them away if they become worn out. All of this is not permissible. Muslims must preserve the Qur’an and its Ayahs, safeguard its sanctity, and do not subject it to any possible desecration.

Comforts & Luxuries
Sheikh Muhammad ibn Salih al-Uthaimeen رحمه الله تعالى said:
"The more people increase in comfort and luxury and the more they open up before the people [with the Dunya], the more evils will open up before them. It is comfort and luxury that destroys a person. Because if a person was to concern himself with comfort and luxury and providing enjoyment to his body, he will become negligent of providing enjoyment to his heart, and his greatest worry will become providing enjoyment to this body that is doomed to become worms and rotten.
This is the ordeal, and this is what has harmed people today. You can hardly find anyone except that they say: "What is our palace? What is our car? What is our furniture? What is our food?" Even those who study [Islaamic] knowledge, some of them only study in order to gain rank or status to reach the blessings of the Dunya. As if man was not created for a significant purpose. The Dunya and its blessings are only a means, nothing more. We ask Allaah to make us and you use it as a means.
"A person should use money as he uses a donkey to ride, and as he uses the toilet to relieve himself."
These are the ones who know money and its value. So do not make money your greatest worry, rather ride on money, for if you do not ride on it, it will ride on you, and your worry will become the Dunya.
For this, we say, that the more the Dunya opens up before the people, and they end up concerning themselves with it, they will lose as much of the Akhira as they have gained from the Dunya.
The Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم said:
"By Allaah, I am not afraid of your poverty," meaning I am not afraid of poverty for you, for the Dunya will open up before you, "but I am afraid that you will lead a life of luxury as past nations did, whereupon you will compete with each other for it, as they competed for it, and it will destroy you as it destroyed them."
[Bukhari & Muslim].
The Messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم spoke the truth. This is what has destroyed the people today. What has destroyed the people today, is their competing with one another for the Dunya, and them being as if they were only created for it, and not it created for them. So they have preoccupied themselves with what was created for them over what they were created for. This is backwardness. We ask Allaah for protection."

Imam Bukhari(rahimahullaah) traveled to meet a man in order to take hadeeth from him. But *he saw this man calling his horse with an empty vessel in his hand, as if there was food in that vessel,* moving it in order for the horse to come near so he can grab the horse. So Imam Bukahri asked him, “What is in that vessel?” And the man said, “Nothing.” Then Imam Bukhari said, *“By Allaah, I will not take hadeeth from you, because you are a liar.”*
