It was narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) – in a hadeeth that has many corroborating reports and isnaads – that he said: “Allaah will judge between His creation, jinn, men and animals. On that Day, Allaah will let the hornless animal settle its score with the horned until, when there is nothing left to be settled, Allaah will say to them, ‘Be dust.’ At that point the kaafir will say, ‘Would that I were dust.’”

Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, *"You will follow the ways of those nations who were before you, span by span and cubit by cubit (i.e., inch by inch) so much so that even if they entered a hole of a Lizard 🦎, you would follow them." We said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! (Do you mean) the Jews🕍 and the Christians?" He said, "Whom else?"*

Imām Bukhārī’s respect for hadīth.

Imām Bukhārī once went to see a man in order to hear a Ḥadīth.

The man’s horse had run away from him and stood at a distance.

To make the horse walk towards him he lifted his shirt and acted as if he had barley inside it and began to tempt the animal, this made the animal come back to him, allowing the man to catch it.

Imām Bukhārī asked the man if he really did have barley in his shirt, to which the reply was: “No, I only did it to bring the horse back.”

Imām Bukhārī said: “By Allāh, I will not narrate from you! How can I take a blessed hadīth of the Holy Prophet from a man who lies to animals!?”

Imam Shafi’ narrated that Imam Malik said:

“Whenever Imam ibn Shihab az-Zuhri entered the city of Madinah, no scholar would dare narrate a Hadith there until he left.”

Seek the pleasure of Allah only:

In an authentic hadeeth collected by Imaam Ibn Hibbaan in his Saheeh (no.276), the Messenger of Allaah (may Allaah raise his rank and grant him peace) said:

مَنِ الْتَمَسَ رِضَى اللَّهِ بِسَخَطِ النَّاسِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، وَأَرْضَى النَّاسَ عَنْهُ، وَمَنِ الْتَمَسَ رِضَا النَّاسِ بِسَخَطِ اللَّهِ سَخَطَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ، وَأَسْخَطَ عَلَيْهِ النَّاسَ.

“Whoever seeks the Pleasure of Allaah while angering the people will have Allaah pleased with him, who shall make the people pleased with him [anyway]. Whoever seeks to please the people while angering Allaah will have Allaah angry with him, who shall make the people angry with him [anyway].”
Worried about provision? Worried due to limited income? Debt?

If you have debt like a mountain, Allaah will pay it off for you. Allah will be sufficient for you and you won't be in need of anyone's help.

Make this your regular duaa:
« اللَّهُمَّ اكْفِنِي بِحَلَالِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ وَأَغْنِنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاكَ »
*Allaahumma akfini bi halaalika ‘an haraamika wa aghnini bi fadlika ‘amman siwaaka*
(O Allaah, suffice me with what You have permitted so that that I have no need of that which You have forbidden, and make me independent of means by Your bounty so that I have no need of anyone besides You).’”

Narrated Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "How can I be comfortable when the one with the horn is holding it in his lips and his forehead is leaning forward, waiting to be given permission to blow?" The Muslims said: "So what should we say, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "Say: 'Allah is sufficient for us and what a good protector He is. We rely upon [our Lord] Allah'" - and perhaps Sufyan (one of the narrators) said: "upon Allah we rely."

Whoever Keeps Himself Busy With Allah

Ibn Al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:

"Whoever keeps himself busy seeking Allah instead of himself, Allah will save him from himself, and whoever keeps himself busy with Allah more than people, Allah will save him from people. Whoever keeps himself busy with himself rather than Allah, Allah will leave him to himself, and whoever busies himself with people rather than Allah, Allah will leave him to the people."

THE ORIGIN OF THE NAME RAFIDAH (Shias) AND THEIR CRITICISM FROM SALAAF

Imaam adh-Dhahabee said in his Siyaar A’laam an-Nubalaa (5/390):

قال عيسى بن يونس جاءت الرافضة زيدا فقالوا تبرأ من أبي بكر وعمر حتى
ننصرك قال بل أتولاهما قالوا إذا نرفضك فمن ثم قيل لهم الرافضة

Eesaa bin Yoonus said: The Raafidah came to Zayd ibn `Alee and said to him, “Free yourself from Abee Bakr and ‘Umar so that we can aid you.”He replied, “Rather I will give allegiance to them (i.e. Aboo Bakr and ‘Umar).” They said, “Then we reject you.” So then it was said to them, “ar-Raafidah” (the rejecters).”

Shaykh al-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah mentioned in his Majmoo’ al-Fataawa (4/435):

It was said to Imaam Ahmad: “Who is the Raafidhee?

He said

Those who insult Abaa Bakr and Umar .And by this they were named the Raafidah for they rejected Zayd bin ‘Alee when he gave allegiance to the two Khaleefah’s Abaa Bakr and ‘Umar so they rejected him because of their hatred for them. And the one who hates them (i.e. Aboo Bakr and ‘Umar is a Raafidhee.” And they were named as the Raafidhah because of their rejection of Abaa Bakr and ‘Umar رضي الله عنهما
The Death of Hussain ibn Alee & the Day of Aashooraa - Dr. Murtaza bin Baksh

Why do we fast on the 10th of Muharram? Know, may Allah have mercy upon you. It has no connection to the death of Hussain ibn Alee (radi Allahu anhumma) or the killings of Karbala. It has no connection to the mourning of the Rawafid (Shia).

The affair of the death of Hussain ibn Alee (radi Allahu anhumma) and Karbala took place in the year 61H and the last of the Sahabah died in 110H. In this, 50 year period were there no sahabah? Were there no Sahabah from Ahlul-Bayt (the family of the Prophet Muhammad)? Abdullah ibn 'Abbaas (radi Allahu anhumma) was alive as well as other Sahabah.

Did anyone one of them mourn or slap themselves, or tear their clothes to commemorate this occasion?

Know, that not one single narration of this practice was narrated from any one of these individuals.

Now, listen to this clip by Dr. Murtaza bin Baksh (hafidhahullah Ta'ala): https://goo.gl/gFFVjc

Rafa yadain: Raising the hands (رفع اليدين) during Salah.. —

Narrated by Abu Qilaba:

I saw Malik bin Huwairith saying Takbir and raising both his hands (on starting the prayers and raising his hands on bowing and also on raising his head after bowing. Malik bin Huwairith said, "Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) did the same."
[Sahih al-Bukhari 737] —

Narrated by Salim bin Abdullah:

My father said, "Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to raise both his hands up to the level of his shoulders when opening the prayer; and on saying the Takbir for bowing. And on raising his head from bowing he used to do the same and then say "Sami
a l-lahu liman hamidah, Rabbana wa laka l-hamd." And he did not do that (i.e. raising his hands) in prostrations.
[Sahih al-Bukhari 735] —

Imaam al-Bukhaari (may Allaah have mercy on him) wrote a separate book on this issue which he called Juz’ fi Raf’ al-Yadayn (Section on Raising the Hands), in which he proved that the hands should be raised at these two points on the prayer, and he strongly denounced those who go against that. He narrated that al-Hasan said: “The Companions of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to raise their hands during prayer when they bowed and when they stood up (from bowing).” Al-Bukhaari said, “Al-Hasan did not exclude any of the Sahaabah from that, and it was not proven that any one among the Sahaabah did not raise his hands.” [See al-Majmoo’ by al-Nawawi, 3/399-406.] —

Ibn al-Qayyim said: “Look at the practice at the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), and the Sahaabah after him. They used to raise their hands in prayer when doing rukoo’, and when standing up again. And in the time of the Sahaabah, if ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Umar saw someone not raising his hands in prayer, he would throw a stone at him. [I’laam al-Muwaqqi’een, 2/376] —

This raising of the hands is mutawaatir (reported by so many to so many that it is inconceivable that they could all have agreed on a lie). It is the opinion of the majority of scholars and some of the Hanafis. (Sifat Salaat al-Nabi (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) by al-Albaani, p. 136).

...............
...............
There are many Hadith regarding this, and they mutawatir (stronger than sahih and narrated by so many companions that it cannot be a lie)

Narrated Salim bin Abdullah:
My father said, "Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to raise both his hands up to the level of his shoulders when opening the prayer; and on saying the Takbir for bowing. And on raising his head from bowing he used to do the same and then say "Sami
a l-lahu liman hamidah, Rabbana wa laka l-hamd." And he did not do that (i.e. raising his hands) in prostrations.

Sahih Al-Bukhari (English) reference: Vol. 1, Book 12, Hadith 702

Narrated Abdullah bin Umar:
I saw that whenever Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) stood for the prayer, he used to raise both his hands up to the shoulders, and used to do the same on saying the Takbir for bowing and on raising his head from it and used to say, "Sami`a l-lahu liman hamidah". But he did not do that (i.e. raising his hands) in prostrations.

Sahih Al-Bukhari (English) reference: Vol. 1, Book 12, Hadith 703

...............
...............
After the tashahud in the second rak'ah, when you stand up you raise the hands,

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that :
The Prophet (ﷺ) used to raise his hands when he began to pray, when he wanted to bow, when he raised his head from bowing, and when he stood up after the first two rak'ahs, he would raise his hands likewise, level with his shoulders.

Sunan An-Nasa'i English translation: Vol. 2, Book 13, Hadith 1183 (Grade:Sahih)
Mus’ab ibn Sa’eed RadhiAllahu anhu narrated that his father asked, “O Messenger of Allah, which people are tested most severely?” The Messenger of Allah SallAllahu alaihi wa sallam, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “They are the prophets, then the next best (in righteousness), then the next best. A man is tried according to his religion. If he is firm in his religion (pious), then his trials will be more severe. If he is weak in his religion, then he is tried according to his strength in religion. The servant will continue to be tried until he is left walking upon the earth without any sin.”

📌A valuable advice

Shaykh Ibn Baaz, may Allaah have mercy upon him, said: “If you train yourself to pardon people, your soul will relax, your heart will be tranquil and your rank will become great with Allaah and with His slaves.”
[Hadeeth Al-Masaa’ pg. 212]
When you love someone/thing, you spend your time on/over it.
#Love #Time #Management
Our Time WILL run out EVENTUALLY.
What do you spend it on?

Time is probably the most precious gift I present my friends with.
Not everyone deserves this precious gift from me.
Don't take for granted, the effort and time put in by the people who care for you, to help correct you, humble you, remind you, benefit you, reproach you, encourage you in good and discourage you from misguidance and corruption.
