Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:

The Last Hour will not come before wealth becomes Abu ndant and overflowing, so much so that a man takes Zakat out of his property and cannot find anyone to accept it from him and till the land of Arabia becomes meadows and rivers.

Ruling on Forwarding Hadīth and saying”Spread this and You will be Rewarded” – Shaykh Saaleh al Fawzan

💬 May Allah reward you. The questioner asks. I send mobile messages with some hadiths and at the end of the message I say “spread this and you’ll be rewarded”. Is this considered cooperation upon righteousness and piety? 💬

Mixing with the people rather than Isolating them❗️

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

The believer who mixes with people and patiently bears their annoyance will have a greater reward than the believer who does not mix with people and patiently bear their annoyance.”

(Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and classed as Saheeh by Al-Albaani).

Imām Al-San’aani said:

This indicates that mixing with people whereby one enjoins what is good and forbids what is evil and deals with them in a good manner is better than keeping away from them and not putting up with mixing with them.”

📚Subul Al-Salaam (4/416).

NOTE:

It must be clarified that during times of widespread trials and tribulations, isolation is preferable in the case of one who fears for his religious commitment.
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

A man set out to visit his brother from another town and Allah sent an angel to him. When the man met the angel, he was asked: Where are you going? The man said: I am visiting my brother in this town. The angel said: Are you returning a favor? He said: No, I have desire to visit him except that I love him for the sake of Allah the Exalted. The angel said: I am a messenger from Allah to tell you that Allah loves you as you love him.

Upon the authority of Ubaadah Ibn Saamit who said:

❝I heard the Prophet [ﷺ]: 'Whoever seeks forgiveness for the male and female believers, Allah writes for him a good deed per male and female believer!'❞

[Collected By At Tabaraani In Musnadush Shaamiyeen, (3/234, No. 2155) | Sh. Al Albaani: 'Hasan' In Saheeh al Jaami’, (No. 6026) | Translated By Abu Hakeem Bilal Davis]
Ahead of you there lie days of patience, during which being patient will be like grasping a hot coal. The one who does good deeds then will have a reward like that of fifty men who do such deeds. – And someone else added – They said: O Messenger of Allaah, the reward of fifty of them? He said: “The reward of fifty of you.” - Abu Dawood (4341); al-Tirmidhi (3085)

“Islam began as something strange and will revert to being something strange, so glad tidings to the strangers.” It was said: Who are they, O Messenger of Allaah? He said: “Those who are righteous when the people are corrupt.” - Saheeh Muslim (145)

Yahya bin Mu’ādh رحمه الله said:

The worldly life is Satan’s intoxicant. Whoever is intoxicated by it will not regain consciousness until they are in the ranks of the dead, in a state of regret, among the losers.”

Sifatus-Safwah 4/343
THE GREATER THE SERVANT'S KNOWLEDGE OF ALLĀH..

The greater the servant's knowledge of Allāh and His Names and Attributes, then the greater his fear and mindfulness of Him will be, and the farther he will be from disobeying Him and falling into that which displeases Him.

Some of the Salaf said:

"The more a person knows Allāh, the more he will fear Him."

It was narrated from ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to say in his prayer:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْمَأْثَمِ وَالْمَغْرَمِ

Allaahumma inni a’oodhi bika min al-ma’tham wa’l-maghram

O Allaah, I seek refuge with You from sin and heavy debt

Someone said to him: How often you seek refuge from heavy debt!

He said (ṣall Allahu ʿalayhi wa-’ālihi wa-sallam): When a man gets into debt, he speaks and tells lies, and he makes a promise and breaks it.

[Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 832 and Muslim, 589]
Shaykh Zayd al-Madkhalī رحمه الله said:

Amānah is a general term for everything with which the responsible person is entrusted, from rights that are between him and Allāh عز وجل and rights that between him and the creation. Allāh عز وجل has said:

Verily! Allāh commands that you should render back the trusts to those to whom they are due. [Sūrah an-Nisā 4:58]

[The book of knowledge from Sahîh al-Bukhārī, page 25 | Translated by Raha Batts | Publisher Dar al-Medad]
Shaykh 'Abdul-'Aziz ibn Baaz - The Shaykh - رحمه الله - said,

“Visiting the sick.” This is the right of the sick person upon his brothers. They take advantage of visiting him by supplicating for him to be healed and recover. They invigorate him and give him optimism.

The Shaykh said, “Following the funeral procession for the prayer and burial.” This is from the rights of the Muslim upon his brothers, and it results in a tremendous reward. The Prophet ﷺ said:

❝Whoever accompanies the funeral (the dead body) until he performs the funeral prayer will have a reward equal to one qīrāt, and whoever accompanies the burial procession will be doubly rewarded (with two qīrāt).❞ They then asked, “What is meant by the two qīrāt?” He ﷺ replied, ❝Like two huge mountains.❞ [1]

Jinn Possession

One of the abilities of the jinn is the ability to ‘touch’ or ‘possess’ a person The proof of this is Allah’s statement: “Those who eat Ribaa will not stand (on the Day of Resurrection) except like the standing of a person beaten by Shaytaan (Satan) leading him to insanity” 2:275 it is narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Shaytaan flows through the son of Adam as his blood flows…“ In more than one narration, a child was presented to the Messenger of Allah (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he would say words similar to, “Get out O enemy of Allah, and I am the Messenger of Allah” [Musnad Ahmad] A person is most vulnerable to possession at times when they forget Allah – like times of extreme emotion, especially anger A person is also vulnerable in places which are unclean or isolated This is why we have du’aa to say upon entering the bathroom, upon engaging in sexual intercourse, and upon visiting a new place, all of the du’aa are related to keeping the shaytaan away from us at these times and places It is suggested that the jinn inhibit the artery in the neck, as well as the womb, and that they enter through the fingers and toes. However, this is a theory, and while there is a quite a lot of evidence, only Allah truly knows.
*This is not the Case today. ?*
Qutaybah Bin Sa'īd رحمه الله stated:

“When Ath-Thawri رحمه الله died, piety died; when Ash-Shāfi'ī رحمه الله died, proper adherence to the Sunnah died; when Ahmad [Ibn Hanbal رحمه الله ] died, innovation [Bid'ah] emerged.”

[Narrated from Imām Nawawi رحمه الله Tah'dhībul-Asmā’ wa'l-Lughāt]
*Beware Of Oppressing A Soul*

The Messenger of Allāh Ṣallallāhu-'Alaihi Wa Sallam said: “Oppression is of three types:

• Oppression that Allāh does not forgive
• Oppression that He forgives
• Oppression that He holds off from

So as for oppression which Allāh does not forgive then it is Shirk (polytheism), Allāh says: 'Verily, ash-Shirk (joining others with Allāh in worship) is a great oppression.' • [al-Qur’ān 31:13],

And as for oppression which He forgives then it is the oppression of slaves upon themselves in what is between them and their Lord (i.e any sin less than major Shirk),

And as for oppression which Allāh holds off from then it is the oppression of slaves upon each other *UNTIL* it is settled between themselves (i.e until the oppressed one is compensated).”

Sheikh Al-‘Uthaymeen رحمه الله said:

When you see the people crowding at the doors of hospitals but they are not concerned with the doors of the Masaajid, then know that the situation is bad.
Because the struggling and concern the people have for finding a cure for their physical sickness instead of (finding a cure for the) sickness of the heart is proof that there is a setback. And we seek refuge in Allaah.

👤 Imaam Ibn Uthaymeen رحمه الله said:

"If you supplicate for your Muslim brother behind his back (in his absence) without him having requested it, this is a proof of your love for him & that you love good for him just as you love it for yourself."
