Yūsuf did not take revenge against his brothers although he had the power to, nor against the governor of Egypt and his wife when he gained power over their treasuries, because he whose main concern is to reform the Ummah does not seek revenge for himself.

لم ينتصر يوسف من إخوانه وقد تمكّن منهم، ولا من عزيز مصر وزوجته لما تمكّن من خزائنهم، لأن من همّه صلاح الأمة لا ينتصر لنفسه

People will forget you few days after your death.

Then you will stay in your grave for centuries, with no one to give you company, except for your deeds that you did for the sake of Allah.

On The Day of Judgement, even your own mother will forget you and run away from you.

So tell me, what interest do you have in people?

Do not let your heart to get attached to anything and anyone, unless it's fisabilillah.

Focus on pleasing Allah Azzawajal.
That is the only worthy investment in this dunyah.

Asmā ibn Ubayd Al-Basrī رحمه الله said:

“Choose your neighbour before you choose your house!”

[Makārimul Akhlāq: 346]

*This athar has a basis in the Qur’an, which is the āyah:

{وضرب الله مثلا للذين ءامنوا امراة فرعون إذ قالت ربي ابن لي عندك بيتا في الجنة}

(And Allāh presents an example of those who believed: the wife of Pharaoh, when she said, "My Lord, build for me near You a house in Paradise)

Notice how the wife of Pharaoh did not say, “Build for me a house near You” but she said, “Build for me near You a house”

So she mentioned the Neighbour, who is Allāh, before the home, which is Jannah.

This is because a good neighbour is from one of the elements of happiness in a persons life as it comes in the hadīth of Nafi’ ibn Abdul Hārith رضي الله عنه that the Messenger ﷺ said:

((مِنْ سَعَادَةِ الْمَرْءِ الْجَارُ الصَّالِحُ وَالْمَرْكَبُ الْهَنِيءُ وَالْمَسْكَنُ الْوَاسِعُ))

“It is part of a person’s happiness to have a righteous neighbour, a comfortable mount, and a spacious dwelling.”

ASK ALLAH ALONE FOR HELP AND TRUST HIS DECREE...

Ibn Abbas narrated that he was behind the Messenger of Allah riding on the same mount, and he (ﷺ) said:

“O young man! I will teach you a statement (so remember it): Remember Allah and He will protect you. Remember Allah and you will find Him before you. Whenever you need to ask for something, ask Allah alone, and whenever you are in need of help, seek help from Allah alone. Know that if the entire creation were to gather together to do something to benefit you- you would never get any benefit except that Allah had written for you. And if they were to gather to do something to harm you- you would never be harmed except that Allah had written for you. The pens are lifted and the pages are dried.” [Sunan Al-Tirmidhi 2516; Sahih]

And in another narration:

“Remember Allah, and you will find Him in front of you. Recognize and acknowledge Allah in times of ease and He will remember you in times of hardship. And know that what missed you was not going to reach you, and what has reached you was not going to miss you. And know that help comes with patience, relief with affliction, and hardship with ease.” [Musnad Ahmad 2803; Sahih]

✏️Concise Benefits derived from this Hadith:

1) Access to Allah’s protection is obtained by remembering Him.

2) Allah’s closeness can be achieved by remembering Him.

3) If you have to ask for anything, ask Allah alone, because
He is the Provider, Satisfier and Reliever.

4) If you want to seek help for anything, seek help from
Allah alone.

5) If everyone on earth came together and tried to bring you
some benefit, only that amount of benefit that was decreed
for you will reach you.

6) If everyone on earth came together and tried to bring you
some harm, only that amount of harm that was decreed for
you will reach you.

7) That which has been decreed cannot be erased by anyone.

8) A person’s decree comes to him, not the other way
around.

9) That which a person has been destined with will always
reach him.

#Ishraq is also known as Ad-Duha. But, Ishraq and #Duha both of them has got different rewards - names are same but the rewards are different.

[Ad-Duha, Chasht and Awwabeen] are same. Ahlul Biddah has fabricated the Ahadeeth about it, but the truth is they're all authentically the same. #Awwabeen is not offered after the Maghrib. Awwaabeen is Chasht in itself.

The #Niyyah for Ishraq is made right after the #Fajr: After offering the Fajr one has to sit and engage oneself in the #remembrance of Allaah (عز وجل) (i.e Dhikr or Qur'aan) without engaging in wordly talks till the sunrise, and after that one has to offer 2 Rakaths of Nawafil Salat ul Ishraq, and it's reward is equal to one complete Umrah or Hajj in full. (Full reward of Umrah/Hajj) plus protection from the fire of hell.

Where as; Salat ul Duha (also known as Salat ul Awwabeen and Salat ul Chast) that comprises of 2 or 4 or 6 Rakaaths, can be offered even 10 mins before (Salat ul Żuhr), it fulfills the Sadqah of 360 joints in one's body and it also expiates the sins. (Rewards of it has been recorded from Saheeh Narrations)

🌸 Shaykh Ibn Baaz (رحمه الله) said: Ishraaq prayer is Duha prayer done at the beginning of its time. Majmoo’ Al- Fataawa al-Shaykh Ibn Baaz, 11/401

🌸 The time of Duha prayer is from the time when the sun has risen to a certain height, until just before the time for Żuhr prayer. Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (رحمه الله) defined it as being from a quarter of an hour after the sun has risen until ten minutes before Zuhr prayer. Al-Sharh Al-Mumti’, 4/122. So all of this period is the time for Duha prayer.

🌸 It is better to pray it after the sun’s heat has become intense, because the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “It is preferable to offer Duha prayer when the sun’s heat has become so intense that even the young of the camels feel it.” [Narrated by Muslim, 748 Ibn Baaz: Majmoo’ Fataawa, 11/395] The scholars defined this as being when one quarter of the day has passed, i.e., halfway between sunrise and Żuhr prayer. [See Al-Majmoo’ by al-Nawawi, 4/36; Al-Mawsoo’ah Al-Fiqhiyyah, 27/224]

🔗🔗 *A Disliked Qadr*🔗🔗

📝Translated by Abbas Abu Yahya

*What a person should do if he has been afflicted with Qadr which he dislikes*

🎓Shamsuddeen Muhammad bin Abee Bakr Ibn Qayyim aj-Jawzeeyah (d.751 A.H.) -Rahimullaah- said:

‘_If a disliked Qadr crosses a person, then he has six considerations_:

The *first* -consideration is of Tawheed, and that Allaah is the One who destined it for him, willed it for him, created him. Whatever Allaah wants occurs and whatever Allaah does not want does not occur.

The *second* -consideration is of justice, and that it will occur with Allaah’s command. It is just in fulfilling Allaah’s justice.

The *third* -consideration is of mercy, and that Allah’s mercy in what has been destined is generally from Allaah’s Anger and recompense, His mercy is present but hidden and not apparent.

The *fourth* -the consideration of wisdom, that the Allaah’s Wisdom -Subhanahu- necessitated this destiny. Allaah did not destine this in vain or command it for no reason.

The *fifth* -consideration is of Praise, that all complete praise is for Allaah -Subhanahu- for this destined Qadr from whichever way you look at it.

The *sixth* -the consideration of servitude of worship, and that a person is purely a slave of Allaah from every point of view. The regulations of his Master apply to him and are carried out due to him being his master’s possession and His slave. So Allaah disposes him under His destined rulings just as Allaah disposes him under rulings of the Deen, therefore, the slave of Allaah has to conform and proceed with these rulings.

REMAINING SILENT WHEN BEING ABUSED

Once, a person was verbally abusing Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه while the Prophet ﷺ was curiously watching with a smile. After taking much abuse quietly, Abu Bakr responded after a few of his comments. At this, the Prophet exhibited his disapproval, got up and left. Abu Bakr caught up with the Prophet and wondered, ‘O Messenger of Allah, he was abusing me and you remained sitting. When I responded to him, you disapproved and got up.’ The Messenger of Allah responded,
‘There was an angel with you responding to him. When you replied back, Shaytan took his place.’

Think positive of Allah, Allah will be more than that. But if you think bad of Him, you have only yourself to blame.

Ibn al-Qayyim (R.A) said:

This highlights the difference between thinking positively of Allah and being deceived. If thinking positively of Allah motivates a person to strive in righteous deeds and it prompts him, helps him and drives him to do such deeds, then it is sound. If it causes him to be lazy and to persist in sin, then he is deceived. Thinking positively of Allah is hope, so if a person’s hope in Allah prompts him to be obedient to Him and deters him from disobeying Him, then it is sound hope; if he justifies his negligence on the basis of hope, and his hope prompts him to be negligentand heedless, then he is deceived.

According to most Mufassiroon, this verse of Surah Ad-Dhuha, which we all frequently recite in our daily prayers is one of theee top most hope inspiring verses in the Quran ,if not , the number 1 verse .

Surah Ad-Dhuha, Verse 5:
وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰ

☆ 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐲, 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 (𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐢.𝐞. 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝) 𝐬𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝.☆

They mufassiroon conclude , after combining this verse with many narrations that Allah here promises his beloved , a reward that shall truly make him happy and contended and according to the scholars our Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم shall only be contended when his entire ummah who has not fallen info shirk , gets forgiven through his Shafa'ah ( intercession), frees out of fire, and enters eternal Paradise .

Self-Confidence;

Iqbaal says in one of his Persian poems:
!‎تو شمشيري ز کام خود برون آ
‘𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱, 𝘀𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵!’

The true potential of the sword is only realised once it’s out of its sheath.

Similarly, your will only realise your true potential once you come out of your comfort zones.

Most people will live ordinary lives unfortunately, due to lack of self-confidence.

They will not share their ideas in meetings, scared of being judged, they will not get job promotions, they will not try new things etc.

They are paralysed and chained by the shackles of fear.

Humans can achieve extraordinary things and thrive in life, IF they believe in themselves.

Self-confidence unleashes the beast within!

We all have an extraordinary energy supply within us, but it gets suppressed by our fears. Once we overcome our fears, this energy gets released.

Both chickens and eagles have wings, one remains captive to humans on the ground, the other soars the skies.

One of the best gifts we can give our children is self-confidence.

If you want to live your life to the fullest, you need to fight your fears, break this cage and soar the skies.

Trials At The End Of Time

Shaykh Sālih Ibn Fawzān Al-Fawzān حفظه الله said:

“Trials will increase and become greater as the end of time gets closer, until the major trials come, one after the other, in anticipation of the hour. A person lives through these trials and faces an increase in them towards the end of time. A person lives through trials up and until the point of death. Consequently, life may end in either a good or an evil way; we seek refuge in Allāh from the latter.”

(VERY SCARY AYAT)

When Allaah intends destruction for a nation, He تعالى makes the path of evil easy upon its people:

وَإِذَا أَرَدْنَا أَن نُّهْلِكَ قَرْيَةً أَمَرْنَا مُتْرَفِيهَا فَفَسَقُوا فِيهَا فَحَقَّ عَلَيْهَا الْقَوْلُ فَدَمَّرْنَاهَا تَدْمِيرًا

❝{And when We decide to destroy a town (population), We (first) send a definite order (to obey Allaah and be righteous) to those among them [or We (first) increase in number those of its population] who are given the good things of this life. Then, they transgress therein, and thus the word (of torment) is justified against it (them). Then We destroy it with complete destruction.}❞
