Take care of your Hereafter, Allah takes care of the rest
Zayd ibn Thabit reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever is concerned about the world, Allah will disorder his affairs, make poverty appear before his eyes, he will not get anything from the world but what has been decreed for him. Whoever is concerned about the Hereafter, Allah will settle his affairs, make him content in his heart, the world will inevitably come to him.”

We Shouldn't Waste Our Time!
Time Management is divided between planning and application. Without adequate planning, there isn’t anything much to apply and the result is another day that just flies by. Don’t allow this to be such a life, we only have limited time here.
Today, we see amongst us who find pleasure in championing fitan, arguing on what is needed not, and another sort of irrelevancies. There is no goodness in people of such, rather they are time waster.
Our 24hours could be spent worshiping our Lord
Wake up for Tahajjud
Recite Qur'an
Observe Fajr
Observe Solah subhi
Adhkar
Observe Ishraq
Continue your adhkar (one that could be recited continuously)
Observe duha
Etc...
Set a goal for your daily activities.
Even If you are a Phone addict (not good enough tho) what matters most is what you doing with your phone.
Surfing for videos?
Watching football?

From the beauty of the legislation of Islam is that when a person falls upon hard times financially, their debt must be deferred until things become easy upon them. Allah says:
“And if the debtor is in a hard time (has no money), then grant him time till it is easy for him to repay, but if you remit it by way of charity, that is better for you if you did but know.”
And the Prophet ﷺ said: “and whoever brings ease to one who is in financial hardship, Allah will bring ease upon him in this life and the next...” Reported by Muslim

Likewise the Qādī Abul Hasan al Mawārdī (d.450 AH rahimahullahu) commented, saying:
"And Awn ibn Abdullah said: 'If your soul disobeys you in what it dislikes, then do not obey it in what it likes. And do not be deceived by the praise of those ignorant of your affairs.'
And some eloquent speakers have said: 'The one who has mastery over themselves restrains their desires, and the one who exercises patience in controlling their lust excels in manhood.'
At that point, one takes control of their soul, knowing its inclinations and understanding the consequences it may bring by rectifying its distortions and mending its corruptions...
Then, one carefully watches and guards what one possesses that is good and upright, guarding against deviance caused by heedlessness or inclinations caused by negligence. This enables one to attain righteousness and establish lasting happiness fully. Indeed, the one who remains foolishly heedless after suffering is lost and who becomes negligent after careful-mindedness is deviant."

In our times, the Strangers are those who adhere to the Sunnah and are steadfast upon it, those who steadfastly avoid innovations, those who follow the narrations of the past Imāms, and those who know the reality of the time they live in and the extent of the corruption found therein.
They devote themselves to self-purification, safeguarding their limbs from disobedience, leaving alone anything that does not concern them, and striving in correcting their own faults.
What they seek of this world is that which would suffice them, and they leave anything surplus lest it serve to misguide them.
They are fully aware of the people around them and are affable with them, but do not bring them close, and they are patient and steadfast in this.
Those who are close to them of brothers and family are few, but this does not affect them.

Is Umrah obligatory?
Al-Bukhaari (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “Chapter: The obligation of ‘Umrah and its virtues.” Ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: There is no one who does not have to do Hajj and ‘Umrah. Ibn ‘Abbaas said: It is mentioned together with Hajj in the Book of Allah (interpretation of the meaning):
“And perform properly (i.e. all the ceremonies according to the ways of Prophet Muhammad), the Hajj and ‘Umrah (i.e. the pilgrimage to Makkah) for Allah” [al-Baqarah 2:196]
Because it is mentioned together with Hajj, this means that it is obligatory like Hajj.
Shaykh Ibn Baaz said: The correct view is that ‘Umrah is obligatory once in a lifetime, like Hajj. Fatawa Ibn Baaz, 16/355.
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen said in al-Sharh al-Mumti’ (7/9): The scholars differed concerning ‘Umrah and whether it is obligatory or Sunnah. It seems to us that it is obligatory.
It says in Fatawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah, 11/317
The correct one of the two scholarly views is that ‘Umrah is obligatory, because Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And perform properly (i.e. all the ceremonies according to the ways of Prophet Muhammad), the Hajj and ‘Umrah (i.e. the pilgrimage to Makkah) for Allah” [al-Baqarah 2:196]

Every person in life needs someone to listen to them and give them encouragement and support when things get tough.

Question: What is the Islamic ruling regarding cursing an individual?
Response: Shaykh Rabee‘ bin Hādi al-Madkhali, [may Allāh preserve him], said: “The prohibition of cursing specific individuals, whether they are sinful or disbelievers. Hope for their repentance exists, and perhaps the disbeliever will embrace Islām, so how can you curse them? While cursing well-known disbelievers like Iblees, Pharaoh, Hāmān, and Qārūn, who died upon disbelief, is permissible when necessary. However, you are not responsible for cursing them.
The Messenger of Allāh صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said: ‘The believer does not taunt others, he does not curse others, he does not use profanity, and he does not abuse others.’ [Saheeh at-Tirmidhi,1977]. Cursing is usually avoided, but there may be instances where a situation warrants the use of strong language, though not on a regular basis.”

A must read famous story of the Blessed Companion Hazrath Julay’beeb رضي الله عنه It is narrated in the Books of History that Julay’beeb was a Sahabī who was: • short in height • deformed in appearance • his lineage was not known • no one knew who his parents had been • with no clan to protect him • no tribe willing to accept him as their own • he cut a lonely figure even the small children of Madinah would tease & mock him • owing to his disabilities no one would allow him to sit in their company. He survived as best he could, many a lonely night in Madinah he spent wondering the streets in despair, tears of desperation would run down his cheeks, there was no one willing to offer him love or compassion, he had no family & not a single friend in the world. Life for him was a lonely struggle. After the arrival of the Messneger of Allah ﷺ to Madinah, the fortunes of Julay’beeb changed. He would go & sit in the company of the Beloved Prophet ﷺ & listen intently, rarely speaking; he would out of shyness keep his gaze lowered. He now, had the best of friends the Messenger of Allah ﷺ; those days of loneliness & despair were over for the Best of creation ﷺ had arrived. Julay’beeb رضي الله عنه was now a part of a community of believers. One day as he was sitting in the Company of the Prophet ﷺ, The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked him: "O Julay’beeb ask for something, is there anything you desire?" He raised his head slowly & said in a shy voice; "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, Allah has blessed me with your companionship, I get to sit at your blessed feet & hear your blessed words, what more could I desire". The Beloved Prophet of Allah ﷺ asked: "How would you like to get married my dear Julay’beeb?” He smiled shyly wondering who would want to marry him. "Yes Messenger of Allah ﷺ I would like that. "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went to the house of a prominent & noble Companion from amongst the Ansar. He said "I have come to ask for your daughters hand in marriage". The Companion was overjoyed he said: "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ what could be a greater blessing than this." The Prophet ﷺ said: "I do not ask of her for myself It is for Julay’beeb that I am asking." The Companion was left stunned: "For Julay’beeb?” he asked in bewilderment. "Yes for Julay’beeb" replied The Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said: "Let me consult with my wife." He went & told her. "The Prophet of Allah ﷺ has asked for your daughters hand in marriage, for Julay’beeb رضي الله عنه. "She started crying & wailing: "No not Julay’beeb anyone but Julay’beeb رضي الله عنه I will never allow this." Upon hearing the commotion the daughter arrived. It is said that she was so beautiful that there was none among the women of the Ansār who could compete with her looks. She was so shy & modest that perhaps the sky itself had never seen her head uncovered. She had so much taqwa that she would spend her days & nights in worship. The daughter asked what was happening; she was told that the Prophet of Allah ﷺ wants your hand in marriage for Julay’beeb. As the Mother continued her crying & wailing the daughter spoke she said: "O my Mother fear Allah think of what you are saying are you turning away the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. 'O my Mother it does not suit a believer to make their own decision once Allah & his Messenger ﷺ have decided on a matter. Do you think that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ will disgrace us? How blessed is the status of Julay’beeb رضي الله عنه, that Allah & his Messenger ﷺ are asking for your daughters hand on his behalf. Don't you know that the angels themselves envy the dust on the feet of one who is a beloved of Allaah & his Prophet ﷺ. Ask the Prophet ﷺ, to send me Julay’beeb for there is no greater privilege than for me to be blessed by such a husband, Messenger of Allah ﷺ has arrived with such a wonderful gift yet my Mother you cry & wail." The Mothers heart being filled with remorse said: "Stop my daughter don't say another word indeed I have erred I repent & I repent a 1,000 times over for as of this moment there is no one who I would prefer for you than Julay’beeb رضي الله

عنه." The following day the Nikāh is made. Uthmān & Ali رضي الله عنهما present Julay’beeb a gift of money to help arrange the feast of Walīmah, & to purchase accommodation. A short time later on an expedition Julay’beeb was martyred. On the day of the expedition his Father in law, had pleaded with him: "'O Julay’beeb this is just an expedition, it is not a compulsory Jihad, it is Fardh Kifāyah it is a voluntary Jihad, and therefore you are newly married spend some time with your wife." Julay’beeb, the one who had spent a lifetime in despair had now found a loving wife. But listen to his response to the Father in laws request He said "'O my father you say a strange thing my Beloved Prophet ﷺ is in the battlefield facing the enemies of Islam & you want me to sit at home with my wife, nay I will sacrifice my blood & my soul rather than see my Prophet ﷺ facing hardship while I sit at home in luxury". The diminutive Julay’beeb was indeed a strange sight carrying a sword almost the same size as him. The Sahaba stared in wonderment at him the sweet & gentle Julay’beeb was transformed in to a Lion. "Who dare wage war upon my Beloved ﷺ?” He said as he charged into the ranks of the enemy. After that battle the Messneger of Allah ﷺ, asked the Companions to go & to see if anyone was missing from their families & clans. Each one returned accounting for all his family members. Then the Messenger ﷺ spoke with tears in his eyes he said: "But I have lost my Beloved Julay’beeb go & find him." They found his diminutive body lying next to 7 enemies he had slain in the battle. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked for a grave to be dug, as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ held the body of Julay’beeb he said. "O' Allah he is from me & I am From Him", he ﷺ repeated this 3 times. The Companions رضي الله عنهم wept profusely "May our Mothers & Fathers be sacrificed for you O' Julay’beeb, how great is your status." Thus a Companion who had once lived as an outcast, shunned by the society around him. He loved Allah & his Messenger ﷺ & reached such a high status. He who was not good looking was blessed with a beautiful wife, he who was poor was blessed by a wealthy wife, he who had no family or status, was blessed by a wife with noble status & lineage he who had lived in loneliness & despair, was loved by Allaah & his Messenger ﷺ. He had the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "O Allah he is from me & I am from him. "It is said: "That upon his martyrdom, that the sky itself was filled with thousands of angels who had come to participate in his Janazah”. Julay’beeb رضي الله عنه 'The Lonesome one' had become a beloved of Allah, & his Prophet ﷺ, he was lonely no more. Such is the status of the lovers of the Prophet ﷺ. As for his wife it is said that there was no widow whose hand was more sought after in marriage than hers. (البداية والنهاية)

The hour in it” means when dua get accepted in the last hour of Asr on every Friday, the prophet ﷺ said,
“Friday is twelve [hours]. There is no Muslim who asks anything of Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, but Allah will grant it to him, so seek it out in the last hour after ‘Asr.”
[Abu Dawood 1048, Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood]
Every Friday is a day of worship by doing acts of ibaadah for the sake of Allah alone. Increase your salawat up the prophet ﷺ, plenty of dua, recite surah Al kahf, plenty of istighfar.

Imaam ash-Shāfi'ī رحمه الله: The dignity of a man is in three things;
• Hiding poverty until people consider from your integrity that you are rich.
• Hiding anger until people consider that you are pleased.
• Hiding hardship until people consider that you are prosperous.
