✨BTC Calms at $94K
✅BTC experienced a turbulent trading week. On Tuesday, it surged past $102K, only to plummet by over $10K within 48 hours. On Thursday, it hit a multi-week low near $91K, briefly threatening to dip below $90K.

✅The following hours saw continued volatility, with a rebound to $96K quickly rejected, sending the price back to nearly $92K.

✅Vietnam's Ministry of Planning and Investment has proposed a controlled trial of fintech activities, including cryptocurrency exchanges, at financial centers. Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang will establish these centers in 2025, aiming to position Vietnam as a regional and global financial hub.

✅Data from The Block on January 8 shows that the trading volume ratio between decentralized exchanges (DEX) and centralized exchanges (CEX) has reached a record high of 20.21%. For every $1B traded on platforms like Binance and OKX, approximately $202M was traded on decentralized platforms.

✨The cryptocurrency market showed a notable recovery this past week as anticipation builds for Donald Trump's inauguration as President of the United States. This signaled a new chapter for the crypto industry following prior commitments. Trump sparked further excitement by launching an official meme coin, which saw its market capitalization soar to nearly $10B within a few hours of its launch.

✨BTC Nears $105K
✅BTC experienced a highly volatile week, starting with a sharp drop below $90K for the first time since November. However, the bulls quickly stepped in, driving the asset to recover all losses within days.

✅Not even the release of US CPI data could halt BTC’s momentum. Shortly after hitting its multi-month low, it surged past $100K. By Friday, BTC had surpassed $105K on several occasions, marking its highest level in about a month.

✅At the time of writing, BTC is trading near $105K, and its market cap has reached $2.075T.

✨TRUMP Above SHIB
✅President Trump’s social media accounts unexpectedly promoted a meme coin on the Solana blockchain, which soared to a market cap of $3.5B within just one hour of trading.

✅$TRUMP took the crypto world and turned it upside down. Within less than a day, it garnered the entire community's attention. Its price has shot up to over $78, and its market cap is roughly $15B on CoinMarketCap.

✅The other notable gainer from TRUMP’s success is SOL since the meme coin was launched on the latter’s blockchain. SOL jumped to a fresh all-time high of $295 yesterday

✅One Mount Group Joint Stock Company, a Vietnam Blockchain Association (VBA) member, has committed to investing $200-500 million to advance core blockchain technology and launch a Layer 1 Blockchain network. The goal is establishing a national blockchain infrastructure, including a "Make in Vietnam" blockchain network.
