I received some new info about the district 3 House race in WA. Seems the fine patriots there did the right thing and waited to turn their mailin ballots in on election day. So that is another way to look at the above chart... a possible affirmation as to how well that is working - especially if it takes him into 2nd and thus the General.

Simply put waiting until the end messes with their plans because they don't have any idea how much manipulation they need to do early on.
