🇮🇳🇿🇦🇧🇦 Associated Press archive footage of Muslim Indians and South Africans holding protests for Bosnia during its darkest hours. The division of people by race and artificial borders only serves those who seek to oppress said people, there has always been more sympathy and love towards our little nation amongst the Global South than amongst Europe.

Today is Shaheed Day: A Remembrance of Those Who Gave Their Lives Defending Homeland and Faith 🇧🇦

On the second day of Ramadan Eid, the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina marks Shaheed Day in honor of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

The central event took place at the Shaheed Cemetery Kovači in Sarajevo at 11:00 AM. Among those expected to attend are Reis-ul-Ulema Husein Ef. Kavazović, members of Shaheed families, and representatives of all levels of government and organizations.

In accordance with the decision of the Riyasat of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina from January 23, 1995, the second day of Ramadan Eid was declared Shaheed Day—a day to remember those who gave their lives in defense of family, honor, homeland, and faith.

📌 March 31 – Day of Remembrance for the Martyrs of 1918 🇦🇿

Today, we honor the memory of the peaceful Muslims of Azerbaijan who were subjected to mass extermination by the Bolsheviks and Armenian Dashnak gangs in 1918.

The genocide of Muslims in Azerbaijan included the March massacre in Baku, the slaughter in Quba under Amazasp’s command, and the destruction of villages in Zangezur, Karabakh, Shemakha, Lankaran, and beyond. There is hardly a family in Azerbaijan whose history does not carry the scars of that bloody year.

These atrocities specifically targeted the Muslim population—Azerbaijanis, Lezgins, Kurds, Tats, Talysh, and others. Yet, out of tragedy arose unity. These events catalyzed the solidarity of Muslims in the region, leading to mutual assistance with the mountaineers of the North Caucasus, Imam Gotsinsky’s campaign to aid Baku’s Muslims, and the ADR’s support for the Mountain Republic in resisting the Bolshevik invasion.

🙏 Noteworthy Plea:

Please never refer to Bosniaks as "White Muslims." You are doing us a major disservice, especially in the online world. We do not care for the adjective "white"—it has no cultural or historical significance to us. It is a Western concept, and we are not Westerners. Just call us by our actual name or simply say "European Muslim."

Do not include us in any dawah efforts. We do not want white supremacists, especially Americans, to learn of our existence, as they are ignorant beyond belief. For your information, many of the oldest Muslim institutions, mosques, and communities in America were built by Bosniaks, and they did so without calling themselves "White Muslims." So far, they have successfully stayed under the radar.

🇧🇦🇮🇱 Dodik Spends $840,000 on Lobbying While Prijedor Residents Struggle in Floods

While the people of Prijedor in Republika Srpska are struggling to find a place to sleep after devastating floods, their government is busy spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on lobbying efforts in the U.S.

According to Haaretz, Milorad Dodik paid $840,000 to Israeli lawyer Marc Zell, chairman of the Republican Party in Israel, to lobby the Trump administration and lift U.S. sanctions against him. Zell’s firm will receive an additional bonus if the sanctions against Dodik and Željka Cvijanović are removed.

Zell, who resides in an Israeli settlement in the West Bank, registered as a lobbyist for Srpska in January. His law firm has offices in New York, Washington, Toronto, Moscow, and Amman. The contract states that the goal is to promote dialogue between Srpska and the future Trump administration, focusing on “geopolitical changes” in the Western Balkans and Eastern Europe, particularly regarding the Ukraine war.

Meanwhile, Dodik faces an international arrest warrant and was politely asked to leave a conference in Israel organized by the Israeli Ministry of Diaspora Affairs. The event was attended by European right-wing politicians and a former Paraguayan president under U.S. sanctions for Hezbollah ties. According to sources, Dodik stayed for barely an hour and did not take part in key sessions.

Back home, residents of Prijedor are still underwater, desperately trying to find shelter after the floods, while their leadership spends nearly a million dollars on lobbying efforts instead of helping its own people.

🇹🇷 Turkey Stands Firm with Bosnia and Herzegovina – HDZ in Panic Over Bosniak Lobbying Efforts in Washington 🇧🇦

Turkey continues to be a strong and unwavering ally of Bosnia and Herzegovina, actively supporting its sovereignty, territorial integrity, and stability. The political landscape is shifting, and it seems that Bosniaks, with Turkey’s backing, have successfully established contacts with Donald Trump’s administration. This has triggered concern within the HDZ BiH, particularly for its leader, Dragan Čović.

🔹 Zoran Krešić, a journalist from Večernji List and an open supporter of Čović, highlights two historical instances of Bosniak lobbying in Washington:
1️⃣ Saudi King Fahd facilitated a meeting between Alija Izetbegović and U.S. President Bill Clinton, demonstrating the strength of diplomatic ties.
2️⃣ Bakir Izetbegović personally requested Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to relay the political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina to Donald Trump’s administration.

🇹🇷 Turkey Stands Firm with Bosnia and Herzegovina – HDZ in Panic Over Bosniak Lobbying Efforts in Washington 🇧🇦 Turkey continues to be a strong and unwavering ally of Bosnia and Herzegovina, actively supporting its sovereignty, territorial integrity, and…
📌 The latest development in this context is a meeting between Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and newly appointed U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio. This diplomatic move is widely interpreted as laying the groundwork for a high-level discussion between Erdogan and Trump, further strengthening Bosnia and Herzegovina’s position on the international stage.

💬 Interestingly, while Krešić raises concerns about Bosniak lobbying, he conveniently omits mentioning the millions of dollars that Milorad Dodik has funneled into lobbying efforts in Washington. Dodik has worked with firms such as Zell & Associates, primarily to push for the removal of sanctions against him and to undermine the Dayton Peace Agreement. Despite spending exorbitant sums on lobbying, his efforts have largely failed to gain traction.

🇹🇷 Meanwhile, President Erdogan has reaffirmed Turkey’s unwavering support for Bosnia and Herzegovina by maintaining direct communication with all members of the BiH Presidency. His stance remains clear: Turkey supports a unified, multiethnic, and functional Bosnia and Herzegovina.

🇧🇦 Significant Surge in Bosnia and Herzegovina's Arms Exports 🚀

Bosnia and Herzegovina’s defense industry has seen an astonishing 400% growth in exports over the past decade. 📈

🔹 In 2014, exports of weapons, ammunition, explosives, and related products totaled 112.1 million BAM, while in 2023, they skyrocketed to 561.5 million BAM.

💥 Main Export Products:
65% - Ammunition & explosives
27% - Gunpowder & detonating cords
7% - Military weapons & parts

🛠️ Military analyst Djuro Kozar highlights major advancements in ammunition production, particularly in Konjic, which supplies both Eastern (Kalashnikov) and Western (M16) firearms.

🔺 Economist Igor Gavran points out that despite years of neglect, BiH’s defense sector is now thriving—and with the EU investing €800 billion in military procurement, further growth is expected.

📌 The Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH reports full production capacity across the sector, emphasizing the need for investment in expansion to meet rising global demand.

You have to admire Donald Trump; he somehow fooled an entire nation into believing that he, a rich man, cared for the working class and the average citizen. Happy Liberation Day to the Global South—corporate greed is killing the empire, and now Americans will understand what it feels like to be an African. 🎉🥳

(To earse confusion, I'm not looking down upon Africa- I'm saying the Americans will experience what it feels like to have your wealth stolen from you by corporations.)
