WHEN YOU FOCUS ON YOURSELF EVERYONE BECOMES BORING
Don’t compare yourself with others, focus on yourself then you’ll naturally lap everybody
For so long I was focused on doing task after task, after task, after task, after task, and I looked around and I’ve lapped everybody
I didn’t care about anybody, I’ve had blinders on, muted everyone’s posts and stories, even people I liked, because I was so focused on my own thing
I only followed people that inspired me or that I could learn from

Top Lessons From The Book: "THE MAFIA MANAGER" 📚
-
1. When you are new to a place, first educate yourself by observing the real players, learning how they act and react.
Keep your eyes open and your mouth shut, shape yourself, acquire the tools, eliminate all possible traits you have that will hinder you.
2. Humility will elevate you faster, however too much of it will raise suspicions. To be excessively polite is the ultimate rudeness.
Prove to your boss that you are smart and enterprising in his business politics but "do not outshine the master".
3. Learn to do business with strangers as if they were your brothers and with your brothers as if they were strangers.
4. While minding your business, learn your neighbours' business strategies. Know what's working for them that is relevant in your business.
5. Seek second or third opinion before you act on any business advice given to you by even your most trusted associate. They might be interested in seeing you fail.
6. In every clique you find yourself, make no long term close friendship, be cordial to all. Don't reveal too much about your personal life. Don't stand out; fit in!
Don't rush into group battles, first know what it holds to your benefit. This should be your acid test (Provo dell'acido)
7. Do not ever base your plans on achieving the best possible outcome, but if heaven drops a plum, open your mouth.
Learn to use the tool of "fear" to drive in your results from people.
Punish one, teach a hundred!
8. Find productive work for your spare time if you want to move up on the ladder of success.
Choose the time of the day when your energies are highest and conduct business at that time.
Effective time management is making the most of every minute you work. Also making making enough time every day, week and months relax.
Effective is also The Art of Delegation.
Remember the three basics of effective time management:
I. Schedule your tasks
II. Delegate them
III. Delegate more of them
9. Never give give business advice to another that doesn't profit you and your own interests.
10. Don't be too familiar with your subordinates. It may at first inspire affection but at the end breed contempt.

I noticed such a thing, a poor person has no understanding of what resources are.
The poor man thinks:
“Yes, I have nothing. I have no money"
In fact, any person, even the poor, especially the young and poor, has:
• The most important resource called “Energy”
• The second main resource called “Time”
• The third resource is “Knowledge”
• The fourth resource is money and the rest. Money comes last!
That is, you have a bunch of resources that you can convert into each other.
All resources are converted into each other!

𝟔 𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐈𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐍 𝐎𝐍 𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐇.
1. There are many things more precious than money
It is easy to be enslaved by the mindset that money is the most imperative treasure in the society. Money is always transient, just like most things in life. It comes and goes, but how much are you willing to pay for the fleeting pleasure? The consequences of a money mentality are much more damaging than the value of money itself. Are you willing to put your mental, emotional, and physical well-being on the line? There are things more precious than money. Here are a few:
-Experiences
-Genuine connections
-A feeling of purpose
-Genuine concern for helping others
-Eddie says, “there are many things in this world that no amount of money will buy you, and some things are priceless beyond measure.”
2. Weakness can be turned into hatred
Weak people lack the ability to maintain any level of emotional intelligence. People who lack emotional intelligence and a strong sense of self are easily influenced to hate. Their values and convictions are not based on strong foundations; rather, they are proponents of radical causes. Hatred is a disease that consumes the human mind to the point of no return, causing significant harm to oneself and others.
“If enough people had stood up then come on Kristallnacht, and said, ‘enough what are you doing? What is wrong with you?’ then the course of history would have been different. but they did not. they were scared they were weak, and their weakness allowed them to be manipulated into hatred ” — Eddie Jaku
3. Tomorrow will come if you survive. one step at a time
The majority of people give up because they feel the suffering will never end. They relinquish control because their vision is clouded by minor inconveniences rather than the bigger picture.
“The closer you get to something, the blurrier it gets,” as the saying goes. Be well-rounded, logical, and foresighted. Nothing on it has the word “forever” written on it.
4. You can find kindness everywhere, even from strangers
If you take a step out of your own world for even a moment, you will notice that you are not alone. The most serious problem is that we cannot talk freely about ourselves, our lives, and our issues. You are not alone in the universe. There are people who would happily assist you if you were willing to be vulnerable.
5. One good friend
“The greatest thing you will ever do is be loved by another person” — repeat this sentence until you realize that love and friendship are the best medicine.
I cannot emphasize this enough, especially to young people. Without friendship, a human being is lost. A friend is someone who reminds you to feel alive.
6. Education is a lifesaver
I do not mean formal education when I use the word “education”. Yes, formal education is fantastic and brings great opportunities, but life education is much more critical. Understanding the laws of human nature, being mindful of worldviews, and knowing how to connect so that your voice is heard are all examples of life education. To be self-sufficient and not depend on others for a good life.
You may not be able to change the world because it is beyond your power, but you can change yourself. Change is possible, despite what you can believe, but it requires discipline.

You came naked
You will leave naked
You came without anything
You will leave without anything
You arrived weak
You will leave weak
So, why so much hatred, resentment, envy, selfishness and pride?
We will all go empty handed, what all material things we have earned, we earned here, and will leave everything here only.
The only thing that will go with you, that you actually earned here is the love you shared, the compassion you showed, the humbleness, your gratitude, your helpfulness, your kindness. That is the legacy you will leave here that everyone will follow.

HOW TO DEVELOP COOL BLOOD?
Focus on yourself
It may not seem right, but in this world sometimes you have to be less than your best. One of them is selfishness.
You must accept as a principle that you do not owe anything to anyone. This is completely your life and you decide what, how and when to do.
There are basic values - love, work, family and friends, and the rest - problems, circumstances, ill-wishers, emotions - are just garbage, it needs to be thrown away.

If you are crazy and eat anything, then there are generally ways to cleanse your stomach...
Everyone knows them.
It’s the same with the brain – it just doesn’t clear itself. Whatever gets into the brain stays there.
Even if you decide by force of will:
“I don’t think about this anymore, I’ll never remember, it was my shame.”
They locked everything in the basement, crushed it with a stone, that’s it.
The brain remembers that! You can't get it out of your head !
Therefore, when a certain moment comes, it will come out from there. So again:
• Don't watch nonsense
• Don't read stupid books
• Don't watch stupid movies
• Don't hang out with jerks.
It will all be in your head!
Feel sorry for yourself, it’s a pity to fill your only head with this junk.
