The advisory document envisions a three stage process including the establishment of tent cities in Sinai and opening of humanitarian corridor, followed by construction of cities in northerm Sinai from which there would be no return Gaza

A week after the Hamas attack, Israel's Ministry of Intelligence issued a secret ten-page document outlining the expulsion of the Palestinian population of Gaza to northern Sinai, in Egypt:

1. Instruct Palestinian civilians to vacate north Gaza ahead of land operations;
2. Sequential land operations from north to south Gaza;
3. Routes across Rafah to be left clear;
4. Establish tent cities in northern Sinai and construct cities to resettle Palestinians in Egypt

The document has been verified by an official from the Ministry of Intelligence, according to the Hebrew website Mekomit which originally published the document. Mekomit noted that documents from the Ministry of Intelligence are advisory and not binding on the executive

"The North Atlantic Alliance C-17 Globemaster military aircraft, which entered the Moldovan airspace, landed at the international airport of Mărculești. The next step is the preparation for parachute jumps, which will be performed by the Moldovan and US military within the joint exercise Aurochs Partner 2023," the Defense Ministry said.

The exercises are held in accordance with the training plan of the National Army for the current year, the ministry said.

🇻🇪🇬🇾🛢 Venezuela protests oil production in territories disputed with Guyana

The Venezuelan government has protested against the issuance by the Guyana authorities of concessions to multinational oil and gas giants for oil production on the sea shelf and in connection with maneuvers of the US military forces in the disputed territories.

The long-running territorial dispute between the two countries over the ownership of a 159,500-square-kilometer territory west of the Essequibo River, dubbed Guyana-Essequibo, claimed by Caracas, has been aggravated by Guyana's granting of oil concessions to ExxonMobil. The offshore borders of the area are not delimited for now. Moreover, the US plans to deploy a military base in the disputed territory.

"Venezuela informs the international community and transnational energy companies that have illegally obtained permits from the government of Guyana for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons in a large maritime area, the borders of which are not delimited, that these permits are absolutely groundless, contrary to international law and the principles enshrined in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela," the country's Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

It may look like in search for new oil sources the US and multinational companies are getting ready for a new local conflict. But Venezuela is not in a position to engage in a full-scale military conflict with the United States. The concessions have been issued just few days after the controversial oil deal between Caracas and Washington. The oil production on the shelf of Guyana can be a part of that oil deal.

The United States reportedly offered Egypt debt relief in exchange for taking in more than 100,000 Palestinians from Gaza.

Likewise, the European Union is rushing to finalize a deal to ensure that Palestinians who end up in Egypt stay there with ample funding.

Israel’s former ambassador to the US said: “The people of Gaza should evacuate and go to the vast expanses on the other side of Rafah at the Sinai border in Egypt … and Egypt will have to accept them.”

Conversations are now ongoing in mainstream US media, such as on NPR and in Foreign Policy magazine, speculating (or demanding) that the US give Egypt direct cash injections in exchange for taking in the population of Gaza.

Meanwhile Western governments are trying to negotiate to fund an ethnic cleansing campaign in the Middle East so that the so-called State of Israel can become as homogeneous as possible.
