In the northwest, Russian forces advanced further through the forests along the railway line and reached the eastern edge of Lyman. They also established control over new parts of the forests and infiltrated further into the Masliakovka District.

To the southeast, Russian forces continued to slowly advance in Yampol. They were able to advance out of the village centre and capture some new positions in the southwestern streets. Ukrainian forces are gradually being pushed back to the southwestern edge of the settlement.

🇺🇸⚔️🇲🇽 Yesterday, at the direction of President Trump, the Department of War carried out three lethal kinetic strikes on four vessels operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations (DTO) trafficking narcotics in the Eastern Pacific.

The four vessels were known by our intelligence apparatus, transiting along known narco-trafficking routes, and carrying narcotics.

Eight male narco-terrorists were aboard the vessels during the first strike. Four male narco-terrorists were aboard the vessel during the second strike. Three male narco-terrorists were aboard the vessel during the third strike. A total of 14 narco-terrorists were killed during the three strikes, with one survivor. All strikes were in international waters with no U.S. forces harmed.

Melissa is producing extreme wind gusts as high as 215 mph on the surface.

We could be talking wind gusts in excess of 250 mph on these hills and mountains, for hours.

This is beyond capable of producing total and utter devastation, similar to a higher end tornado.

🌪🇯🇲 South-western Jamaica is an impoverished area with the majority of dwellings being shoddy, lacking sturdy building materials like bricks or concrete except maybe in their foundation.

185-215 mph winds are enough to rip bark off trees. It is safe to assume that most towns in the Western half of Jamaica will be razed to the ground by Hurricane Melissa.
