1️⃣ برای ساعات کاری خود برنامهریزی کنید
✅ لازم نیست این ساعات کاری از ۹ صبح تا ۵ بعدازظهر باشد و میتوانید منعطفتر با موضوع برخورد کنید. اما به برنامه پایبند باشید.
2️⃣ برنامه کاری خود را با دیگران در میان بگذارید
✅ برای این که در طول ساعات کاری در خانه راحتتر باشید، این ساعات کاری را به اطلاع دوستان، همکاران و کسانی که با شما زندگی میکنند، برسانید.

3️⃣ یک روال برای صبحهایتان داشته باشید
✅ اگرچه دیگر در محیط کاری نیستید، اما یک روال صبحگاهی به شما کمک میکند تا ذهنیت «کارکردن» داشته باشید و از نظر ذهنی برای بقیه روز آماده شوید.
4️⃣ یک فضای کاری اختصاصی ایجاد کنید
✅ در یک موقعیت ایدهآل، این فضا میتواند یک میز اختصاصی به دور از جایی باشد که میخوابید یا استراحت میکنید، اما در طول یک بیماری همهگیر تمام تلاش خود را بکنید و از بهترین جای ممکن بهره ببرید.
