🇷🇺🌍 On November 10, the ceremonial opening of the Garden of Russian-African Friendship took place during the first ministerial conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum on the federal territory of "Sirius."

Sixty-five olive trees were planted—one for each African country and regional integration association participating in the Partnership Forum.

🇷🇺🇲🇬 Training of Madagascar specialists in plague control has begun

📰 On November 11, in the capital of Madagascar, Antananarivo, employees of Rospotrebnadzor started advanced training courses for Malagasy specialists in the fields of microbiology, diagnostics, and epidemiology of the plague. This is the first event of its kind in Madagascar, gathering 30 specialists from the Ministry of Health and Population of the Republic of Madagascar, representing various regions of the country.

Over the course of five days, the participants will:

— exchange experiences in microbiology, diagnostics, and epidemiology of the plague;
— share knowledge about methods for ensuring epidemiological well-being and organizing monitoring in infection hotspots;
— discuss experiences in rapid response to plague outbreaks, including the use of mobile laboratories.

🇷🇺 This training is part of the initiative by the President of Russia aimed at assisting African countries in the prevention and control of infectious diseases. The program will be active until 2026, highlighting a long-term approach to strengthening health and safety in the region.
