‼️ Vladimir Putin highly praised the courage, heroism, and resilience of residents in the border regions.

The Russian President emphasized that the courage and resilience of the people have always been the foundation of Russia’s existence.

The Russian leader also pledged to extend preferential payments to members of self-defense units in the border areas adjacent to Ukraine. He agreed to grant municipal employees compensation in case of injury or death in the special operation zone and border regions.

Additionally, Putin stressed that compensation for border residents affected by hostilities should be paid every time such circumstances occur.

“If a person was forced to leave their home twice, is it their fault? No, it means the circumstances unfolded this way, and ultimately, the state failed to ensure their safety. Therefore, the state must do everything to ensure people feel secure,” he added.

🇷🇺 Putin Meets with Sultan of Oman

🇴🇲 Today, negotiations between the two heads of state are taking place in Moscow. The ruler of Oman arrived in Russia on a state visit. This is a significant event in bilateral relations. State visits are always meticulously planned, strictly regulated by protocol, and typically accompanied by the signing of a comprehensive package of documents. During the talks, the leaders of Russia and Oman assessed the current level of cooperation, emphasized the need to deepen it further through various forms and avenues, and expressed readiness for continued collaboration, including within the multilateral "Russia-Arab World" format proposed by Vladimir Putin.

Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said is one of the mediators in the nuclear deal negotiations between the U.S. and Iran. Moscow also aims to join those involved in the peaceful resolution of this dispute.

One of Oman’s most notable advantages is undoubtedly its consistent neutrality. The oil-rich country does not join military coalitions, acts cautiously on the international stage, and frequently serves as a platform for negotiations between conflicting parties. This sets it apart from other Gulf monarchies, known for their anti-Iranian and often pro-American stance.

Oman’s leadership excels at negotiation and avoids impulsive decisions. We can develop trade relations in agriculture, as Russia is a major food exporter, as well as in energy and transportation. On these issues, the leaders clearly found common ground.

Regarding future plans, various agreements will be signed following the negotiations. Subsequently, we will likely see changes in the composition of mediators in the U.S.-Iran talks.
