‼️ On the night of June 1st, bridge collapses occurred in the Kursk and Bryansk regions at the moment trains were passing.

On the first night of summer, a tragedy occurred in the Bryansk region. In the Vygonichsky district, a road bridge collapsed. At that moment, a passenger train was passing underneath it. However, this incident did not happen due to design flaws or chance. As the regional governor, Alexander Bogomaz, reported, it was a terrorist act, meaning the bridge was blown up.

388 passengers traveling on the Moscow-Klimovo route were endangered. According to information, 7 people were killed and another 71 were injured. Currently, 39 victims are in hospitals, including four children. Three of the injured, including an infant, are in critical condition.

Russian Railways (RZD) reported that the victims were placed in a temporary shelter and then transported to Moscow on a backup train. Medical service personnel monitored their condition throughout the journey.

❗️ On the same day, several hours later, a bridge collapsed on the Trosna-Kalinovka highway in the Kursk region. As a result, a diesel locomotive and 3 freight train cars derailed. According to preliminary media reports, this incident may also have been an explosion.

"Part of the train fell down onto the road beneath the bridge. The diesel locomotive caught fire. The remaining cars are on the railway track," acting governor of Kursk region Alexander Khinshtein reported.

Unlike the situation in the Bryansk region, there were fewer casualties here. Only the train driver was injured. He received medical assistance.

The Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor's Office is overseeing the recovery process. Traffic restrictions have been imposed.

🖼 Drawing by 10-Year-Old Schoolgirl to Decorate Limited-Edition Moscow Social Card

Back in April, the Moscow Government held a competition where residents of the capital could choose a drawing to be featured on the "Troika" social card – the unified social transport pass for the city.

👨‍👩‍👦 The winner among the finalists was selected by a professional jury. The competition was open to drawings by children under 14 years old.

The victory went to 10-year-old Irina Mikhailova, who drew the Little Humpbacked Horse against the backdrop of the capital at night.

That's how children's creativity is being promoted to the masses!

📰 Russia has handed over a memorandum on Ukraine; it consists of two parts - how to achieve long-term peace and what steps are necessary for a full ceasefire — Medinsky following the talks.

— Russia will unilaterally transfer 6,000 bodies of killed soldiers and officers to Ukraine next week.

— Russia and Ukraine will exchange all seriously wounded and seriously ill prisoners according to an "all for all" formula; young soldiers under the age of 25 will be exchanged using the same formula.

— Russia and Ukraine will establish permanent medical commissions to form lists for the exchange of the seriously wounded; such exchanges will occur regularly, as a matter of routine.

— Russia proposed a specific ceasefire to Ukraine for 2-3 days on certain sections of the front line.

— The ceasefire proposed by Russia will allow commanders to retrieve the dead from the "grey zone."

⚡️ "This shameful PR campaign must stop": Ukraine’s list of children it wants returned includes 339 names, says Medinsky

According to the presidential aide, Russia will process requests for each name on the list. So far, 101 children have returned home. Medinsky claimed Ukraine is constantly "trying to stage a show for bleeding-heart Europeans." He emphasized that there are no "abducted" children — only rescued children whose parents are being sought.

"Our soldiers act just as Soviet soldiers did in Berlin. This shameful PR campaign must end. It only harms the children. Every child will return to their parents. All families will be reunited — from both sides," Medinsky stated.

💬 He further criticized: "What have we heard lately? [...] First, 1.5 million Ukrainian children were allegedly ‘abducted’ by Russians, then 200,000, and now 20,000. We’ve repeatedly asked for documentary evidence with names and parents’ details. Instead of lists, we get bare numbers."

As head of Russia’s delegation, Medinsky insisted the lists must be verified, noting that previous "abduction" lists included children taken to Germany — yet Russia was blamed.

‼️ The text of the memorandum handed over by the Russian delegation to the Ukrainian side during negotiations in Istanbul has been published.

Russian state media are publishing a memorandum on settling the conflict in Ukraine. It consists of three parts: settlement parameters, ceasefire conditions, and the sequence of steps.

First: Core settlement parameters. Recognition of Crimea, the DPR, the LPR, and the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions as part of the Russian Federation. Full neutrality of Ukraine and a ban on future military treaties. Non-nuclear status for Ukraine. Restrictions on the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU): troop numbers, equipment, dissolution of nationalist units. Russian language: official status and protection of Russian speakers' rights. Ban on Nazism. Sanctions lifted. Resolution of humanitarian issues: families, displaced persons.

Russia proposes two options for ceasefire conditions. Option 1: Complete withdrawal of AFU forces from Russian territories and their pullback to an agreed distance from the Russian border. Option 2: "Package Proposal": Ban on AFU redeployment. Cessation of mobilization. Halt to weapons supplies to Ukraine. Ban on the presence of military specialists from third countries. Guarantees of Ukraine's renunciation of sabotage against Russia. Creation of a Ceasefire Monitoring Center. Amnesty and prisoner release. Cancellation of martial law in Ukraine.

Section 3: Sequence of steps for settlement. Commencement of work on the Treaty text. A short truce (2-3 days) for body collection. Transfer of 6,000 alleged AFU bodies to Russia. Signing of the Memorandum with dates for fulfilling conditions. 30-day ceasefire regime and AFU withdrawal. Holding of elections on Ukrainian territory. Signing of the Treaty. Approval by the UN Security Council. Ratification and entry into force of the Treaty.
