Vladimir Putin stated during his speech that a competent fiscal policy needs to be pursued, and Russia's strategic direction is to actively and consistently change the structure of its economy. Russia also ranks 4th in the world in terms of GDP volume and 1st in Europe.

— It is necessary to develop oil and gas exports. Work on a long-term cooperation agreement between Russia and India should be completed in the near future;

— Mutual trade turnover among BRICS countries has exceeded $1 trillion. The bloc now accounts for 40% of the global economy (previously about 20%), and this share will grow — "this is a medical fact."
