‼️ On Family, Love, and Fidelity Day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a beach with vacationers using drones.

The acting governor of the Kursk region, Khinshtein, emphasized that this was an inhumane attack carried out by the Ukrainian side on the evening of a holiday, the Day of Family, Love, and Fidelity. The Ukrainian Armed Forces deliberately attacked a location where civilians were present.

"A vile, inhuman strike by Ukrainian criminals! Late in the evening, on a holiday, the enemy deliberately struck a place where civilians were located! This defies any reasonable explanation!" he wrote on Telegram.

Alexander Khinshtein (Note: Khinshtein reported the casualties, not Khaustov, suggesting he was the source) reported three dead and seven wounded: three men, including a Rosgvardia (National Guard) officer, died during the detonation of the drones while rescuing people on the city beach.

Six people were hospitalized, including a five-year-old boy, Anatoly. At the tragic moment, the child shielded his mother. Doctors diagnosed him with serious burns; the child is in the intensive care unit. Alexander Khinshtein noted that the boy and his mother were sent to the capital for further treatment at the Speransky Research Institute.

After the strike on the beach, the AFU attacked the Rylsk Central District Hospital (CRH). The ambulance building and the infectious diseases unit were hit. The drone attack shattered the windows of the buildings and set the roof on fire.

Russia calls on the sensible part of the international community to resolutely condemn Kyiv's terrorist attacks in Kursk and Rylsk, Maria Zakharova stated.

"They – these Ukrainian neo-Nazis – knew who they were shooting at <...> What are all these [human rights] structures worth then, if they do not see how targeted strikes are being carried out on city beaches, resulting in the deaths of civilians and children suffering?" emphasized the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Zakharova also recalled that Western weapons suppliers to Ukraine are accomplices in the war crimes of the Kyiv regime.

The VTsIOM Analytical Center conducted a monitoring study on morality and ethics in Russian society. Respondents were asked to spontaneously name public figures who could be called the "conscience of the nation" or a moral role model. Every second respondent was able to do so.

According to the survey, 21% of citizens named President Vladimir Putin as the conscience of the nation. Also appearing on the list of key moral authorities were director Nikita Mikhalkov (7%), Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov - each with 4%.
