💦 Federal experts highlighted the park's high level of technology. They singled out the unique water purification system in the pools that brings water to a natural state, climate control in all enclosures, as well as the vivarium, animal food preparation area, and veterinary clinic with modern equipment.

Excellent conditions have been created not only for visitors but also for staff. "The premises are well-organized, it will be comfortable to work there," noted Yuri Zhuravlyov, Director of the Leningrad Zoo.

Furthermore, extensive landscaping work was carried out during the zoo's creation. It features 50 species of trees and large shrubs, as well as 47 thousand perennial flowers.

🏛 Ancient Temple in the Center of Moscow

Just five minutes from the Bolshoi Theatre, you might stumble upon not a trendy restaurant or gallery, but... fragments of a 15th-century ancient temple.

Right in Teatralny Proyezd, during roadworks in the 2000s, the foundation of the Church of the Life-Giving Trinity on Starye Polya (Old Fields) was discovered – one of the oldest in Moscow.

Archaeologists found:

🟢 White stone masonry of the temple;

🟢 Clay pottery and church utensils;

🟢 Stone tombstones and traces of an ancient necropolis.

Now part of the foundation is open for all to see – no glass barrier, everything is visible. It's not a museum, but a living fragment of history that you can examine up close, simply while walking through the city.

🇷🇺 Construction Launched in Novgorod for Russia's First "Smart" Plant for High-Speed Rail (HSR)

The new plant will produce concrete slabs for building the country's high-speed rail lines.

"This is a project that transforms the perception of Russia's transportation system. We're talking about new speeds, new connectivity, and a new economy for the regions. Already at the first stage, a transportation framework is being created that will not only unite the largest cities but also form the basis for long-term growth and technological development," said Andrey Nikitin in his welcoming speech.

The enterprise will become a key link in creating the high-speed rail infrastructure: it will manufacture innovative slabs and the polymer elastic layer that protects the track from wear and vibrations. The slab track technology accounts for both extreme speed loads and the specific features of the Russian climate.

The plant's capacity will cover up to two-thirds of the demand for slabs for HSR viaducts and embankments. High-tech production will be deployed across a 22.5-hectare site, creating 900 new jobs and starting production as early as 2026.

🇷🇺 Blue Berets and Telnyashkas: Russian Cities Celebrate Airborne Forces Day.

In Moscow, on Red Square, demonstration performances were held by the Honor Guard Company of the Ryazan Guards Higher Airborne Command School named after V.F. Margelov, as well as parade formations of airborne-oriented military-patriotic clubs from several regions of Russia.

In many regions, flowers were laid at monuments to paratroopers. In Kazan, an air show took place in honor of Airborne Forces Day. Additionally, festive car rallies were organized in various Russian cities - dozens of cars and motorcycles decorated with VDV flags drove through the streets.
