Prospective students can use them to enroll in engineering and medical specialties, and also insure themselves against expulsion, as they will no longer have to skip classes due to work.

The authorities noted that for the entire period of study plus nine months after its completion, only the loan interest needs to be paid. The remaining part of the loan must be repaid within 15 years. The loan can be repaid early at any time without a fee.

The transfer of assets to the management of Rosimushchestvo is carried out in strict accordance with the established legislative procedure initiated by Presidential Decree No. 95 of August 5, 2022. This document grants the government the right to introduce temporary management regarding companies in the fuel and energy complex (FEC) where a significant share belongs to persons from "unfriendly" states. The decision is made based on a proposal from a special government commission of the Russian Ministry of Finance, following recommendation letters from relevant ministries, and is formalized by a separate presidential decree.

Legally, this is precisely a temporary management measure, not direct confiscation; however, it effectively transfers control of the assets to the state, depriving the foreign owner of the right to make decisions.

The company considered Moscow's actions a "gross violation of international law" and initiated an arbitration process against Russia, attempting to recover outstanding loans and protect its property rights.

🛬 The Boeing 777-39L(ER), operating flight London-Beijing, made an emergency landing in Nizhnevartovsk due to an engine failure. There were 311 passengers on board.

The flight departed late in the evening from London, and after almost 9 hours the airliner ended up in Siberia. Despite the risky situation, the pilots managed to perfectly land the huge airliner – the weather in Nizhnevartovsk was excellent and the runway had the necessary length. Local services were ready to meet the flight promptly.

The passengers are now awaiting the arrival of a replacement aircraft, which is scheduled to arrive at around 2:00 PM Moscow Time.
