"In this regard, we advocate for intensifying the efforts of the international community to reduce the digital divide, the rejection of protectionism, hyperbolized protectionism, of politically motivated restrictions, barriers to access to technologies, digital services, products, and, accordingly, resources," the diplomat noted, speaking at the "Wings of Sakhalin" international forum.

"Quite recently, facts were presented according to which the dismemberment of the Russian Federation into various regions is still being planned by some marginal figures. Our fugitive foreign-agent opposition is actively promoting this topic without much success... And such statements are heard periodically, which reveal the desire of the leaders of the current Western world, primarily there are such figures in Europe, a desire to constantly weaken Russia," he said during a meeting with students and faculty of MGIMO (Moscow State Institute of International Relations).
