The President noted that the devaluation of the values of freedom and human rights, as well as the loss of national identities, must not be allowed, as without this, "world harmony" is impossible.

"Our common task is to avoid risks and negative social and societal consequences. Specifically, the erosion and devaluation of the values of freedom and human rights, ethical and moral norms, the loss of national identities and cultural diversity, without which world harmony is impossible," said the head of state.

The President also added that the current priority for Russia is supporting families with children. Russian authorities will also definitely support gifted youth.
