The nuclear reactor installed in the "Burevestnik" cruise missile is launched "within minutes and seconds," Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a visit to the P.V. Mandryka Military Hospital. The Swiss government has enacted additional restrictive measures as part of the European Union's 18th sanctions package against Russia and has also extended sanctions against Belarus.

— Trade restrictions:

— Energy:
