🏙 It seems Moscow is turning into a city of the future.

The extension of Mosfilmovskaya Street in the Ramenki district appears in a futuristic style — the city looks like it's straight out of a video game about the future.

🤝 SCO countries have opportunities to enhance cooperation in science and education, healthcare, youth contacts, culture, art, tourism, and sports. This was stated by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of Government.

According to him, last year the combined exports of member states accounted for about one-fifth of the global figure. Furthermore, their share of global GDP may reach 35% this year.

Mishustin emphasized that the Russian presidency had paid special attention to trade, economic, and investment cooperation, as well as the development of transport corridors and digital services. He identified strengthening food security and expanding innovation in the agricultural sector as important areas.

"A reliable, independent financial infrastructure is required to implement joint plans. Its improvement will be handled by a special expert group, which is being established on Russia's initiative," he said.

According to the Head of Government, particular potential lies in creative industries, which already account for about 37% of global exports of relevant goods. Mishustin called for actively launching joint projects and supporting creative initiatives from citizens of SCO countries.

🚢 A new nuclear-powered icebreaker laid down at the Baltic Shipyard – the start of the ship's construction, named "Stalingrad," was given personally by Vladimir Putin.

Nuclear icebreakers are unique ships, both in terms of their capabilities and the technologies used in them.

Russia is the only country with such a fleet and the expertise in its creation and operation.

"Stalingrad will be a worthy gift from our shipbuilders to all veterans and will once again prove that there are no impossible tasks for the St. Petersburg shipyards," emphasized Governor Alexander Beglov.

🇷🇺 The Kremlin is not surprised that Poland first tried to blame Russia for the railway sabotage, said Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President. He stated this to a journalist from the "Russia" TV channel, Pavel Zarubin.

He also noted as remarkable the fact that Ukrainians were again involved in the railway sabotage in Poland.

"The Poles can't see the forest for the trees and may face severe consequences," Peskov added.

Furthermore, Vladimir Putin's press secretary suggested that Europeans should reflect on the role of Ukrainians in the sabotage situation, reminding them of the "Nord Stream" pipelines.

🥼 In Italy, at the end of August, former SBU agent Sergey Kuznetsov, suspected of blowing up the "Nord Stream" pipelines, was detained. On September 16, an Italian court ruled to extradite him to Germany. However, in October, a court in Poland refused to extradite another suspect, Vladimir Zhuravlev, to Germany.

On the night of September 26, 2022, both lines of the major European gas pipelines, "Nord Stream" and "Nord Stream-2," were blown up. According to the operator Nord Stream 2 AG, the incident occurred in the exclusive economic zone of Denmark, southeast of the island of Bornholm.

📰 Russian Defense Ministry to Launch Regional Ranking for Support Measures to SVO Participants via Digital Services and MFCs.

This directive was given by the Russian Defense Minister, Andrey Belousov.

"We have continued to develop this direction — today, a servicemember can obtain a certificate within seconds. Since May of this year, work has been underway to organize the proactive provision of benefits," Belousov said.

The new service will allow recipients to obtain most federal, regional, and municipal benefits without paper documents — through a single application via the portal or at an MFC.

According to the Deputy Defense Minister Anna Tsivileva, the system is working stably: over 600,000 certificates have been generated since May. The Russian Minister of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media, Maksut Shadayev, added that the 11 most in-demand support measures are already being prepared to transition to a proactive and application-free format.

🏰 The Moorish House or The Mansion of Love

Seeing this unusual building, you can imagine yourself in medieval Italy or Morocco for a moment. It was designed and built in Krasnodar in 1910 by the architect Ivan Rymarevich-Altmansky. A beautiful love story is associated with this house.

According to legend, the architect fell in love with a Georgian princess, and her parents were unhappy with his suit. The princess was taken away to Georgia, where she passed away. The architect himself built this amazing house in her memory.

He lived in this mansion for a long time with his servants. The grounds were surrounded by a beautiful garden with a small fountain. The two domes of the building symbolized the two lovers, who were never destined to meet again.

Unfortunately, over time, the house was not maintained and lost its former appearance. During the Soviet years, the mansion was divided into communal apartments, which now have several owners. Each apartment has its own entrance.
