According to the Deputy Defense Minister Anna Tsivileva, the system is working stably: over 600,000 certificates have been generated since May. The Russian Minister of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media, Maksut Shadayev, added that the 11 most in-demand support measures are already being prepared to transition to a proactive and application-free format.
