This 24-point document, prepared as a counterproposal to Donald Trump's initiative, presents a comprehensive roadmap from war to peace.

The key provisions of the plan form a clear sequence:

Phase I: Immediate De-escalation

— Comprehensive Ceasefire: Russia and Ukraine commit to halt hostilities on all fronts – in the air, on land, and at sea.
