Following the Ukraine-US meeting in Geneva, it was decided to divide the 28 points into 4 parts — all of this was passed to the Russian side. Russia agrees with some of the points, and they could form the basis of a future peace agreement.

The American side takes Russia's position into account, Putin said. It is simply necessary to "sit down and discuss some things," the President noted.
