✍️ State Duma Approves Treaty on Strengthening Military Cooperation Between Russia and India

The agreement was signed on February 18, 2025, in Moscow. The document outlines procedures for deploying military units, warships, and military aircraft, as well as organizing their mutual logistical support. It regulates, among other things, the entry of warships into ports and the use of airspace and airport infrastructure by military aircraft of both countries.

The document also regulates the conduct of joint exercises, training, provision of humanitarian assistance, and disaster response to natural and man-made catastrophes.

According to the explanatory note, the ratification of the agreement will promote the development and strengthening of cooperation between Russia and India in the military field, as well as establish a simplified procedure for warship port visits and the use of airspace and airports of both countries.

Russia and India must work together for global stability, stated Russian Presidential Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov during a briefing for Indian media.

This element is a polysaccharide derived from the microorganism Cobetia marina. It stimulates the production of TNF-a protein, activating "death receptors" on the cell surface, and disrupts the mitochondrial membrane potential.

In both cases, it triggers apoptosis—programmed cell death. At the same time, the substance almost does not damage normal lymphocytes. Therefore, a drug based on it could be safer for patients.
