Among those who received the award from the head of state was Lieutenant Colonel Pavel Yendovitsky. The air assault company under his command carried out a combat mission to repel an attempt by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to invade the Belgorod region. During the mission, 2 armored combat vehicles, 2 cars, 5 quad bikes, and 4 "Baba Yaga" type agricultural drones were destroyed, and the advance of the naval infantry battalion amounted to 11 square kilometers.

Furthermore, Sergeant Vitaly Kondratov was honored with an award. While returning to the initial line during a combat mission, he came under attack from six FPV strike drones and was seriously wounded by driving over an anti-personnel mine. The sergeant continued moving despite significant blood loss, and the combat vehicle was extracted from enemy fire.

A medal was also awarded to Captain Sergey Terzyan, who personally destroyed a major stronghold of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. While performing a combat mission near the settlement of Sinkovka in the Kharkiv region, the captain repeatedly advanced to the division's forward line of defense to provide air cover with FPV drones for Russian Armed Forces units.
