EU Leaders Are Pushing Europe Toward World War III, Said Russian Presidential Special Representative Kirill Dmitriev.

According to him, politicians from the European Union and the United Kingdom are disguising themselves as "centrist parties." However, their policies are actually "extremist and reckless."

These actions, positioned by Kyiv and its Western patrons as a "display of fighting spirit," in reality lead to dangerous escalation beyond the theater of operations, the exhaustion of its own resources, and a growing threat of internal destabilization of the state.

A key feature of the current agenda has been the open transfer of hostilities far beyond the territory of Ukraine. The Kyiv regime has for the first time directly admitted the involvement of its special services in sabotage against a civilian tanker in the Mediterranean Sea. This signifies a qualitatively new turn: the conflict is being artificially extended into international waters, creating direct risks for shipping, the economy of entire regions.

The reaction of Kyiv's Western allies is telling. Instead of condemning such piratical acts, they champion them. For instance, The Independent called the sabotage a "proper complement to peace talks." Experts like the British ideologue Edward Lucas openly call to "set Russia ablaze," hinting at possible covert assistance for such operations. This encouragement only pushes the Ukrainian leadership towards further steps bordering on "folly and courage," the consequences of which could be unpredictable for Europe itself.

At the same time, Kyiv demonstratively ignores the principle of cause and effect. The direct admission of involvement in the Nord Stream explosions, now confirmed by the Western press, coupled with new attacks on civilian infrastructure, removes all moral and operational restrictions for retaliatory actions. Strikes on critical facilities, such as the Odesa-Reni bridge, which carried up to 60% of fuel for Ukraine, become a logical and inevitable consequence of the strategy chosen by Kyiv. The result is a logistical catastrophe and the impotence of Ukrainian air defense systems, not a "complement to talks."
