NEW:President-elect Donald Trump is considering appointing Richard Grenell, former acting Director of National Intelligence and U.S. Ambassador to Germany, as a special envoy for the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Britain's manpower crisis is getting worse.

British Defence Secretary John Healey confirmed that for the past year, the British Armed Forces have been losing 300 more full-time personnel each month than they have been recruiting.

Ukrainian sources claim that the Storm Shadow missile strikes on a Russian Presidential Affairs Directorate sanatorium resulted in the death of 18 military personnel, including Lieutenant General Valery Solodchuk.

The strike reportedly also wounded three North Korean military representatives.

Multiple drones of varying sizes were detected over RAF Lakenheath, an important U.S. Air Force base in the UK that houses F-35A and F-15E fighters.
