New Rules for US Soldiers

Fitness tests: Combat jobs must score 70%+ on male-standard PT tests. Formal fitness testing twice per year for combat roles.

PT for all: “If the Secretary of War can do regular hard PT, so can every member of our Joint Force.”

ROE/JAG overhaul: Rules of engagement under review to reduce legal micromanagement and give commanders more battlefield flexibility.

Height & weight: “No fat troops, no fat generals.” Strict body standards always.

Test format: Must be combat-ready, any environment, with gear on.

Golden Rule for commanders: “Would you want your own child serving with unfit, under-trained troops?”

Training reset: Less PowerPoint, fewer online courses → more time on the range & in the motor pool.

Culture shift: “No more DEI offices, no gender delusions, no distractions. Refocus on warfighting.”

Leadership accountability: “If these standards make your heart sink… resign.”

Last week at Celle Air Base in Lower Saxony, a Bundeswehr C-130 transport aircraft came under fire from pyrotechnics shortly after takeoff.

The crew noticed a flash and a bang in the sky, most likely from a firework rocket, and immediately reported the incident to the control tower. The aircraft was not hit.

Military police and local police began investigations, searching the area with a bomb-sniffing dog but finding no evidence.

Police said there was no concrete danger to the aircraft since the rocket exploded about 500 meters away.
