It is reported that the Shakhtar Donetsk footballer Alexander Rasputko has fled to Russia and claimed political asylum after a UEFA Youth League match in Belgium against Antwerp.

Rasputko, who was born in Gorlovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic, says he does not support the Ukrainian regime and the open Nazi ideology on display in the country.
