She was addressing Western media reports suggesting that Biden had censured Chinese President Xi Jinping's leadership, stating that the nation faces "real problems" under his guidance.

Biden must think since he cleaned up a couple blocks for APEC he can now criticize a country actively bringing their people out of poverty.
